Un accueil parfait , merci à amine ,ainsi que monaïm pour leurs gentillesses ,leurs serviabilité et leurs hospitalités. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti comme chez nous tout était parfais . Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Estancia fantástica. La ubicación del Riad es excelente, muy céntrica y perfecta para visitar la ciudad caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas, con colchones de gran calidad que garantizan un descanso perfecto después de un día de turismo. La limpieza es impecable en todas las instalaciones. El desayuno es delicioso, variado y preparado con mucho cuidado, ofreciendo productos frescos cada mañana. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad y dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y consejos para aprovechar al máximo la estancia. Sin duda, un lugar con mucho encanto que superó nuestras expectativas. Lo recomendamos totalmente y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin dudarlo.

Ce riad est très bien situé dans la médina, proche des souk et des restaurants il est très simple de tout faire à pieds. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et servi en terrasse ce qui est très agréable. Une petite mention spéciale à Amine qui nous a accueilli et aidé tout au long de notre séjour avec une réelle envie de partager et de nous faire sentir à l’aise dans ce pays.

De kamers op de gelijkvloers zijn wat donker omdat je je ramen of gordijnen moet dichtdoen voor privacy. Vitrages zouden handig zijn!

Séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique riad rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Le propriétaire est charmant et a partagé plein de bons conseils pour découvrir la ville, loin des recommandations trop touristiques. Le personnel est attentionné et discret. Un très bon petit déjeuner très complet est servi tous les matins sur la terrasse, thé et petite collation sont offerts pendant la journée. Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied tout en profitant d’un vrai calme une fois rentré au riad.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce riad plein de charme.Patrick le propriétaire des lieux est un esthète passionné et passionnant, il vous donnera toutes ses bonnes adresses et vous communiquera son amour des tapis et des belles choses!Le riad a été rénové avec goût et c'est un havre de paix, tout a été minutieusement chiné pour en faire un lieu exceptionnel. Gros point fort: excellente localisation dans la médina tout en étant très au calme Et que dire du personnel...souriant, serviable, discret, un vrai bonheur!La chambre est faite tous les jours et le thé à la menthe est gentiment offert.Le petit-déjeûner est excellent et copieux. Bref nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un lieu paradisiaque.Si vous aimez les hôtels aseptisés standart passez votre chemin, mais si vous préférez les lieux charmés d'âme tout en étant confortable, ce riad est pour vous!

Das Frühstück war gut und völlig ausreichend. Tee und Kaffee konnten beliebig nachbestellt werden. Auch andere zusätzliche Wünsche waren absolut kein Problem. Das Personal war total Hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Der Chef des Riad hat uns zusätzlich viele tolle Tipps für Marrakesch geliefert. Das Riad ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet, besitzt eine tolle Dachterasse und Innenhof. Und die Lage ist obtimal für Aktionen in Marrakesch. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Umfeld des Riad (Zuweg, die Gebäude im Umfeld). Aber das ist eben die Medina, nicht die Neustadt von Marrakesch. -

Absolutamente todo fue fantástico. El Riad es precioso y todos los que trabajan allí se esfuerzan por darte lo mejor de cada uno. Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en cuanto a alojamiento. Además está todo increíblemente limpio y el desayuno es inmejorable.

Nous avons passé une super semaine Marrakech. Les conseils de Patrick nous ont permis de découvrir la ville et ces alentours. Le personnel au petit soin dès que vous posez un pied dans le patio mais toujours très discret afin de vous laisser profiter de la magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les toits de la ville et l’Atlas. Je recommande fortement cette établissement, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Le logement est proche de tout les monuments incontournables, à 10mns à pieds de la place Jema El Fna, 30 mns à pieds du jardin Majorelle. Un Dar soigné, qui conserve une identité marocaine malgré certaines rénovations. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et prépare un petit déjeuner excellent. Merci à Patrick (le propriétaire) pour tout les conseils et recommandations. La chambre est propre et bien rangée.

