The outdoor tubs, laying back looking at the stars was stunning even in the rain! Treats left in fridge, bed was very comfortable, property was nice and clean. Just a lovely escape for a couple!

Die Badewanne war genial. Am Tag sieht man den Wald und abends die Sterne. Auch die Cabin war ziemlich cool. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Host hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.

Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber wer Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier glaub ich falsch. Die Cabin steht in einem kleinen Wohngebiet. Nach hinten hat man jedoch ungestörten Blick in den Wald und man fühlt sich mitten im Dschungel.

Great communication and accomadation

Loved our stay here in this very comfortable cabin. Well thought out with everything you could need and more. The baths with the view of the forest are what sold this place to us and did not disappoint. Great communication from hosts also.

We loved the toilettries, soft fluffy towels and the gorgeous outside baths, the kitchen facilities were modern and appealing. The accommodation was also private and very nicely decorated.

Quiet location with great sea views. The outside baths were a real treat, lovely hot water. Everything was comfortable and clean and we especially appreciated the treats kindly left for us. There is a lot of extra thought put into what guests need here, coffee machine, extra towels, hoover, two tvs, air fryer.

Could do with more/better cooking knives, pair of scissors and a shower mat but otherwise perfect :)

The location and privacy is ideal, every part of the cabin has been well thought out to be comfortable and allow the guests to have all they need. The bathtubs are the fantastic and very relaxing.

The cabin wasn't ready on arrival, so we had to call the owner and wait for a cleaner to arrive to get everything ready for us. Took about 2 hours in total before we could get in, but the owner dealt with the issue really well and was easy to communicate with.

The location was amazing and property was very comfortable with all mod cons and a few treats in fridge. Baths were very relaxing .

The whole experience was great, stayed here before and loved it, its great to just disconnect, enjoy the views, enjoy the tubs and soak it all in.

Beautifully designed interior, treat in the fridge which was gratefully welcomed after a long drive. Friendly host, super clean. Comfy bed, we will be back.

Wifi didn’t work but I believe this was a temporary issue that will be fixed for the next guest.

We rarely see such a clean and well-thought-out place. Thank you for the little treats you left for us. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my partner’s birthday — so peaceful and unique. Many thanks to Jason for his responsiveness and availability!

Very well appointed, private, everything a retreat should be, loved the outdoor baths, soaking under the stars, fabulous bed and so much more.also loved the peacocks at the farm opposite the road,and the sound of the river down below the property. This place is next level!!!

From the booking.com pics, and the wording 'retreat' we couldn't tell there were neighbours and thought it was more remote. There are three houses close by, it's a residential location.

This property gets top ratings and it deserves them. The design and the amenities provided show great respect to the renters by the owners. It was the perfect place to spend our last night in NZ. Beautiful views from the large front deck and calm relaxing area in the back. We loved it.

Sitting in the bath tubs outside in the sunset was outstanding. Watching the sun go down, in a bubble bath and then to have the solar lights come on was luxurious! This is a great small wee place and the bed is very comfy! Easy location to find, well sign posted

The gas hot water kept switching on and off to cold You had to turn the tap on and off again frequently to get warm water back.

it's one of the coziest airbnb accommodations I've stayed in around the world (paris, saint petersburg, norway, firenze ....) we feel that everything has been thought out and chosen to please travelers, there are many little touches for your comfort, your well-being and your pleasure (varied and quality household appliances, small blankets, outdoor bathtub space, small living room ... etc.) it's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the calm surroundings if I go back to this corner of new zealand, I will come back with great pleasure
