Toilet was stinking smelling ,has called reception and they arrange some cleaning n spray. Seems an internal leak n smelling. No Toilet Tissue rolls even though it's mentioned tissues are provided. Broken Tea 🍵 cups. Workers ,staff not in unform , we don't know who is hotel staff. No Badge or uniforms

Honest Review My stay at The Lotaz Hotel, Edappally was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the staff behaviour. One lady at the hotel was particularly rude and unprofessional in the way she communicated with me. I also had an issue during check-out, which made the experience more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I believe guests should be treated respectfully and the check-out process should be handled in a clear and professional manner. I’m sharing this feedback because staff behaviour and proper communication make a big difference to the overall guest experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service.

I booked this hotel after seeing very positive reviews on Booking.com and ratings from many international guests, so I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissue paper, and despite requesting it from the staff, it was never provided. While the staff were polite and friendly, they were not helpful in resolving the issues we reported. The shower was not functioning properly, and there was visible fungus/mold in several areas of the room and bathroom. The room also had a strong damp, musty smell. The blankets, bedding, and even the cupboard smelled humid and stale, as if they had not been properly cleaned or dried for a long time. The hotel provided an extra bed for my 9-year-old daughter, which I appreciated. However, no proper blanket was provided for the extra bed. Instead, there was only a torn blanket cover in very poor condition, and it also had the same unpleasant damp smell. We could not use it. Another issue was the hotel's location information. The listing states that it is only 400 meters from Lulu Mall, but this appears to be the direct distance. The actual walking distance is over 1.5 kilometers, which can be misleading for guests who expect to be able to walk there easily. Overall, I found the cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy of the listing to be well below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so that future guests have a better experience.

The toilet seat was not secured with screws...I informed abt this at the reception....they told they would fixed it...but it was NEVER DONE.

Connecting road from NH is difficult to find for the first time traveller. Parking is reasonable

The location, the quietness, closeness to Lulu Mall and many restaurants. The friendly staff, the pure water, cleanliness, additional services like sim card, communication through whatsapp. The affordable price.

Reasonable price for a room with AC. It was very clean and tidy. The location is very quiet - perfect for a good night's rest. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

It's a modest hotel, but it answers all expectations - it's a walking distance from the Lulu mall, which would be desirable for some, in spite of being close to a main road, my room was quiet. More than that, it faced a beautiful nature area, with kingfishers, buffaloes, parakeets. It was a pleasant surprise.

If you're not into the mall experience, it's not close to anything else in Kochi.

New accommodation with all basic amenities in place and in good condition. Tidy room , Comfy bed. Good wifi. Beautiful green nature view from the window. The front desk staff were cordial and prompt. Lulu Mall is nearby.

Complimentary breakfast served was little and not up to the expectations. There is no in house Restaurant. No GST invoice was issued to me citing non Availability although I paid the GST amount .

Refurbished rooms. Good a/c. Hot shower. Short walk to the Lulu Mall.

No toilet roll. No spoon for making coffee. Other than that, it was a very pleasant overnight stay.
