Với sự trải nghiệm khám phá của tôi thì nó khá mới mẻ với lịch trình nơi ở của những chuyến đi trước đây .

Mình đi 4 người ở Hội An 2 ngày 1 đêm tại đây, chị chủ thân thiện dễ gần lắm, chị vẽ cho bọn mình 1 cái bản đồ chỉ những chỗ ăn, chỗ chơi giá cả hợp lý. Hôm t2 bọn mình 8h tối mới về chị cũng tạo điều kiện hết sức cho chuyến đi của mấy đứa mình suôn sẻ. Phòng bọn mình ở 4 người, có ban công cửa sổ siêu thoáng. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ, mí đứa ngủ siêu ngon. Nếu có dịp chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại đây, cảm ơn chị chủ home rấc nhìu đã giúp bọn em có 1 chuyến đi ý nghĩa và nhiều niềm vui!

Ero in viaggio con mio marito e le mie figlie. Abbiamo prnotato questo grazioso hotel vicinissimo al centro storico. La proprietà è una ragazza deliziosa, pronta a darti indicazioni utili e a consigliarti. La struttura ha diversi servizi che mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti, ma noi abbiamo utilizzato solo il servizio lavanderia. Posizione strategica: vicino al centro, tanto da raggiundere tutto a piedi, ma non nella confusione; lungo una strada principale, ma non rumoroso; circondato da ogni tipo di negozio e locale, ma senza la possibilità della colazione. A pochi chilometri dalla spiaggia di An Bang e dal villaggio di cocco. Quando entri non sai se sei in un garage che ripara motorini, o effettivamente all'hotel che hai prenotato, ma non lasciatevi ingannare dal primo impatto e fatevi rubare il cuore dalla gentilezza della proprietaria e dalla comodità della stanza, ampia e con graziosi terrazzini dove fermarsi a guardare la vita che scorre in strada. Consigliato!!

Stanze non adeguatamente oscurate. Il sole fa capolino molto presto e sveglia un troppo precocemente.

Chị chủ đàng hoàng lắm moi người. Rất nên tin tưởng.Vi trí gần Sông Hoài đi bộ 5-7p. Khách sạn kế MC Donald và KFC. Phòng OK thoáng cho 3 người. Tolet thoải mái sạch sẽ.

Chị chủ đáng yêu . Siêu nhiệt tình nếu lần sau đến Hội An nhất định sẽ quay lại .

旧市街から近いロケーション、へやは広く明るかった。

テレビのリモコンがひとつ足りなくて視聴できなかった。トリプルで予約したがメインの大きなベッドのみ掛け布団にカバーがあったが他の２つのベッドには掛け物にカバーがなく気持ち悪かった。 ドアの鍵がかけられず貴重品を持ってそのまま出かけた。 スタッフは常駐しておらずwhat'supで連絡とれるが私たちはそのアプリを使っていなかった。1泊だけだったし低料金なのでテレビや布団カバーの件は交渉を諦めた。

Buena ubicación a 5 min del old town. Me gustó que las toallas estuvieran limpias, y la cama cómoda comparándolas con el resto de alojamientos de Vietnam. La ducha separada del vater también es un gran punto porque no se moja todo el baño. Habían muchas perchas para colgar la ropa y muchos muebles para colocar las cosas.

El olor a humedad de la habitación. Una vez dentro te acostumbras, pero se nota mucho cuando entras, no se puede abrir el balcón por el calor que entra. El desayuno muy pobre, bebidas muy pequeñas para el calor que hace. También nos cobraron las botellas de agua de la habitación; aun diciendo que el agua se podía rellenar abajo en la cocina, nunca especificaron que era de pago.

The person in charge is awesome. She gave me wonderful pieces of advice. Did fantastic breakfast, she is very accomodating and helpful. You can trust her for anything you need. Matress is extremely comfortable and room has all what you might need. Location too : it is very close to old city centre. A few minutes walking.

The place is super nice. Unfortunately I picked the wrong room. One that has no window, lacks ventilation and has big mold issues. I did not know that until I got there. The place was full. So I could not change. Smell was really bad. I suppose , as long as you pick a room with a window, it should be really fine.

Chị chủ siêu nhiệt tình. Chị sẽ cho 1 cái map những điểm ăn hoặc chơi thú vị quanh đấy và gợi ý những địa điểm nào nên ăn. Vị trí cũng rất gần phố cổ, mình hoàn toàn có thể đi bộ đến những điểm mình muốn. Phòng đc chuẩn bị đầy đủ dép đi trong phòng và dép đi trong nhà vệ sinh. Điều này khá ấn tượng vì các khách sạn cao cấp hoặc resort sẽ ko trang bị dép đi trong nhà vệ sinh. Ngoài ra phòng có trang bị cả đèn trắng và đèn vàng. Thật sự những bn hay trang điểm nên kiếm 1 khách sạn có đèn trắng nếu bn ko muốn lớp make-up của mk sẽ có màu khác xa khi nhìn qua gương trong phòng đèn vàng

Vì phòng không thoáng khí nên khi bước vào phòng sẽ có mùi ẩm mốc khá khó chịu. Tuy nhiên, nó chỉ là mùi thôi chứ ko ảnh hưởng đến độ sạch sẽ. Mk thấy đôi khi chị có thể mở cửa để ko khí lưu thông hoặc đặt sáp thơm phòng

On pensait avoir une chambre avec un balcon et il n’y avait même pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Pas de circulation d’air donc c’était très humide.

Die Bäder waren in keinem guten Zustand. Sitzmöbel auf Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar, weil immer komplett nass: Flüssigkeit der Außenanlage der Klimaanlage läuft darauf, war nicht änderbar.