De verantwoordelijke die ons telkenmale zeer vriendelijk en hartelijk verwelkomde, ons hielp met alles wat we vroegen en tegelijk niet opdringerig was en zijn afstand hield (of dat toch zeer goed aanvoelde). Het gevoel van een echte riad, familiaal en authentiek, en toch ongelooflijk centraal van ligging. Wij hebben bij de buren bovendien een kookles gevolgd dat werkelijk absoluut fantastisch, hartelijk, lekker, leerrijk en interessant was. Alles wat het moet zijn

Toilet op de gang; was wel zeer duidelijk gecommuniceerd dus geen probleem. Mijn vrouw sukkelde er meer op dan ikzelf, absoluut het enige potentiële nadeel (maar zoals gezegd was dus duidelijk vanaf het begin)

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Riad abseits vom Trubel. Man ist dennoch in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuss in dem lebendigen Teil der Suks. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll einreichtet und äusserst geräumig, inkl. riesiger Dusche, einem grossen und sehr gemütlichen Bett mit der besten Matratze Marokkos! Da das Riad auch sehr ruhig ist, habe ich hervorragend geschlafen. Der Innenhof ist geräumig und auch sehr gemütlich, aber die grosszügige Dachterrasse ist das wahre Highlight, wenn man sich tagsüber zurückziehen und entspannen möchte.

Ich hatte bei der Anreise nach 10 Uhr eine kleine Herausforderung zum Riad zu kommen, da es in einem Bereich liegt, in dem keine Autos fahren dürfen/ können. Das Taxi hat mich an einem 5 Min entfernt gelegenen Platz rausgelassen, und ich musste den Rest zu Fuss durch verschlungene Gassen gehen. Ohne Google Maps hätte ich es nicht gefunden. Das Personal war aber sehr zuvorkommend und hat eine gute Beschreibung des Wegs gegeben.

De eigenaar en het personeel geven je echt het idee dat je thuis bent. Ze zijn erg zorgzaam en helpen je graag met van alles dat je je afvraagt of nodig hebt. Daarnaast geven ze je echt veel tips over wat je mogelijk kan doen gedurende je verblijf. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden. Wij hadden een moeder-dochter trip en dit was heerlijk. De riad is ook van binnen een oaze aan rust. Iets wat erg fijn is nadat je de hele dag door de drukte van Marrakech hebt gewandeld. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

L'accueil est vraiment parfait. Notre hôte nous a renseigné sur les visites à faire et nous a même réservé des restaurants. Le riad est très beau et très agréable.

L’accoglienza è stata molto piacevole, ci hanno servito de té in terrazza al sole, la camera molto carina, è una stanza principalmente per coppie perché la doccia e il lavandino sono a vista, mentre il wc è fuori la stanza, sempre molto pulito. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare colazione dentro una stanza della struttura perché il tempo era piovoso, ma comunque è stata abbondante e puntuale

Todella upea ja rauhallinen majoituspaikka! Sijainti on loistava, lähellä kaikkea, ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Omistaja oli ystävällinen ja vastaanottavainen. Aamupala oli täyttävä. Tuorepuristettu appelsiinimehu oli luksusta. Majottuisin uudestaan! :)

Huoneen kerrottiin olevan äänieristetty, mutta käytännössä näin ei ihan ollut. Uskon, että oviin ja ikkunaan äänieristystä voisi parantaa. Majoituspaikka on rauhallinen ja pieni, joten ei paljoa meluhaittaa ja nukuimme hyvin. Lisäksi huoneessamme oli jonkin verran muurahaisia, mikä on melko yleistä ensimmäisen kerroksen riadeissa.

We loved everything about this property, it was a great start to our trip. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Comfortable and uniquely decorated rooms and a lovely sunny rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning with only the sound of the birds chirping.

Il Riad è molto bello e si trova a poca distanza dalla piazza principale della Medina, ma in posizione leggermente defilata dalle vie principali, garantendo così tranquillità e silenzio. La camera è molto caratteristica e ampia, il letto comodissimo. In camera ci sono solo doccia e lavandino, il wc è esterno e condiviso con altre camere. Colazione fantastica servita nella meravigliosa terrazza del Riad. Non è a buffet ma comunque ben completa. Amine è stato sempre disponibilissimo e gentilissimo e ci ha dato i giusti consigli per vivere al meglio Marrakesh

Metto 9 su 10 solo perchè il bagno era esterno e secondo me non è ben specificato nella descrizione del riad. Personalmente non ha creato problemi, lo abbiamo sempre trovato libero e pulitissimo, ma una informazione più trasparente secondo me sarebbe utile.

