Condo for Families and Friends

Feels homey, cosy and very comfortable especially the bed and pillows. They are soft and comfy. They provide filtered water machine where u can have cold water. Nice balcony with a view of metro Manila City. Wifi is working well and tv has Netflix and Disney+.

Electric kettle is not auto stop when it’s come to full boiled (I assumed it’s auto stop so my 1st boiled runs dry). On my 6 night on the unit the electricity is down and on the 7 night the water stop producing. My son in the middle of shower and have to wait for couple of hours until the water came back.

Schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage ist ganz in Ordnung.

Нужно сказать, что это далеко от Манила, это не минус но нужно знать, до центра Манила 22 км.

Très confortable et bien agencé, parfait avec deux chambres indépdendantes et coin salon/ salle à manger spacieux. Belle salle de bain. Très propre.

Il nous a manqué un peu de vaisselle et de quoi essuyer. Rejoindre le supermarché à pied n‘est pas l‘idéal.

Nothing to complain about! Everything was perfect! Super clean especially the toilet, which I always check first. The place has everything you need, and the host replies fast. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back and tell my family and friends about it. The interior looks great, space is well used, and it’s really accessible. 10/10!

The unit has fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings that made our stay relaxing. Location is super convenient and the host was really accommodating and easy to talk to. Perfect spot for a relaxing staycation—would definitely book again!

Unit is as described. Have extra facilities compare to other units e.g. water with dispener, washing machine, netflix, free car parking space and automatic room fresheners. Unit is clean, space is maximised efficiently.

Some technical issues which can be prevented e.g. one of the rooms was locked, aircon remote not working, placemats dirty.

It was cozy and complete

The dining chairs are small and some are shaky. May want to consider a sturdier chair but it is ok naman at the moment.

Beds were really comfortable, great to have a stove, drinking water was provided, place was cozy, the owner is friendly, so we’re the staff. Good shower compared to other air B&Bs.

My family and I needed a place to stay due to an emergency. We stayed for a week in this unit. Everything was complete and very clean! It really felt like home and the host was very accommodating, she made sure to answer every question we had on how to use her appliances. The host had dental kits and towels to use for our visit as well as complete essentials (shampoo, conditioner, dish soap). Place was convenient, there’s a convenience store in the building at the basement floor, we can also have food delivered outside or cook instead! The unit’s interior design was very pretty and we can also chill at the lounge area of the condominium which was very windy and relaxing. Best place to stay that can make you feel like you’re at home.
