Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I loved the design of the rooms which has planned for everything we needed, including xiaodu the personal assistant. The staff was very helpful with any requests we had and even gave us drinking water when left. The laundry room with free commercial washer and dryer made laundry very fast, the free porridge for supper next door so we can wait while laundry was being done. The kids loved the playroom with kinetic sand and duplos. Food delivery to the room by robots.

Should check condition of amenities in room as some wireless charging points not working.

Sound proof is poor, always noisy when there are other hotel guests on the same floor. Every weekday morning starts from 7am ish, always hear music from outside. Hotel entrance is not pleasant

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025I love the room with 2 big windows and spacious room. Staff are super friendly if you know Chinese. The whole space can be controlled by a Chinese AI Xiaodu. Robot food delivery tray comes and go too. So cool, but if you can’t speak Chinese, it might be hard to use all these functions. Last day Breakfast is great too.
There is an issue with shower side roof partial falling last night in our room due to upstairs renovation. They quickly provide solution to either change the room or clean up with free breakfast.

The room I booked has many glass panels making the room too bright in the day. We had to draw the curtain except for one glass panel. But the view at night is wonderful.

The hotel, though in an older commercial building, was well furnished, comfortable, and clean providing an excellent stay.
Not as near Qilou old street as I was made to believe, but otherwise easily accessible by taxi.

The bed is very comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. I made my advice to include breakfast when booking the room. Highly recommend when visiting Haikou Hainan.

The new hotel is in a old commercial building housing 3 hotels. One has to change lift on the 8th floor to reach the room. But there is a side entrance from carpark to avcess the durect lift

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Hotel looks new and very clean. Room is very clean and feel very comfortable. Staff 天舜received us and provided clear explanation. He formed a wechat group and help pin hotel location that is useful when we need to find our way back to hotel.
Hotel is located in the same building with some commercial tentants and also another hotel - Lavand. Abit confusing when arrive on 1st day. Hotel rooms from level 17 to 22 with two dedicated lifts that are abit slow.
