Great security.. my kids love the wave pool
Long line during check in and check out

Some amenities is only for residential like gym.And selective lang ung pool.

The place is outdated. The place is horrible, aircon in the lounge room not working. Masters bedroom aircon is leaking. Bathroom drainage is clogged. The guards are rude and not helpful. Awful experience. Won’t recommend to anyone. Better go somewhere else.
J’ai adoré la piscine à vague. Par contre, il faut savoir que c’est 250 pesos par personne pour avoir accès par jour.
Nous devions fournir la photo de nos passeports par app Whatsapp
Great View, nice and comfortable room.
The location is perfect. Not far from airport
It’s all good
Wonderful facilities, the restaurant was fabulous! “Brix” in the restaurant was supremely helpful, friendly, and professional. “Jenilyn” in housekeeping made sure my room and requests were outstanding. I loved the events! I felt like a royal !! Thank you!!
The only disruption was caused by a small group of Russians that were disrespectful and rude to the staff and other guests. The restaurant staff dud their best to placate them and minimize the impact. The line for breakfast gets long quickly. Get there close to opening time for the best experience.
It was clean, and the staff were very helpful and respectful
The location was good. Very near to the airport. Apartment was good with a big TV and small dining table . Host called on the mobile directly from Oman and coordinated to provide location, Person to meet at the entrance, QR code for the gate. This was quick and easy.
The bed was small for 2 people. Kitchen table top stove was not working. Service person gave an alternate. I saw few cockroaches in the kitchen. Biggest disappointment for me was that the website showed a big pool picture which was pure misleading. This is not free for guests. It's 250 Pesos/head . I felt cheated . Since it was typhoon time, I couldn't go out. I was hoping that I could at least use the pool. I felt trapped in the room without any amenities. Not worth the value.
Everything ,from start to finish ,the host was super helpful and communications were great ,so helpful ,the property is very spacious and contains two very good sized bedrooms along with a well equipped bathroom and kitchen/lounge area all again very comfy and well equipped, the views are stunning from the apartment and there is a great wave pool also contained on the complex ,there is also numerous restaurants which cater for everybody's needs ,the complex is very secure and all the staff are so friendly ,this was a truly magical experience and I highly recommend staying here ,

The wave pool was nice. The Azure is a 5 minute walk to SM City Bicutan mall which has a lot of restaurants (and a/c!). The unit was a great value and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, WiFi was solid and we had a great view. We had to unexpectedly stay in Manila for several days after our flight to El Nido was canceled because of a typhoon. For a last minute accommodation it worked out well.
Everything about the resort except for location
The traffic jams getting to and from the resort
Nothing much. Was weird.
Weird. Property huge and a bit tacky. Room was full of knick knacks. No clear surfaces to put anything down. Air conditioning unit dropped water onto e D of bed
We were upgraded and the host was very friendly and accommodating
Everything was perfect ❤️
The balcony with pool view, large TV.
Although the apartment was clean, the bathroom was infested with roaches. You have to request for wash cloths, the pool is additional price and not included. The bed corners are wood so be careful moving about. Sheets for master bed available upon request. We booked two people because the site wouldn’t allow us to book 4 people so when we got there, we were told we had to pay $450 apiece for the two extra people, worst of all, we were here to visit family, and we were not allowed to have visitors over. Disappointing, we won’t come back to this unit.
The small apartment was absoluty wonderful. We had all we need , its beautiful, the terase its so nice, the pool.... Levs , the girl was nice and friendly. If you are looking for wonderful time in Manila , this apartment its perfect in Urban Azure Resort. We love it so much.
The view and the convenience
The amenities. The swimming pool is not included in the booking price. I booked the 2BR apartment but i had to pay extra 3 pax for my family which it cost me more than a hotel.
