Comfortabel verblijf gehad! We werden gastvrij ontvangen en konden zonder problemen eerder inchecken dan gepland. De kamer was ruim genoeg en erg schoon!

It was very clean and we got free water every day.

There was no window in the bathroom, just a net so the noise from outside could be heard more.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in guter Lage. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In circa 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum der Stadt. Im Zimmer standen für uns 2 Flaschen Wasser, die über den Wasserfilter in der Lobby aufgefüllt werden konnten. Hier stehen auch kostenlose Snacks oder Nudeln zur Verfügung, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir konnten unser Gepäck noch einen halben Tag im Hotel stehen lassen.

La struttura ha un'architettura molto particolare con una bellissima lobby che affaccia sul giardino. Nello stesso spazio, c'è un frigorifero a disposizione dei clienti, un lavandino e degli snack gratuiti oltre a un rubinetto per l'acqua potabile. Le camere sono ai piani superiori a cui accede solo con scale e sono accoglienti e con letti comodi. Menzione speciale per la pulizia degli ambienti, favorita dal divieto di entrare nella struttura con le scarpe. Staff gentile e disponibile, simpatico il resident cat. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto al centro di Malacca a cui si arriva con una passeggiata di 10 minuti.

1) Superb location where there are many eateries and massage parlour nearby. It's walking distance to Jonker street, too. 2) Generally clean with drinking water from the tap, cup noodle, beverages, muruku supplied free of charge at the reception. 3) Conducive environment; quiet surrounding with free parking lots at the vicinity.

The floor is not tiled or carpeted, thus good for guest to bring your own clean indoor slippers if you are not used to walk barefoot on cement floor.

Très bien. Bon accueil, établissement bien tenu, propre, jolie architecture moderne, de petits snacks sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Chambre fonctionnelle et confortable.

La terrasse a du potentiel non exploité. Pas de coussin sur les fauteuils, pas de voile sur les structures pour faire de l'ombre. Il faut un peu marcher pour le centre, 15 minutes ou prendre un grab qui ne coûte presque rien, donc pas de problème pour l'emplacement un peu excentré.

Het was heel schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk. De inrichting was leuk en huiselijk.

Het was erg gehorig en de kamer erg klein. In de nacht ging het flink stortregenen en het water kwam via de kitrand van het raam de kamer binnen.

The hotel is very modern and stylish. The staff are very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Near restaurants and spas.

There is no elevator so getting up to the 2nd floor can be hard if you're less mobile. Also the hotel is a very long and hot walk from the tourist spots. The taxi and grab drivers have difficulty finding the place.

The Nest House lies just behind one of the main entrance roads into town. Our Grab driver couldn’t find it, so take a look on the map first. The guest house itself is heaven! Quiet, clean and overal very nice and comfy! We were warmly welcomed and the room was spotless. From the guesthouse you can walk to the old city centre in about 10 minutes if you can stand the heat. The first welcome letter we found in the room was a list with penalties if something went missing.. my advice would be to lay this list somewhere in a corner since it isn’t a very nice and trusting welcome. Other than that: a 10/10

Fijne locatie, ligt in een rustig deel van het centrum. Je kunt te voet overal naartoe. Mogelijkheden tot koelkast en waterkoker beneden, heel gastvrij! Kamer ziet er goed uit, overal is het schoon. Heerlijke douche op de kamer!

Het hotel is sfeervol en stylish ingericht, het is brand schoon en super comfortabel!

Eigenlijk was alles goed we hebben alleen 1 klein puntje We miste kussens op de lounge set boven op het terras En voor ons zou het een 10 uit 10 zijn geweest als er een zwembad zou zijn, maar dit wisten we natuurlijk van te voren.

Environ 10 15 minutes pour trouver le Centre. J’ai eu un peu de mal au début. L’aspect écologique est chouette, mais il faisait très chaud dans les communs.

Alles was ons bevallen. Heel leuk hotel,als je binnenkomt dan oogt het al gezelligheid. De kamers waren schoon, lekkere bedden, leuk ingericht..In de buurt heb je restaurants, naar het centrum lopen is niet zo ver.Als je schone handdoeken wil,kun het gewoon vragen.

Hier stimmt wirklich alles: sehr freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit top, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Lage in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

It is a shoe-free property that is very clean. Socks were still clean even after walking around from the reception to the room. Location near a lot of restaurants and massage parlours. 10/10 would stay here again

In bagno mancava totalmente la finestra facendo entrare calore e rumore. Tende poco oscuranti e impianto di condizionamento datato e poco efficiente. E’ stato molto difficile dormire nonostante un materasso e dei cuscini molto comodi.

The property is an absolute gem. It has been so beautifully restored with great attention to detail. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It is of the main road which gives it a quiet, tranquil setting. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie

Fabulously renovated shophouse style. Modern yet homely. Wonderful friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Slightly removed from historic district but this means it’s peaceful and quiet!

Could be improved by doing a simple daily room tidy. No need for clean linen, but make bed, empty rubbish, replenish toilet paper.

Good location in a safe part of town. Reception was friendly and helpful.

There is no lift. Hotel is 3 storey high. If you have only cabin bags it is OK. I am sure the hotel receptionist will help to bring your large suitcase upstairs.

