We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Rate Zen Residences. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything went very smoothly. A special thanks to Hazyb for helping us with everything and arranging our airport rides as well. Excellent hospitality and highly recommended! Would definitely choose this property again.

The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being conveniently close to the main street and local amenities. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

It’s a perfect place to stay with family. The apartment is modern, well-furnished, and each room having a balcony makes the stay even more enjoyable, allowing you to truly experience the surrounding vibe. The flexible timing for housekeeping made our stay much easier with kids around. The apartment was clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. Although it is located a little inside from the main road, getting a cab online was easy and convenient. The wheelchair access also made it very easy for us to move around with a baby stroller. From the manager to the housekeeping staff, everyone was extremely helpful. We only had to mention something once, and it was taken care of right away. The apartment is quite new and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the start. Everything was clean and neatly arranged, giving a fresh and welcoming feel. One of the highlights was the reliable hot water supply, which worked perfectly throughout the stay. All the essential amenities were available, making it convenient for both short and longer stays. A special mention to the host, Hamfsa, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience.

The location is decent, while not exceptional, it is still practical and accessible for getting around. One minor inconvenience was with ride pickups, as Uber drivers sometimes navigated to the next road despite the pinned location, which could be a bit frustrating.

The rooms were neat and the front desk was very helpful. He even helped us with an early check-in, the check-out process was easy and quick. its a good property for a group of 4 PPL. However, if you are travelling with Kids would recommend to take/buy few basic items needed for the kid's food- Milk, rice, curd. The property is a little inside, so its calm and peaceful, OLA and UBER are plenty and much reliable.

RO water should be kept rather than water bottles, the helper got us a can with the water flow machine after we had to ask them. Also, the Hall needs to have an AC owing the Sunny weather, it was hot and could not sit in the hall, the ceiling fans weren't enough. Basic utensils must be kept in the kitchen like tea making vessel and a cooker for Rice- They provided them to us upon asking. Otherwise its a good property.

Loved everything about this property, was an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were very helpful making sure we were comfortable. It was clean and comfortable and had most things we needed. Whenever I needed something they were ready to help me get what I needed. The general location is pretty good, close to main roads and lulu Mall.

The only thing I didn't like about this place (which they may not have control over) was the road right outside. Driving to the location was difficult (road was to small for a car) and partway through the stay the road was broken completely for drain works. So just meant you had to walk a few minutes to the bigger road to get a taxi. Which is probably fine for most people.

The entire experience was amazing. I checked in with my son and my friend. The receptionists Hazyb and Hamza, very nice boys. Both of them were very friendly and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. We had requested for a wiper for the toilet as the floors were wet after a shower and they instantly got it for us. The place had all the facilities that an apartment would need, from washing machine to pots to microwave. Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Cochin again. And would happily recommend to anyone. Might find some items missing like washing liquid. But I am very sure if I had asked, they would have arranged it for me. All of these for a very budget-friendly price.

The road to hotel is very tight and theres no views through windows of the apartment.

The place is well maintained and very clean and host Aseef and Hamsa was very helpful. There are 4 other staff always available an ready to help. This was my home away for 5 days and would definitely stay here again. This is is in a residential area so you would need a vehicle to come an go. All conveniences (restaurants shopping, entertainments etc...) are around and is less than 10 mins drive

Loved the modern finishes in the apartment plus the overall features, appliances and design! It’s in a quiet area so you are away from the city buzz but can easily get access to go to all the main spots especially for shopping and dining!

They do have a no visitors policy which is understandable. Perhaps they can reconsider allowing day visitors and a register be associated with them, time limits for instance none after 8pm or something along those lines

We stayed at Zen Residency with my family for a day, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right from the start. They also went the extra mile by suggesting some excellent restaurants nearby, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities that added to our comfort. The location is another big plus — centrally situated, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a great place for a short family stay. Highly recommended!

Need to have a car and ability to navigate small roads leading to the property or rely on Uber to get to any shops or amenities. But uber was available in 2-3 minutes on all days during our 5 day stay

24/7 service desk, helpful staff. Well maintained place with new fixtures and clean sheets and clean rooms. Well functioning appliances and clean washrooms. They have it extremely well kept and helped with additional requests like drying rack. Highly recommend.

The road to the property is narrow but if you've driven in India before, or are being driven by taxi/uber then it's not a problem. The front desk also helps with parking so it's all taken care of.