Levs was absolutely amazing; she was so quick to answer any of my questions and offer support in any way she could. She was super responsive and very dedicated to making even just a one-night stay the best it could be. Nancy our host also was able to accommodate us with extended check-out hours because we had an evening flight! Could not be happier with these hosts and highly recommend staying here.
The rooms were decorated beautifully! I just thought the rooms would be slightly larger, so that is likely my mistake in the research department.
The proximity of the apartment to a shopping center, a beautiful place and a clean apartment, the host Lev took care of everything I needed and was in constant contact with me, I felt like I didn't lack anything. Thank you Lev.
The room it self is nice.
There is a a lot of hidden cost in the room. Such as pool accommodations. Not very much but it accumulates- they charge 250php a day or per swim. They do cleaning everyday between 12-2:30pm so if you were to go in the morning and pay 250peso. You have to pay another 250peso if you want to come back. Not cost efficient. Also, the guards are not very helpful. I’ve been in the most luxury resort in the world this one is like a jail visit. My family has to go and be stopped by security guards every time they come visit me even after showing the Visitors pass. And oh another thing! That visitor pass is like gold here lol
The view was excellent, and the people was friendly. But I was hoping for balcony, alt here no basis amenities no too brush no soap, room was dirty and windows edge was Dusty, bathroom smell really bad and bath shower don’t drain.
It was ok, not the best
The place was clean and the guards were courteous. Only complaint was they forgot to replenish the toilet paper:((
Location was close to airport and walking distance to SM mall. The host was very organized and responsive.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a wooden board.
Great staff, very helpful
overall!! the resort was very relaxing and convenient for all my personal needs for my 2 week stay
there were a couple of problems like the AC unit over the bed was leaking water, and the shower water did not drain properly. no one told me about where to place dirty towels and bed sheets
Host demanded(privately via WhatsApp) that I only review 9 or more, if not then not to bother putting a review. Host also asked that any feedback be sent directly to her via WhatsApp and not put publicly on here. When I challenged this and didn't agree to do it she marked my visit as 'Cancelled/No show'. Essentially committing Review Fraud. Can say with 100% conviction that this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. It genuinely does damage to the Booking.com brand being visible on the platform.
Booked through Booking.com for overnight stay at Maui’s Condotel at Azure Residences, and I was enticed by the cheap price since I was travelling for business purposes and will be staying only for a few hours. Notified in advance of late check in, since it was indicated in the listing that they allow check-in from 3-11pm. Was provided with a list of on-duty staff prior, but no replies/confirmation of my request for late check-in. Should have realized from this that it was a scam. I arrived at the property by 8PM. Guards blocked me at the entrance asking for QR code provided by the host, which was not forwarded to me, nor was I informed that there will be a QR code. After calling all numbers provided to me, I finally got a response from one staff. Lo and behold, he informed me that they do not accept check-in after 5PM. In short, I was not accommodated. Because I was desperate and tired from my flight, I asked for other options. Guard gave me a contact number for a host. Amazing that the guard was able to give the number easily, as if it was already agreed and rehearsed. Contacted the number and he gave me a price for a unit, which was double the price listed in the Booking app. Was so frustrated and disappointed that I was scammed by this property, i canceled my booking and had to book and take a taxi again to another hotel.
Amazingly clean, good price, Levi was always in hand for any problems.
Security passes always needed and cost for using swimming pool
Very friendly people and beautiful place.
The apartment was tired and in need of some maintenance. However Levs was very attentive and helpful.
Nothing
After booking my stay at a certain rate and just after I can not cancel I get email stating that there is additional fees for cleaning which was almost as expensive as room. So upon arrival had no choice to pay for cleaning of room and the whole time I was there no came to cleanroom. upon checkout I complained about it and they said that we needed to request ??? Which we did but no one ever showed up.. Would not refund... So beware take note of all the reviews they are true we just did not believe because never experienced anything like that before .