Riad bourré de charme, avec une vraie âme. Parfait pour les personnes cherchant ce genre de chose. Le propriétaire a chiné pendant très longtemps tous les objets qui y trouvent leur place très naturellement. Le confort des salles de bains (débit d'eau et eau chaude) renforcent le plaisir que l'on a d'être dans cette machine à remonter le temps !

Die Lage war wirklich hervorragend, ruhig gelegen, jedoch 1-2 Strassen weiter steht man mitten im Trubel. Wir haben ueber das Riad einen Shuttle zum Flughafen gebucht und wurden nachts durch die dunklen Gassen gefuehrt, so fuehlten wir uns sehr sicher. Alle Mitarbeiter und der Inhaber waren mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie sprechen Englisch, Franzoesisch, Spanisch und natuerlich Arabisch, so faellt die Verstaendigung sehr leicht. Die Dachterrasse ist super gemuetlich, es gab Minztee als Begruessung und auch bei Bedarf zu jeder anderen Zeit. Obwohl man die Zimmer nicht abschliessen kann, fuehlt man sich unfassbar sicher und familiaer. Es war sehr sauber und es gab warmes Wasser. Ausserdem ist es zugleich ein Teppichmuseum und der Besitzer hat uns spannende Geschichten darueber erzaehlt. Er liebt was er lebt! Vielen Dank fuer die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Después de recorrer casi que todo el país, puedo decir con confianza que este es el mejor hotel en que nos hemos quedado. Patrick, el dueño, nos recibió con los brazos abiertos y las mejores recomendaciones para moverse por la ciudad. El personal del Riad nos consintieron demasiado: nos ayudaron con nuestra ropa sucia, nos preparaban desayuno a deshoras dependiendo de nuestros planes. La casa, además, es hermosa.

Para nosotros no fue un problema pero sí nos llamó la atención que el sanitario era afuera del cuarto.

Il riad di Patrick è un piccolo gioiello nascosto tra i vicoli della medina: un’oasi di pace e bellezza che sembra sospesa nel tempo. Appena varcata la porta, il caos della città si dissolve. Patrick è un padrone di casa eccezionale, autentico, premuroso e sempre pronto a consigliare i luoghi più affascinanti, anche lontani dai percorsi turistici. La sua ospitalità ha qualcosa di raro: si percepisce la cura in ogni dettaglio, dalla colazione preparata con ingredienti freschi e locali, all’arredo curato con gusto marocchino. Le camere sono impeccabili: silenziose, pulitissime, decorate con tappeti meravigliosi. Il patio centrale, con la fontana e il canto degli uccellini, è pura magia. Più che un semplice soggiorno, è un’esperienza di connessione autentica con la città e la sua anima. Grazie Patrick per aver creato un luogo così speciale, torneremo senza dubbio, e lo consiglieremo a chiunque voglia vivere Marrakech nel suo lato più vero e incantato. Très beau Riad. Le personnel au top. Trop gentil. Patrick le propriétaire prend bien soin de ses hôtes et nous a super bien conseillé quant aux visites à faire. Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés. Une excellente expérience pour notre 1ere fois à Marrakech

El Riad es precioso y los trabajadores hacen con que te sientas en casa. Son super lindos y serviciais, te ayudan en tudo y son muy delicados y cuidadosos. Lo recomendo, la limpeza, el desayuno y la ubicación fenomenales, pero lo recomendo principalmente por los trabajadores. Que gente más linda. Gracias a todos.

Really nice Riad, architecturally beautiful, great breakfast, friendliest staff and amazing rugs on the walls! The owner Patrick explained how the rugs were made and the artists’ stories behind their pieces - this Riad was a rug museum and has such interesting art all around it! Also loved soaking in the sun on the terrace!

