Imperio Residence Melaka by Dream View

Booked this apartment for my parents for 5 nights, and they were very happy with the clean, well-maintained space. A big thank you to the Dream View Homestay team for the clear check-in and check-out instructions, and for being so patient and accommodating regarding room cleaning and TV matters. Keep up the great work, team!

It would be great to have a floor mat to help prevent the floor from becoming slippery when stepping out of the shower. Perhaps you may consider removing the living room floor mat — it looks lovely, but might be a little challenging to maintain for hygiene over time.

Comfortable room, great bath, great view. Amazing pool in the building.

There was a strange smell in the room that i think was pest control.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, replying to my messages very quickly and providing help whenever we needed

good view...bath tub awesome wt view..comfy bed..spacious. sufficient pillows. window seat

nothing. except could have provided mineral water

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and gardens are nice. There really was not a gym. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was relaxing with a great view of the area. There are some great restaurants across the street near the Doubletree. Many of the points of interest were walkable.

Checking in was the worst I have experienced in all my travels. I was not told which apartment or the check-in process until I had arrived. It took about an hour to check in. There are only convenient stores, no supermarkets nearby. There were definite problems with roaches in the kitchen at night, everything has to be put in the refrigerator. There are numerous restaurants around the apartment but only a convenient store at the apartments.

The size of the room, the swimming pool, the friendly/helpful host.

Although, the owner reported it. The air conditioning didn't work in the gym, which meant couldn't use it too hot. There was only one pot to cook with, no hand towels and even though we stayed for 8 nights, the room was never cleaned.

Excellent stay! The homestay offered clean, comfortable rooms with all the amenities I needed. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience

Clean and near want go to town

All its okay

I like the view. The facilities are very good.

I dont like the kitchen bcoz fan not function when i cooked. Smoke billows in the room and takes time to clear the smell. And 1 more no water filter. Hope the host can fix the shortcomings.

Maybe can add Netflix next time.

Clean, comfortable

Air conditioning not really cool

View is so beautiful, clean bath tub, have netflix and internet.

the whole unit. the most attractive is the view from the glass window.

A cozy place. Room is clean. Free parking (I was given parking access card).

Really like the place. So tidy and clean. Spacious as well. Fit family of 3 perfectly! The view is stunning too. Super comfortable and we have all the amenities we need. Highly recommended

The only thing I didn't really like was we need to pay for the parking fee and it is quite high per entry. Parking was also random. One time you could be closely parked at the entrance, the next you need to park far away from it. Quite a bummer. Other than that, all good

This apartment is simply amazing. It is modern, clean and well maintained. The bed is super comfortable, you have a TV with Netflix and Youtube, a small kitchen and a nice bathroom with bathtub. The view is breathtaking. The pool is also very nice with nice view. The contact with the hosts was great. They helped us with everything and we can absolutely recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much for the wonderful time. We will be back.

Clean and nice.

I didn't get the same view like photos.
