Beste denkbare Ausstattung, wenige Minuten vom Jugendstil-Viertel entfernt. Optimal für den Aufenthalt in Ålesund!

Das freie Parken ist auf der Straße vor dem Haus. In Norwegen ist das kein Problem, nur darf man keinen „überwachten“ Parkplatz erwarten.

Welcoming, easy to park, shop up the road, nice view from the living room window, clean.

The flat was fantastic- comfortable, well maintained, and in an excellent location. We especially loved how close it was to the Old Town, which made exploring so easy with our 7-month-old.

The shower could have been a little cleaner, but apart from that, the flat was in perfect condition.

The apartment was neat and organised and had all the necessary amenities with clear instructions. There are supermarkets nearby for any purchases.

Nice place for short trip to Alesund. Apartment had everything you needed inside. The owners nice and they offered full support when we asked if we can leave the luggages in the apartment until our flight was scheduled.

A little bit far away from city center. You have the bus no1 but is going 2 times per hour and walking is 20 minutes. Also the area is a little it sad and not properly arranged by the municipality.

Lovely living area and very clean and tidy. Perfect for a couple of nights but wouldn’t have been good for a larger group or a long period of time. I also enjoyed the swinging seat/hammock

The bedroom is very small and the ‘sofa bed’ is actually just a big sofa. Although I will say the sofa was very comfy. Bit of a walk from the centre but some nice parks enroute

The apartment was very clean, including the towels, sheets, bathroom and bedroom. it was also well organized with clear labels which made it easy to know where items belonged. We have no complaints. From here we walked to the Atlantic sea aquarium, it took us 30 minutes and had a magnificent time. We enjoyed our visit to Ålesund very much and hope to return.

Not near town centre

Location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the town center and a short distance from public transportation.

Gut ist die Lage in der Nähe der Stadt. Auch gefallen hat mir, dass viele Kleinigkeiten da waren , eine eingerichtete Küche, Ersatzhandtücher und Bettwäsche. Aber...

...es sieht alles aus wie in einer Studenten WG, die einem der chaotische Kommilitone überlassen hat. Der Reihe nach: Du kommst um 23:00 an und musst erst einmal einen Parkplatz am Straßenrand finden. 2 Blocks weiter. Du schleppst also Deine Koffer durch die Gegend und fragst Dich, ob das "Parkplatz inklusive" ist. Leicht gepisst öffnest Du die Tür ins Treppenhaus, in dem jemand ab 170cm oder mit Tasche - oder gar beidem - seine Not hat. Im ersten Stock findest Du eine Wohnung vor, die ein bisschen aussieht, als sei eine Messi Wohnung entrümpelt - es ist irgendwie noch alles an Möbeln da, aber wild gewürfelt und ohne Charme, alles ist oberflächlich, aber schlecht gereinigt, der Boden mitgenommen, der Fernsehtisch (mit Fernseher) staubig hinter dem TV, Wachs auf dem Tisch, die Matratze total versifft und die IKEA Bettwäsche auf dem Ausziehbett etwas aus der Form geraten. Egal, erst einmal auf die Toilette. Doch die ist... WTF - ungereinigt und kaputt. Und das laut Rezensionen schon im Juli 2025. Und zum Abschluss: In Waschmaschine und Trockner hat unser Kommilitone aus der Studenten-WG auch noch seine Wäsche liegen. PS: ich hab for the lulz auch noch mal die beworbene Aussicht gezeigt.

Appartamento ampio per soggiorno e cucina. Self check in facile e veloce. Zona residenziale un po fuori dal centro di Ålesund, a circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Bagno molto piccolo senza mensola sopra il lavandino, anche la tavoletta del bagno sarebbe da cambiare. In camera la tendina per oscurare i vetri non è sufficiente soprattutto considerando che in questo periodo il sole tramonta tardissimo e sorge molto presto.

It is a clean, quiet and bright one bed room unit with a bath room and kitchen that you can get everything you need. The host gave me clear information to self check in. So it was easy to get into the room. You can walk to the town center around 12 minutes.

The apartment was not very clean. It wasn’t really bad, but it could be better.

The apartment is really bright, as promised, relatively close to the city centre, with free parking on the street. The washing machine and tumble dryer have been very useful for us.

The stained, worn linen, broken toilet cover were disappointing.

Blisko do centrum. Darmowy parking przy ulicy, ale parking nie jest przydzielony do apartamentu. Duża ilość papieru toaletowego i żelów do mycia.

Osoba sprzątająca apartament sprząta go bardzo niedokładnie dużo kurzu i brudu pod meblami, niedomyte naczynia, nie wyprasowana pościel. Przy wjściu do apartamentu zastaliśmy włączoną suszarkę, musieliśmy samodzielnie wyjąć wysuszoną pościel. Na kartce z informacjami o apartamencie właściciel napisał, że w szafce w kuchni znajdziemy norweską kawę mieloną, zastaliśmy jednak pusty słoik po kawie. W wyposażeniu apartamentu jest podany TV z funkcjami Netflix, byliśmy mocno zaskoczeni gdy weszliśmy do apartamentu, i okazało się że telewizora nie ma. Chuśtawka powieszona w apartamencie ma w połowie wyrwaną jedną ze śrub mocujących, starch było korzystać z chuśtawki. Jedno z krzeseł miało niedokręcone nogi i nienadawło się do siedzenia. Nie było deski do prasowania ubrań. Rozkładana kanapa w salonie nie jest rozkładana. Słabe zasłony w oknach. Dla osób które mają trudności z chodzeniem dostanie do apartamentu może być trudne bo apartament jest na pierwszym piętrze budynku.

Supermysigt boende ca 25 min promenad till Ålesund centrum i ett lugnt och trevligt område! Gratis parkering för bil precis utanför vilket var perfekt. Lägenheten var fin och mysig, men skön säng och modernt kök och badrum!

I beskrivningen indikerades det att TV skulle finnas vilket inte alls stämde. Finns en tom TV bänk framför soffan där en TV tidigare suttit. Fanns en del damm kvar på sina ställen som var lite trist - men annars bra!

Close to city center. Parking free on the street(we found free spots right across the street). All.facilities inside the apartment.

Nice and clean appartment just outside the centre of Ålesund with a big kitchen and living room.

Minor remark: some extra cutlery such as a big spoon (e.g. for soup or a sauce) would have been convenient.

The sofa-bed it was only sofa, not bed There was any TV as it was said in the announcement

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. The hosts leave a sweet greeting with recommendations of local places to visit and things to do. Facilities are convenient, including a dryer and an induction stove. There is a supermarket nearby. Oh, and the hammock is a great little benefit :)

The street parking can need a bit of luck if you're coming late.

Nice clean and calm apartment. Modern kitchen bathroom and appliances.

Good kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Plenty of room, although the bedroom is a bit of a squeeze. We had two early morning starts, so never really got to appreciate the units facilities.

A toaster would be good.

I liked hammocks for kids and toys. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. It is a clean, nice apartment. Easy and free parking on the street. Not far from the Aquarium and hiking trails. The were shop nearby.

No TV and bed was too small.

High quality bathroom and kitchen equipment. Good parking.

The bathroom really smells like a mix of dog and ashtray when the ventilation is on. I think it's not the owner's fault since it really is a smoke-free apartment, but it's still intense in the bathroom. The actual bed squeaks, the couch for sleeping is OK for a night or maybe two. The hanging chair has seen better days but is still functional. There was no TV in the pictures and there isn't one. However, the description of the apartment says otherwise.

A terrible cigarette smell comes from the ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom smells like an ashtray.