Lovely hotel. Very well designed. They highly value sustainability, e.g. offering free bottle refils. Due to rainy weather, I couldn't really use the roof top terrace, but I suppose it must be a nice place to enjoy the sunset.

Could hear the team start cleaning at 930am for other rooms, could have ensure all guest to check out first only or use lower volume vacuum...

Een prachtige en schone accommodatie, en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was voor ons prima - rustig en enkele fijne restaurants aan de overkant van de straat (Yyashi Indian Restaurant). Op 20 min loopafstand zat onze favoriete ontbijttent The Daily Fix.

Het bed stond dusdanig onder de airco dat één kant koud werd en de andere kant niks voelde. We hebben er 3 nachten geslapen en hadden nieuwe handdoeken + prullenbak legen fijn gevonden.

Wir haben in Malaysia einige Unterkünfte besucht. Mit und ohne Frühstück. Kleine und große. The Nest House war bisher die Beste. Es hat sich immer angefühlt, als wenn man nach Hause kommt. Schon der Eingangsbereich war schlicht, aber sehr schön und durchdacht dekoriert. Es fühlte sich alles natürlich und offen an. Bilder und Kunst schmückten die Wände, die kleine Küche und die Sessel und Sofa luden zum Verweilen ein. Die Zimmer ebenso schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die erste Unterkunft, die uns kleine Handtücher und Handtücher zum Händewaschen bereitstellte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service des Hauses, Kaffe, Tee und Instandnoodles bereitzustellen. Sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse bietet ebenfalls Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Lage der Unterkunft würde ich als annähernd zentral beschreiben. In 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Für die Objektsicherung sorgt eine sehr zutrauliche schwarz-weiße Katze 🐱 In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Ich empfehle das Porridge Restaurant ;) Ich vergebe wirklich sehr selten 10 Punkte, aber diese Unterkunft hat mich sehr überzeugt und ich kann ruhigen Gewissens sagen: es ist alles gepasst.

We have stayed in Malacca previously and did not enjoy it as much purely because the hotel wasn't great - this time it was amazing and really enhanced the whole trip. A very nicely arranged and decorated hotel with some lovely bird murals and paintings around the hotel. quiet rooms, strong AC and great showers. the area has a lot of lovely local food and is away from the main noise of town but walkable to go out and explore.

The only improvement I can imagine would be a fridge in the room rather than just the shared area as its nice to be able to keep things cool in such a hot climate.

The room was spotless for its comfy bedding . For the price , you get way more than expected . Their attention to details really made a difference

Es ist ein wirklich wunderschönes, künstlerische gestaltetes Haus - und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckungstouren in der Stadt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Melakka. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nächte sind sehr ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer ist klein aber zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde wiederkommen. Kühlschrank, Toaster und kleine Snacks standen zur Verfügung.

De ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed en prima badkamer.

De ligging is niet helemaal ideaal, het ligt een beetje in een verlaten straatje.

Erg net hotel met ruime parkeerplaats en nette strakke kamers. Industriële uitstraling met beton en staal maar ook veel groen. Heerlijke douche en prima bed. Niet al teveel kamers waardoor het een rustige plek is. Prima plek waar ik zo weer heen zou gaan.

Het hotel zit niet echt heel dicht bij het oude centrum maar op zich wel op loopafstand. Er is geen ontbijt in het hotel. Dat moet je dus ofwel in het centrum doen of op de weg naar je volgende bestemming.

A very unique place to stay. The design is interesting and has its character (I love the concept of 'room names'). Comes with private car park, free basic refreshments, and a rooftop terrace that is nice to hang out. The room comes with a nice desk setup that could appeal to remote workers. The place is clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It's also walkable to A Famosa.

Die Lage vom Nest House ist super! Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt und gleich im Shoppingcenter. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam & hat uns bei Fragen gleich weiter geholfen.

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein, obwohl wir das teurere Zimmer gebucht haben. Es passte kaum unser Gepäck rein. Auch das Bad war so klein, dass man so grade auf die Toilette gehen konnte. Im Zimmer hatten wir leider gleich bei der Ankunft viele Ameisen, da die Fenster nicht geschlossen, sondern nur mit einem Fliegennetz behaftet sind (Badezimmer). Der letzte Punkt hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, jedoch weiß ich, dass manche Wert darauf legen: den gesamten Aufenthalt lang hat man kein Roomservice, was natürlich auch volle Mülleimer und fehlendes Toilettenpapier bedeuten kann.

This small unique hotel was exactly as advertised . You could see the architect had cleverly reconstructed and re designed turning an old structure into this modern one . We had one of two downstairs garden rooms which we were thankful for as other rooms had quite a climb up many steps . Comfortable rooms , decent space , pillows bed all good . Loved the shower open air ventilations to small garden area . Communal area with snacks , filtered water . Tea coffee . Quiet area ( only noise occasionally from one of the cats hoping to visit room )only 10 minutes walk to town or get Grab .Both staff members exceedingly friendly and helpful . Enjoyed our 3 nights there.

The hotel is just as advertised and felt like home from home. Not far from the hustle and bustle of Jonker. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back again