Hello i usually don't write negative review, But this place can be very deceiving, Do not get me wrong the place is beautiful but once you book with them, This is where the scamming part come in play, On Booking.com it say i only have to pay 27K pesos when i book with them, Upon check-in (March 4) i notice they did not have scanner to scan my pay for my credit card and they want cash or gcash upfront which i do not own gcash, So they up the price to 28K pesos (520$), I was so tired and i had to go to a atm just to pay them which i did, After that they want more money from me, Knowing that i am an foreigner, And i was get mad but i end up give in and gave it to them, After they left, I found out the microwave was broken, The place have roaches, The Internet cut off for hours or days, No hot water, No netflix, (My Last year hotel Prisma Residence have everything present and it was less money) They gave me this room on purpose just to make me mad and they should be ashamed of there self, But I been trying for days to contact the owner but they keep ignore me or sent me to a stupid Ai machine (Which in my opinion the philippines should not be using Ai) I just want to voice my frustration that this may be an 4 star resort for marketing but once you book with them they are ready to scam you of your money, And what make it worse is that i stuck here until the 24th which can get here an any sooner, Anyway thank you for read this post, Like i say i rarely post on here but i want to voice my frustrated, That azure is a scam of a resort with insane hidden fee 😕
Very friendly and fexible owner and support staff. Thank you for all support. Lovely apartment, very well equipped. The Resort is also very nice, specially for kids (pool and playground).
Booked for 5 nights, there was no housekeeping despite requests. It was too hot in the room even with the air conditioning on. Some appliances didn’t work
We were so excited to use the pool but they didn’t let us because they were cleaning it. When we arrived, we were not aware that the host shall send us a QR code so the guard who happens to be so rude to us from the time we arrived didn’t let us in. So we have to keep sending messages and tried to call the host but he never answered the call. He responded with the QR code but it took a little while before we received it. They should have informed us well so we won’t feel lost when we got in there. We also hope that the guards will be more friendly because the property is beautiful but having unpleasant employees can ruin a day.
This is the worst hotel I ever visited. From customer service to facilities is so terrible. Was so excited to celebrate my son’s birthday thought it would be a great place for family bonding but all the efforts travelling to this hotel just went to stress. Customer Service are so rude. You pay for the place to swim but you need to pay to the pool to swim. Will not recommend this place

I was not able to stay front desk did not assist me. Will need a full refund. The front did not tend to my reservation needs.
I like that we are on the ground floor because this place is huge but the unit is just ok. It made it easier to meet with family and friends being on the ground floor. The owner (?) and her rep were very responsive to texts and questions. Clean beddings and the aircondition and fan combo do a great job with the heat. Even though the unit is quite small, there were kitchen supplies (which we did not use) and the outside seating made up for the cramped area. To be fair, there were 3 of us in the one bedroom unit so every space was used up. We are very appreciative of the coffee -- thank you! -- really nice for them to provide this!
Check-in process is a bit onerous, requiring text messaging, multiple validation and check-in process from the unit owner representative, from the building itself, from security outside and another check-in window before the building. They are quite strict about who can come in the building. The guard would not let you in the waiting area with your bags unless the host rep is there. We were told to wait outside across the parking lot -- so odd. Very unfriendly security and lobby folks. While this is advertised as being closed to the airport, the area in and out of the facility is heavily congested with traffic. The whole place is also very busy with so many people in the pool area, and people lined up to go into the pool so early in the morning. The area gets very loud with music and people chatters. The one bedroom unit is right across the pool area so it suffers from foot traffic and noise. The unit itself is a bit tired and has some water leakage in the bathroom (hopefully not mold). We killed a couple of big cockroaches. The check-out process also requires another face time with the owner rep. Maybe come up with another system to check-out instead of in-person and being woken up by door knock? Also felt bad for the rep to come all the way for early check-out.
