La terraza, y limpieza del lugar

Era muy difícil llegar al alojamiento, además de que daba un poco de miedo el camino. El encargado del Hotel me robó cinco euros en la cara.

В целом - неплохо. Расположение - в самом центре медины. Это и плюс и минус. С одной стороны - близко до некоторых достопримечательностей (например, мечеть и медресе Бен-Юсефа), и ты находишься как бы внутри местной жизни и колорита, а с другой стороны - пока оттуда выберешься, проплутаешь довольно долго. Поэтому, если вы куда-то спешите (например, на поезд), то лучше выходить заранее. До ближайшего места посадки в такси идти минут 15, если не заблудитесь. Комнатки очень маленькие, ванная - тесная, фена нет, шкафа нет, в нашей комнате не было даже крючков на стене или какой-нибудь вешалки. Помимо кроватей и тумбочки был только комод. Зато было окно на улицу, и в комнате и в ванной, так что можно было проветривать помещение. Кровати и подушки удобные, бельё чистое, хорошо организовано освещение (много разных светильников) завтрак довольно скромный, но голодными не останетесь. После выезда разрешают оставить вещи и не забирают ключи, чтобы можно было попасть внутрь в любое время, независимо от присутствия персонала (когда мы пришли за чемоданами, никого не было, и, если бы у нас не было ключей от входной двери, то мы внутрь просто не попали бы).

Сначала нам дали комнату без окна на улицу. Там было влажно и запах какой-то затхлый. Но, на наше счастье, там из раковины текло на пол, поэтому нас без вопросов переселили в другую комнату, которая была поприятнее и с окном на улицу. Очень сильная слышимость, но это беда многих риадов, как мы потом убедились. К счастью, соседи попались тихие.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, amables, siempre atentos. Un lugar seguro con todo lo necesario. El desayuno abundante y delicioso en una tipica terraza marroqui, como el resto del lugar. Agradecidos y recomendamos.

Cuando llegamos nos buscaron en el taxi y tuvimos q caminar, recorrimos unas calles que se fueron angostando. Nos pareció extraño pero finalmente todo era muy seguro y pudimos orientarnos muy bien.

It's a nice place. It was quite an adventure to get to the riad. The "tunnels" to get there are quite long.

They have problems with wooden doors, closing and opening is difficult.

Un super petit déjeuner copieux bien présenté. L accueil le soir de 'notre arrivée avec plateau de thé et petits gâteaux à 1h du matin était une attention très appréciable le ! Souks en accès quasi direct + place jema El fna. On est ravi et on reviendra avec grand plaisir😍👍👍👍👍😝😝👍👍👍💖

Honnêtement on a tout aime de ce ryad

Excelente experiencia. El Riad destaca por un servicio al cliente de primer nivel desde el minuto de la reserva, Hichamn el administrador se contacta desde el primer momento para asegurar una buena estadia, ayudarte y resolver dudas. el personal es sumamente profesional, atento y amable en todo momento, destacando Bahija, Laila y Saida, quienes se aseguran de que la limpieza de la habitación y de las zonas comunes sea impecable, manteniendo un ambiente muy cuidado y cómodo. Calidad y dedicación que hacen que la estancia sea perfecta. Muy satisfecho con la elección. El desayuno es preparado en el momento, completo y delicioso. Destaca un Riad remodelado y moderno.

El desayuno me pareció regular, la habitación muy pequeña al igual que la cama, el baño también enano. Las sábanas no me gustaron tampoco, granates y como de franela....

La tranquilidad y la amabilidad del personal, sobretodo el chico que está casi todo el rato ahí

Très bon Riad avec un super personnel à l'écoute. Tout le personnel sympathique et toujours là pour vous aider.

Riad nel centro storico della Medina. Non spaventatevi del percorso da fare all'entrata , tutto molto sicuro . Tutta la gente molto cordiale e gentilissima .

De kamer en sanitair waren redelijk. Ontbijt (voor zover we er gebruik van konden maken) was goed.

Heel veel. Bereikbaarheid locatie. Door lange, bij tijd en wijle slecht verlichte steeg. Hospitality ver onder de maat. Geen hartelijke ontvangst. Alleen focus op betaling toeristenbelasting. Twee keer gevraagd eerder te kunnen ontbijten i.v.m. vroege activiteit en vertrek naar luchthaven. Wel toegezegd, maar niets geregeld. Klacht ingediend over erg veel lawaai van party-tent op rooftop. Geen enkele actie op ondernomen. Een prijzig riad. Zijn geld echt niet waard, zeker gelet op de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid.

Nulla di ché, se non che non mi hanno rifatto la camera la prima sera

Ce riad est un petit bijou caché dans la médina. il vaut le détour. L'accueil est de qualité. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits. Mille fois bravo. On reviendra.

