The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. From the cozy bedrooms to the fully functional kitchen, everything was in excellent condition. The environment was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely come back again!

There are some shortcomings that need to be improved: 1. The water heater in the main room does not work. 2. Insects like small cockroaches roam at night in the main room and toilet. 3. There is fine dust on the floor causing dirty feet. 4. Tea or coffee powder is not provided 5. Plastic bags for dirty clothes are not provided

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025The stay was pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from our room. The location was convenient, with easy access to marts and several restaurants right downstairs. However, the only downside was the lack of a dressing mirror, which made getting ready a bit challenging. Since there were five of us, we had to take turns using the mirror in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

The spacious rooms provided ample space for everyone to relax comfortably. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with children. Combination of great facilities, spacious accommodations, and a secure place. Thanks to Ricky for making our check-in process smooth and welcoming!
i suggest adding a safe box in the room, and a curtain in the kitchen for full privacy.

The corridor is quite narrow & many people moving around at the lobby entrance. The sliding door in the shared bathroom is damaged. Called the technician to repair but can't complete the repairing.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024The unit! It was how advertised. Spacious. Comfy bed. Ambience of the unit. Complete necessities and amenities. The pool was great! It's infinity pool. Separated with kids and adult (the depth of pools). Common area is at 8th floor. Gym and park as well. Alyn as my PIC was totally helping and considerate. Great hospitality. She gave us free ice cream as well. This unit is strongly recommended. I'll definitely come back. Easy process of check in/out.
The parking is quite confusing. You need to get another lift to the parking area. But you'll get used of the arrangement eventually. Lift took time. Pls know, M Vertica is a 55th floor apartment housing. Lift would take quite some times. Upon entering the unit, there were a bit fault odor maybe because of the mop. But tolerate-able.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2024M vertica is the perfect place for all purposes! The apartment is super nice and fresh. The kitchen has all the supplies you would need and the appliances are new and hight tech. There are two giant pools and an amazing gym among many other things! The view is great and blew us away morning! Staff is super nice and helpfull and made it easy for us throughout our stay.
