Die Lage ist top. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten die auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Wie zum Bsp. Einkaufzentren, Restaurant,Fitness,Massage und vieles mehr. Zum Internationalen Flughafen ist es ebenfalls nicht weit mit dem Taxi. Ich würde wieder dieses Zimmer mieten. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und absolut unkompliziert auch wegen dem ein und aus checken

The host is very accommodating. The place is clean. Well-maintained.

Love the shower. It was hot and the water pressure was constant. The bathroom was a full bathroom. Best with ventilation for the shower to help control humidity. The furniture was very comfortable All the appliances you would need. Also mini store at the refrigerator. Insure you inventory everything with video. So there is no miss understanding.

The wifi wasn't good for me. It lagged alot and freezing. If you are working this could be a problem.

Very clean and despite a late check in the host arrived to help. Brilliant 👏

1/ attendre dans le hall en bas pour un check in à 14h… qui se sera effectué à 16h après 2h d’attente… comment perdre une apres midi de visite. 2/ vaisselle de l’ancien locataire non rangé 3/lit d’appoint affreux, deux oreillers pour mes enfants et c’est tout: pas de drap du dessous mais pas une couette ou drap: bien sûr pas installé à notre arrivée. 4/ quartier franchement pas dingue… 5/ annoncer un check out à midi et devoir recevoir la personne pour vérifier l’appartement à 11h… comment flinguer une matinée de visite. Bref on ne recommande pas

The unit is well organized and very comfortable. Everything worked and it was conveniently located near restaurants and mall.

I stayed in this property for several weeks on a work stay and really enjoyed my time here, Princess and her husband, my hosts, took great care of me during my stay and ensured I had prompt support whenever I needed any assistance. The unit itself is great, makes great use of space, and quickly turned into home away from home. Would and will stay again!

This is my third review for this property because I liked it so much! Nothing to add on top of what I previously said, this is my go-to property when working from Manila and I love coming back. Princess is a wonderful host and this unit is great.

I've stayed at this property for a full two weeks as I am here on business and extended in a separate booking by a further two weeks after my initial stay. Princess has been a great host, keeping in contact and happy to help quickly whenever I had questions or needed any assistance. The flat is exactly as pictured and ideally situated very close to the main locations in Makati as well as benefiting from Air Mall and Assembly Grounds / The Rise for additional food options.

All is good overall. Clean and close to all the stores and malls. Had a wonderful time. Thank you. :)

The location was safe for a solo female traveler.

The property had baby cockroaches coming out at night and my second day in the toilet was not flushing.

The location is very convenient, the buolding is so clean as well as the unit. My sons enjoyed the facilities. There are reataurants, grocery, Watsons & covenient store like 7/11 on the lower ground. Will definitely refer it to my friends.

The home is really clean and comfortable.I love the home set up and even it has small space,It is enough for us small family. All the things we needed are available,!! Facilities and easy access to everything.Thankyou to ms.Princess for facilitating and always checking if we need anything or we were fine,She even assist us until we get home.thankyou. It was a comfortable place to stay with my family. The location is close to the malls, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat. Princess is also very accommodating and responsive which gives you assurance and peace of mind. Overall, this place is wonderful for travellers who want to stay in Makati for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Staff were very accommodating and they are flexible about hours of stay(check-in/check-out). They have snacks and drinks available in the room.

we love the bright ambiance of the place in general and the coziness of the sofa and bed and that you can cook quick meals 😊 the place also comes with snacks and drinks that you can consume and pay before leaving

I travel a lot and often need a place to crash near where meetings are for a day or two and I’mmostly in the unit only for a few hours basically for sleep, shower and safe place for my luggage. During my recent stay in the Philippines, I had the pleasure of renting this unit that truly stood out as one of the best accommodation so far in makati at the price range. I got great value for money without feeling being in a cheaply designed and usual bare unit. Every aspect of the unit was well thought out, both cozy and simple, very lovely space making me wish I could extend my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and prompt in their responses. This unit has certainly raised the bar for me, and I am looking forward to renting it again on my next visit to Makati, Philippines!