El desayuno estaba muy rico y el personal era muy amable. El baño estaba bastante bien.

Mucha humedad que casi no te deja dormir y cucarachas en la habitación. Cuando me fui a acostar una cucaracha estaba corriendo entre mis sábanas.

This place urgently needs a renovation and mold removal. We arrived and it stank like mold in the whole room. Right next to where your head is supposed to be black mold came from under the wall paper. Someone just tried to paint over it. And the bathroom… once I saw the ceiling, rusting and rotting we left before even staying one night.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, which is located right in the heart of Hoi An’s old town a very convenient and charming area. The staff were always helpful and responsive, and communication through WhatsApp was fast and efficient. They offer a number of services such as bike rentals and laundry (although I didn’t use the laundry service myself, as I wasn’t aware it was available). They were also very helpful in arranging transportation both from my previous accommodation to theirs, as well as upon check-out. I requested a late check-out and was able to extend my stay for a small additional fee of 100,000 VND, which I found very reasonable. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place with thoughtful and efficient service.

One detail to be aware of: in the room photos, you may see a terrace, which could give the impression it is private. However, this terrace is actually shared and located on the rooftop, not directly attached to the room. Also, for guests who are sensitive to noise, please note that the private rooms are situated quite close to the staircase. Sounds from people walking or talking in the stairwell or in the lobby, if you're on the first floor can be heard clearly from the room.

The floor of our room was very dirty so we had to ask them to clean. The breakfast was quite sad, both the food and the dining area.

Very clean and comfortable. The room had multiple AC units and fans. The location is perfect: a stones throw away from the centre. Staff were very helpful and always on hand.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at Lynk Homestay for 4 nights, and it was a truly great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with cozy beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast offered a varied menu each day, and everything was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist. Lynk, in particular, was amazing in sorting out any queries we had and even helped us book an onward bus, which was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. Given the quality of the stay, I believe it was excellent value for money. I highly recommend Lynk Homestay and would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed at Deluxe Double Room. It's a spacious room with a super big bed. Although the room doesn't have a balcony, the window is big, so I could catch the wind. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the pancakes. Plus, great location, only 2 minutes walk to the down town. I arrived a little bit earlier, however they had checkin 24/24.

The young lady at check-in spoke English well. She was also very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp and gave us help with food recommendations. We were able to refill our waterbottles from a kind of watercooler tap in the kitchen. The coffee from the free breakfast was nice. The first morning it was too sweet. I asked to reduce the amount of condensed milk in the coffee via WhatsApp and then it was fine. Breakfast was mostly fine, except that if you select noodles, it came cold because the staff buy the noodles on the way to work. After the first morning, we opted for bread and eggs, and banana pancake, because these came warm as they were cooked in the kitchen (not bought). Banana pancake was good!

My TRIPLE room (no balcony, facing the back of the building) was TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, there was no other TRIPLE room to change to, so we were stuck with the MOULDIEST hotel room. It was on the second floor. It has a wooden window which opens to reveal a brickwall (you can touch the brick wall if you stretch out your hand) and above the wall there is a skylight. So there is some air circulation, right? Except, this airwell is also the exhaust vent for the kitchen. Whenever some cooking is done, the room fills up with the smell of food. We got that experience every night when staff cook their dinner (after usual dinner hours). About the terrible MOULD on the ceiling - the false ceiling had some wooden slats on the left side - and the mould is 90% in there (so the room smells super MUSTY. Something must be dropping (perhaps peeling paint or mould?) from the ceiling where the wooden slats are, so they put a blanket above the slats to catch whatever was dropping from the ceiling, so it would not land on the beds below. I bet the blanket was moulding away big time too! I also came down with a sorethroat the next day - was it the mould? I have attached photos but BK won't show you the photos. I know they won't because BK didn't show the photos for another acommodation which had lots of mould too

The staff was amazing, delicious breakfast (with a few local options, which is pretty neat). The lady at the reception helped us by putting us to another room with a window:)

The original room we booked didnt have any windows, which we only found out arriving there, it was also very damp.

We arrived here and the check in was great. Comfortable beds and good rooms with hot or cold showers depending what you want. The staff here is incredible helpful and while assist you as much as they can

The staff was nice, the lady cooking breakfast was very sweet and we could tell she cooked with passion because it tasted great. We requested a change of the room because the one we got was very bad and we didn't have a good night rest at all, so the next night we got different room with balcony for the next night which was nice.

The room we booked online turned out to be without window = mold in the bathroom, bad smell that couldn't be removed because there's no window or access to any fresh air. The bed was either old and/or broken because we were rolling to the middle of it at night and felt sore in the morning. The floor was so dusty that after few steps we had black feel soles and we could see our footprints on the floor

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and you can change every day. Our room was very comfortable with balcony. We really enjoyed our time here and Hoi An. Highly recommended and we will come back again

Everything was good. I had a nice and clean room with small fridge. There is a bottle of free water in the room and downstairs refill water station which is very convenient. Breakfast is simple but tasty, you can choose from 6 options. Linh is friendly and kind, she booked a taxi for me from Danang and a bus back I borrowed a bike which is only 50k and drove to the beach and around city. The location of the hostel is very good, it is only about 5-10mins of walk to the old town so you are very close but far from the busy area. I extended for one more night. Hoi An is just beautiful and this hostel made me feel even better about it.

Amazing location just a short walk to the old town. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They can organise excursions, bike rental etc. We rented bicycles for the day & also did the Hoi An to Hue easy rider which were both fab experiences! Breakfast is nice. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Overall highly recommend for a stay in Hoi An!