Il faut un peu de patience pour trouver la médina mais il vaut le détour.

Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza. Il riad è molto carino e si trova in un’ottima posizione, il che rende il soggiorno piacevole e comodo per muoversi. La stanza era accogliente e la colazione è stata davvero eccellente, sicuramente uno dei punti forti di tutto il soggiorno.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà iniziale nel raggiungere il riad la prima sera, perché le indicazioni fornite risultano un po’ confusionarie e potrebbero essere migliorate. La stanza, pur essendo accogliente, era molto umida e il lavandino avrebbe bisogno di qualche sistemazione. Inoltre, c’è stata una piccola incomprensione con il proprietario riguardo alla cena della prima sera: inizialmente ci era stato detto che fosse un servizio incluso, ma durante il soggiorno ci è stato poi richiesto il pagamento. Probabilmente si è trattato di un malinteso legato anche alla lingua.

Riad in una zona non centrale della Medina, silenzioso e appartato. Locali molto puliti, asciugamani e stanza riordinata giornalmente. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Una mattina avevamo bisogno della colazione una mezz ora prima per partecipare a un escursione e non ci sono stati problemi.

Il vicolo per arrivarci inizialmente mette dei dubbi poi però capisci che è tranquillo e frequentato solamente da chi ci abita

Riad molto tranquillo, lontano dal frastuono dei souk di mareakesh.

Per arrivare devi attraversare dei vicolini, ma non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema, inoltre si illuminano non appena entri. Non vi fate spaventare è sicuro e poi ci sono le indicazione per arrivare al riad.

Personalul a fost amabil. Locația este centrală, aproape de obiective și punctele de întâlnire pentru excursii.

Am rezervat 2 camere care erau disponibile, una dintre ele nu avea ușa la baie (doar o perdea) și se simțea miros de mucegai și canalizare.

Great location in the heart of the Medina, very peaceful, kind friendly and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed, comfortable beds, nice light breakfast, very authentic. Will we book again? Absolutely 100%!

El servicio, muy agradables, serviciales y siempre con la sonrisa en la boca.

El desayuno está muy bueno. Hay una terraza amplia con sillones donde se puede estar tranquilo. Nos dejaron quedar toda la tarde en el Riad ya que teníamos un vuelo a la noche. El personal es amable y servicial. La habitación estaba bien. El agua caliente salía bárbara.

La parte de acceso es complicada. Aconsejo que pidan que los vayan a buscar aunque sea hasta la medersa de Ben Youssef que está cerca del Riad. La puerta de la habitación era de doble hoja muy difícil de cerrar.

Wszystko było super duży przestronny pokój jak na Marakesz z bezpośrednim wyjściem na taras na którym można było odpocząć wypić herbatę. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pokój sprzątany codziennie ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Po podróży na pustynię zrobiono nam pranie i jeszcze je powieszono. Przepiękna klimatyczna łazienka z bardzo gorącą wodą. W łazience suszarka do włosów i kosmetyki do mycia. Niesamowite było położenie w najstarszej części Medyny i za każdym razem musieliśmy używać GPS aby trafić to było niesamowite przeżycie. Śniadania przepyszne wydawane od godziny 8:00 do 10:00. W pierwszy dzień zgubiliśmy się szukając obiektu. Odnaleziono nas bez problemu i przemiły młody człowiek zaprowadził nas na miejsce.

Dla mnie wszystko było super. W Maroko wszyscy bardzo dbają o klienta widać że bardzo im zależy.

Très bon Riad, beau, calme, au cœur de la médina à quelques pas du souk, très bon petit déjeuner sur le toit du Riad Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds car la place Jemaa El fna et à une dixième de minutes à pied. Homme du Riad (nous ne savons plus son prénom) au top du top toujours au petit soin, toujours à nous répondre quand on a besoin à n’importe quelle heure et prêt à rendre service

L’emplacement est bien car au cœur de la médina mais le chemin est un peu compliqué le premier jour Des notre arrivée l’homme du Riad est venu nous chercher au point de rencontre donné par notre chauffeur de taxi. Pour les autres fois nous avons marqué un point sur notre gps et nous y retournions très facilement Je le déconseille à une fille seule ou même à 2 car le passage « tunnel » peut être effrayant et pas rassurant surtout si vous avez prévu de rentrer tard

The location is not in the middle of the souk and it’s quiet.

The furnitures are old but compensated by the clean facilities. It’s very cleaaaaaaaan and neat

The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. Abdul in particular was so kind and gracious to us. He arranged a private tour for our first day and was so wonderful to see first thing each morning. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooftop was lovely.