DONT GO THERE, IT IS A SCAM!!! Me and my girlfriend thought we had booked a nice hotel with a swimming pool after a long flight. Once we arrived we were quickly approached in an unfriendly manner by a security guard. The security guards had us call the number of the travel organization, even though we had shown our confirmation email. As a tourist we had no internet on our first day and we could not make phone calls. Despite our explanation and our confirmation email, which we received via WiFi at the airport, the security guards did not want to let us onto the premises. Ultimately, I became angry at the injustice done to us and I walked to the reception of the building. The security guards tried in vain to stop me. After showing the confirmation email, the reception staff did not want to help us. They literally shrugged their shoulders. There were many victims around us, including 2 older women who had been lying on a bench near the building for 5 hours and who were also not allowed to enter the building. We ended up booking another hotel. IT'S A SCAM!!!! DON'T BOOK A ROOM DESPITE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! You lose your money and you can spend the night somewhere else or on the street!
Accessible location, easy to access to SM Mall, groceries. The owner "Nancy" and the assistant "Levs" are very accommodating. The unit are very clean, very comfortable, the room fantastic.
nothing
Very comfortable stay, the host was very helpful. Would recommend
Close to airport
Room very small, extra bed only suitable for a very small kid (was not suitable for my 17-years old daughter),
The place is great and pleasing to the eye. But as the saying goes “Looks can be deceiving.” So dont be deceived. Amenities are only exclusive for unit owners and residents. So if you are renting for a night, 2 nights, a week. They are not free. Especially the swimming pool where you have to pay twice in a day.
Aesthetically pretty, clean and good value for money.
Bed was comfortable Pools look good if you were allowed to use them
If you book with any kids make sure it’s not a Monday as u can’t use any of the pools and any other day u pay for the morning 7-12 then close till 2 then pay again , The room is only big enough for 2 people no kids They charged us $250 paco because there was a tinny bit of make up on the bed sheet and said it will have to be washed ( u have to wash the sheets no matter what !! The are is not good apart from the mall there is nothing so the only place u can eat that’s any good is the mall The music from the sand bar is right in front of the unit doesn’t stop till 11pm so no sleeping before then
Felis helped us with the swift entry in the property. Nancy as well gave instructions days before our booking so we know what we'll do. The room was spacious for 3. The theme of the room is very nice and luxurious. Bathroom is clean too. Things inside the property looks new and clean. Most of all, our room is facing the pool/garden. So its nice to take photos!

I don't want to have to take out the trash.
It's clean beautiful view amazing place
The room was very cosy, all the amenities were there.
No hot water in shower in first unit, refused to stay, fridge broken in second unit, water leaks in comfort room
Where do I start with this place. I never gave a bad review in any place we stayed at. I have stayed in numerous places in the philippines but this one is the worst. First off, I booked this place through booking.com and it had good reviews but little did I know they were by the same person that gave the good reviews and he just repeated what he said. I should have throughly checked but i was rushing to get a place to stay. 1. The check in process is lengthy. First i booked it and 30 minutes I wanted to cancel because I didn’t realize i booked it already. There was a cancellation fee up to how much much I was staying so basically 400 dollars to cancel even though i tried canceling in 30 minutes. Next, when we got there the guards asked for QR code which we did not get so we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to finally process all of our IDs and then we had to wait in a line for another 20 minutes for us to get checked in. 2. They only accept cash or Gcash. The front desk does not process the payment. You don’t pay until you get up to the room. Also, booking.com said 12,000 pesos when i booked it went up to 19,000 but when it was time to pay it was 23,000 pesos. I also was not able to use my booking wallet of $106 online they said they accept it but when i got to the property they only accept cash and do not accept my booking wallet. At that point i was just so hungry i was like whatever I’ll just pay it. We also did not get a receipt. 