Struttura molto bella, classico DAR. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante sia in centro alla medina. Terrazzo dove fare colazione (ottima e abbondante) fantastico e ricco di fiori. La camera da letto pulita e spazi giusti, con una doccia fantastica e nonostante non abbia il bagno interno, ma condiviso, non è fastidioso in quanto le camere sono poche.

Il bagno attenzione non è nella camera e non sempre è chiaro su booking.

Immerso nel cuore della medina, il riad è davvero bello e accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile pronto sempre ad aiutarti alla minima difficoltà (non è così semplice ambientarsi la prima volta nella medina).Lo staff ci ha accolto sin da subito facendoci sentire a casa e al sicuro. I servizi sono ottimi, la biancheria viene cambiata ogni giorno e la stanza è pulita. La colazione è eccellente e abbondante. La posizione ottima per le principali attrazioni, la piazza principale a circa 10 minuti a piedi e la piazza delle spezie a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Le macchine non transitano, ma a soli 2 minuti a piedi c’è una piccola piazza dove si fermano i taxi e i pullman per i vari tour. Un grazie speciale ancora allo staff e al proprietario, vi porteremo nel cuore e se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech, sicuramente sceglieremmo Riad Dar Dallah ancora! Grazie!

Monaim, Amine and the other staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The Riad is a tranquil and historic property located a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning on the roof terrace. Beautiful Berber carpets are displayed on its walls.

Great breakfast served at flexible times and very lovely staff. Gorgeous interiors and shared spaces including rooftop. Very cool that it also contains a museum/gallery.

The room felt a bit exposed as we were on the ground floor.

The team were kind, welcoming and proactive in making sure we had a great stay! The rooms were amazing, and the Riad felt like a safe, relaxing haven from the busy streets of Marrakech! Breakfast was also fabulous and we met some great people also staying at the Riad.

Everything was top notch! The only slight negative is that the room doors didn't have locks - you are safe as the front door to the Riad is locked, but I did have a guest mistakenly come into my room a few times.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et surtout très calme. Sa décoration est simple mais très belle et très jolie, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la souplesse des horaires et l’accès libre de l’hôtel.

Ich habe mich in dieses Riad sofort verliebt – es ist eine grüne Oase, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, und das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit – echte Gastfreundschaft, die man spürt. Das Riad selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet: viele Pflanzen sorgen für eine ruhige und erfrischende Atmosphäre, besonders der große Olivenbaum in der Mitte, der angenehmen Schatten spendet. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es ebenfalls eine Vielzahl toller Pflanzen, die zusammen mit der entspannten Umgebung ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten sind. Die Einrichtung verbindet traditionelle Elemente mit europäischem Vintage-Stil und Komfort – alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und werden täglich gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause und wünscht sich, man könnte noch viel länger bleiben. Das Frühstück ist typisch marokkanisch (süß) und wurde mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet: Msemen, Brot, Spiegelei, verschiedene Sorten Marmelade, Joghurt, frisches Obst und vor allem frisch gepresster Orangensaft – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Ort, an dem Tradition, Komfort und herzliche Gastfreundschaft zusammenkommen. Wir können dieses Riad uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen Tipp: Für den Transport ist es ganz einfach: dem Taxifahrer sagen, dass er euch zu „la Place Ben Saleh“ bringen soll. Von dort sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Riad.

A beautiful Riad with exceptionally kind staff—especially Amine, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He gave us plenty of great recommendations and was always available to help with anything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommend 100%!

The pictures don't match completely the reality of the Riad. The place is more basic than expected and the breakfast quite simple, hence the price is not aligned with the "offer". That said, the rooftop terrace is amazing and the staff was super helpful (my husband got sick during the night and the person doing the night shift immediately knocked on our door to ask us if we needed help!). The location is good (15 minutes away from Djema El Fna) even if you have to pass narrow, not too clean alleys, to reach it but, if you want to stay in the Medina, the hygienic conditions of the streets/ alleys are all.the same ( =very bad:-(

The riad needs some maintenance (the sink in the bathroom had a visible chip on the edge, the carpets need washing,..) and in general the place could use some refreshing.