To get to the Riad you have to walk down a long, isolated tunnel which is very intimidating if you are not used to Marrakech. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, and we had to rely on the small signs and the help of a stranger (who then demanded more tip money for his help) to find our way. Especially if you are a solo traveler, especially if you are a woman, this Riad is very difficult to find and get to each day. The bathroom in the room did not have a door, just a curtain, and the windows and doors to the room are quite old, so it is easy to hear everything going on all the time. Not a lot of privacy.

La grande disponibilità dell'host

Gute Lage ist gut, wenn man sich nicht von dem wirklich sehr desolaten Gang abschrecken läßt, der vom Riad in belebtere Gefilde führt. Man sollte sich am ersten Tag abholen lassen, wir hätten es ohne Führung wohl nicht so leicht gefunden, obwohl wir sehr geübt darin sind. Aber wenn man einmal hingelaufen ist, gehts am nächsten Tag auch alleine. Das Zimmer war gut und im Badezimmer gibt es sogar eine funktionierende Handtuchheizung! Das hatten wir in Marokko noch nie und waren begeistert! Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker und Abdelrahid ein freundlicher Gastgeber.

Es war alles ok.

The riad is beautifully and located in a quiet area, but it's close to everything. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are very kind and helpful — whether it’s about restaurant recommendations or making a reservation at the hammam.

Ligging, al is de Riad zonder hulp of betere aanwijzingen misschien moeilijk te vinden. Wees niet bang om vanaf het pleintje het tunneltje in te gaan en te volgen! . Wij hadden de bovenste kamer met terras, dat beviel uitstekend. Of de andere kamers net zo goed bevallen .......? Het ontbijt: werd op terras voor onze kamerdeur geserveerd. Prima! Douche en WiFi OK. Medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schoonmaak en handdoekwissel 1x2 dagen voldeed.

Op dagen dat we voor het ontbijt (vanaf 08.00) weg moesten bv voor een excursie, kwam vanuit de Riad geen enkel idee om ergens in te voorzien. We hebben zelf maar om fruit gevraagd (en volop gekregen) . De snoerschakelaar van een bedlampje repareren is in zes dagen niet gelukt. En een fles water of een lunch (Wel Goed!) zijn duidelijk niet zo goedkoop als elders in de soukh. In de omschrijving stonden badjassen, fohn, uitzicht, pantoffels (er was wel een paar slippers) vermeld. Nu hadden we die zelf of misten we ze niet, maar het hoort wel te kloppen.

Riad molto bello, con arredamento autentico, pulito, nella medina ma in posizione tranquilla, con una bella terrazza per fare colazione in compagnia degli uccellini. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche mangiato un ottimo tajine. Molto consigliato.

Niente, tutto ok. Noi arrivando di sera ci siamo fatti venire a prendere all'aeroporto e tutto è stato perfetto. Per arrivare al riad bisogna percorrere un vicoletto coperto (tranquillissimo ed illuminato dove passa soltanto chi ci abita) per circa 5 minuti, per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, anzi un passaggio fresco che separa il riad dal caos della medina...

Con amici abbiamo passato una notte in questo riad tipico, posizionato nella medina marocchina (vicinissima alla famosa medersa ben youssef). Arrivati nella tarda mattinata abbiamo avuto un' ottima accoglienza con tè e biscotti. Abbiamo potuto pranzare sulla terrazza con tipico cous cous e tajine preparato direttamente nella loro cucina. Camera ordinata e pulita. Il giorno del check out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura e riprenderli il tardo pomeriggio dopo aver passato la giornata a visitare la città. Consiglio il soggiorno!

Todo muy limpio, excelente desayuno y personal extremadamente amable, nos retrasamos en la llegada y no solo nos esperaron si no que nos recibieron muy amablemente con un te, volveríamos sin duda!

All the staff (most specifically the Abduls) were friendly, breakfast selection was delicious, location was perfectly set within the souks but had complete silence within the riad and we both had a lovely stay - we would most definitely come back again! - from Summer and Keely :)

Quiet, staff was very kind, breakfast was good. Looks better in reality than in the pictures!!!

The bed wasn't that comfortable. More curtains would be good to have less light in the morning

The staff were wonderful, attentive, patient and provided us with lots of useful information which made our time more enjoyable and helped us to find our way around Medina more easily. Special thanks to Rimi, who treated us with special attention.

We had the downstairs room, and there was a certain lack of privacy. What was really unpleasant was that during our stay, one of the owner's relatives "lived" in the lobby and although he tried to be discreet, he often used the phone at an annoying volume.

The Riad was at the centre of Medina and 2 minutes walking from Souk. Although it was a super quiet place with no noise at all. Bahija was super helpful and gentle. She really makes us feel at home. She accommodated any of our requests without any problems. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the food and breakfast were amazing.

Remember to ask for hot water.