3. The condition of the room was DISGUSTING!!! The worse I have ever stayed. Let me start with the tiling of the floor. So many cracks everywhere and the microwave had a hole in the front of it. The bed is so uncomfortable and noisy any movement it squeaks. The AC is out of date and dirty and it blows right towards where are heads are suppose to be. The water is disgusting and smells so awful. I decided to use drinking water instead it’s so gross. There is dust everywhere and mold. There are footprints on the wall and the balcony smells like pee. The wood of everything is peeling and broken. The worse part is the COCKROACHES 🪳 when we left the room for only a couple hours there was about 25-30 of them all over the pots and pans, the walls, the cracks of the tiles, in the bathroom, and even our bed. I mean everywhere!! Even in the hallway so I don’t think there’s only an infestation in one room but the building. It even smelled when we walked in like really horrendous. I started getting rashes all over my legs and arms. I just got so itchy. 4. The customer service is atrocious! When we called about the cockroaches he explained that we shouldn’t have turned off the AC. They said there shouldn’t be roaches because they sprayed before we checked in. So they knew they had a roach problem but doesn’t care. It felt like it was our fault that we had cockroaches. He said that we couldn’t move rooms until noon the next day and i asked for a refund and even that I’ll pay for two days and he said no. He hung up on me and continued not to answer any future calls. I called booking.com and they were more than willing to help but the owner did not answer them either. 5. Nothing positive about this place. You have to pay a 250 peso each person to use the pool any time you use it. The gym is for gym members only. You have to buy your own water and amenities. Barely any restaurants just SM mall. The locations horrible with crazy traffic right in front of the building. I would have rather stayed in a clean place with no AC then stay in this room.
I loved that the host met me at the door and communication was good throughout the stay
NIL
Very attentive
Can hear noise through walls. WiFi is fast but sometimes slow. Good air conditioning, Netflix available. Our room felt a little rushed (missing toiletries) but overall a decent stay.
Omg, just don’t know where to start in this military camp. First of all the apartment wasn’t even ready and the owner didn’t know we were even coming, (careful it’s a resort for scammers). Eventually they got us into an apartment but it was awful, tiny, cramped, not clean, mattresses badly stained, no balcony just a view from the bedroom window of a trading estate. If you would like to use the pool you have to pay and it has a morning session and an afternoon session. As for the internet pictures it all needs a good clean and paint. Just avoid we left after a couple of days, couldn’t stay as we hated it, went to savoy hotel where it was excellent
This apartment was picked by my best friend while we were searching for a nice place to stay in Manila last May. We chatted to the owner called "Luc" and he's very helpful and attentive to our queries about their properties. We decided to book our dates 11-14 of October 2024. Upon paying the £110 3 nights at their apartment, Airbnb brought up a pop up screen of option: To pay half (May 2024) at the time of paying and pay half before the 2nd of October 2024. We decided to pay half first because we have 5 months to go before our flight in October. The payment was successfully collected which was £55.80 with a receipt via my Gmail account. I contacted "Luc" in September that I wanted to pay the remaining balance of the apartment and I asked him specifically where to find the remaining balance of £55.80 because the Airbnb app wasn't user friendly to navigate around so that I could pay it full. Luc replied it's now fully paid. I said: Oh okay thanks! On the 9th of October I received an email from Airbnb saying that I didn't pay my booking for the apartment so I contacted the host. I will let you read the host appalling self-explanatory customer service 👇 I let you be the judge about his customer service skills even the most holy saint would be flabbergasted and appalled how this man communication skills would put everyone to stay out of his apartment. He said that he's not aware that Airbnb allowed me to pay partial payment. How could you not know that it was a partial payment if he was expecting £110 into his bank and only received £55.80 and this was back in May 2024. If you don't want to experience this kind of appalling customer service with an unhinged mentality I suggest please go somewhere else because there are many beautiful apartments in Manila where the hosts have an accommodating and welcoming customer service skills. This man never heard of "The Customer Is alright right" in his tiny little world.
I recently stayed at Manila Urban Resort at Azure, and it exceeded all my expectations! Nestled in a stunning location, the hotel is surrounded by picturesque views, making it the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the attention to detail—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to enhance comfort. The facilities were top-notch as well, with beautiful wave pool, spa,and restaurants, they even have 7/11 on site. Overall, I highly recommend [Manila Urban Resort at Azure] to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and serene experience. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Felis for warm welcome which made me feel like at home!
Really toooo far from expectations. more importantly NEVER USE AGODA. They allow property to charge extra cash after the payment on the webpage. i paid complete amount given on webpage with my card but when went to place on check-in time i was asked for another 40 dollars. They simply works like scam. STAY AWAY!!
The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Also arranged a lot of things to make our stay very good and unforgetable
It was clean and hot shower was lovely! My sister was very pleased with the air purifier. Location was walking distance to a mall.
Security guards were demanding a QR code (but we already organized it as we just booked within 24 hours of stay) and wanted to hold on to a driver's license. No blackout curtains. And traffic can be heard. The curtains were covering the aircon unit. Strongly suggest a curtain just enough for the window above the aircon. Challenging to get a Grab car or taxi in the area. Extra cost to secure ID band to see wave pool (PhP250 is expensive if band could be returned) and another cost to use the wave pool.
The pool was our purpose but we couldn't use it
No, comment to this property because No wave pool that time , this is my first time to visit to this place from Azure
No , we have scammers to this place Azure, Because I have a two reservation in Azure Beach Resedent and also Azure near Airport Wavepool , August 14 until August 16 ? And also August 20 until 23 ? How to do that money back about my reservation on August 14 until August 16 ? Already paid to my Credit Card ¥15,108 Azure wavepool this a Booking.Com About the orders my Reservation in Agoda paid Azure Beach Resedent Resort to also my Credit Card amount of ¥28,202 all this paid already on date of 2024-7-29 Can you follow up to confirmation and can please check my account to my money back , this my experience to take to Booking .com I don’t know how ever to my traumatic Tha
The whole family enjoyed it! It was a very comfortable house. There was Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, and more. Thank you!
**Review: Manila Urban Resort at Azure** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Manila Urban Resort at Azure, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The resort is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the airport, even with traffic, making it a perfect spot for both short stays and longer vacations. The flat itself was incredibly comfortable and impeccably maintained. Everything felt cozy and well-cared-for, creating a homey atmosphere that was just what I needed. One of the highlights was the pool, which is perfect for families, especially if you have children. It’s P250 per person. The kids had a blast, and it was a great way to relax and unwind after a long trip from the UK. We like the restaurant at the resort, which offered delicious food and was so conveniently positioned. The variety and quality of the meals were top-notch. However, the best part of our stay was Nancy’s outstanding communication. She made everything so easy, from booking to check-out. Her responsiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend Manila Urban Resort at Azure for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and convenient stay in Manila!
The view
The traffic on the way to the location
For a stop over between flights it was suitable
The host and her staff are very accomodating. Also the unit is so cozy and clean. Definitely we will book to them again soon.
Rating: 5/5 Stars I had the pleasure of staying at Azure Urban Resort Residences, and it truly is a gem in the heart of Metro Manila! The ambience is excellent, with well-maintained facilities that include stunning pools, a basketball court, playgrounds, a gym, and a beach club. The security is top-notch, with personnel present 24/7, making you feel safe and secure throughout your stay. However, it's crucial to book your stay through a trusted website like Airbnb, as the check-in process requires specific protocols, including owner registration to their guest portal. Avoid booking through Agoda or Booking.com, as same-day bookings may not be accepted. To ensure a world-class hosting experience, choose hosts with high ratings on Airbnb. I noticed many negative reviews from guests who booked through the wrong sites, so be sure to do your research. Once you've booked and communicated with your host, you'll receive a QR code before arrival. This smooths out the check-in process, making your stay even more enjoyable. While the constant traffic outside the main roads can be a challenge, it's a small price to pay for this oasis in the city. Azure Urban Resort Residences is a hidden gem, and with the right booking and preparation, you'll have an amazing experience. So, book through Airbnb, pack your bags, message your host, and get ready to unwind in this urban paradise!
We arrived at the Azure Maui Building, where we were stopped by their security personnel asking for a QR code. We booked through Agoda on the same day we were checking in. We were unable to reach the lobby as we were unable to produce the QR code. We explained that we did not receive any notification of this requirement, as the Agoda booking seemed straightforward after receiving the booking confirmation. We had an infant with us, so imagine the difficulty of waiting outside on the street arguing about this QR code. One security guard questioned, "Did you only book this today?" and asked how many of the 8 days we were staying. He asked how much we paid and mentioned that we could have booked directly with them. This seemed odd to me, as they can ask questions but seem unaware of the pointless journey they are setting you up for and cannot provide answers. We were informed we could not go inside full stop. I knew this was a trap for those who would simply accept their penalties. But not me! I sent an inquiry to Agoda App regarding the QR code. However, I managed to reach Agoda UK's customer service number and explained the poor service we encountered on arrival at the Azure and the lack of information provided after booking and regarding the unreasonable check-in prerequisites. The property management group, who I believe processes the check-in requirements and manages the rented units, replied to my inquiry about the QR code. They said they required a 5000 pesos bank transfer deposit with proof and IDs of all guests before they could process the QR code. This requirement is astronomical, especially since it was already 8 pm, and no further information about where or to whom to send the bank transfer and ID details was provided. Our infant was crying due to the intense heat at the entrance gate. With time running out, we risked losing the entire cancellation refund. I brought all this to the attention of the Agoda Customer Service in the UK, who empathetically listened to me, agreeing that it was impossible to meet the Property Management Group's demands due to time constraints and unreasonable check-in prerequisites. I have stayed at the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai and was never asked for anything like these check-in requirements. So, if you do not want to be turned away in the street, I urge you not to book this place or waste your money! You have been warned!!
Their rooms are clean and I loved that the provided everything tissues, coffees etc. The kids also enjoyed the wave pool and the sand beach, my sisters and I enjoyed at the sand bar too. Ms bea’s very nice and accommodating, I forgot to take my driver’s license back from the reception and she troubled herself to pick it up and have it delivered to me. The owner of the place was very accommodating too and answered every questions I asked. I definitely recommend this place!
Only the location as it is far from my place but it’s absolutely worth it when we got there.

Check in process
I can’t stress enough how this property so Family friendly and you feel the sense security. We had a terrible flight that really drained the energy out of us but upon arriving to this property Ma’am Beatriz is so welcoming. Ma’am Nancy (The Owner) is always updating us making sure that the check in process is smooth. Property is spacious for a family of five. Has it’s own kitchen and the view is just amazing! Service wise, we ended up informing them that we needed a lift to the airport and they contacted Sir Ariel who’s as nice and prompt arrived on time. This property is a one stop deal if you want a smooth stay when you’re needing a place to crash down for your connecting flight. Definitely will come back!
Nakakadala bumalik ,start from Guard not welcome 😒 agent puro wait , 😑 3pm check in nkapasok n sa room 430pm , wlang propper endorsement , ang daming ipis at madumi ang room, bad experience ever 😑 😅 😢 😄 😒 😑 😅 maraming ipis sa room, at isa pa di sila friendly s mga guest nila , napaka unprofessional at hindi hindi n talaga kami babalik dyan. Very very bad experience ever 😕 😞 😪
We stayed here for 3 days and it's so beautiful here especially that you want to escape from your chaotic world hahahaha eme. The kids especially enjoyed the pool but it's just disappointing because the fee is different in the morning and afternoon hahaha so it's not worth it.
The view from the terrace was incredible. I enjoyed sipping a wine of glass in the balcony overlooking the pool.
The smell below the sink in the kitchen is horrible.
Apartment is very awesome and balcony view and outdoor pool is very cool. Staff’s are very polite. Highly recommend this place
