Everything! Clean, modern, amazing breakfast. We were upgraded to a 2 bdrm suite! Loved it!

Zimmer schön groß und modern, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben das Zimmer zu viert genutzt, es war ausreichend Platz und die Schlafcouch bequem. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Highway liegt, hat man kaum was davon im Zimmer gehört. Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl - positiv: es gibt Porzellangeschirr!

Es gibt am Frühstücksbuffett nur einen Toastautomaten, der sehr langsam läuft. Sobald ein Gast diesen schneller laufend eingestellt hat, kam eine Angestellte und hat ihn wieder runterreguliert. So haben sich ständig die Leute um den Brotkasten und vor dem Toastautomaten gestaut. Bei großem Andrang stand man eine Weile bzw. es war sehr eng am Buffett.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. La salle de bain est également propre et spacieuse, avec de l’eau chaude disponible en permanence. La réception est efficace et facilement accessible dès l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et propose un choix très varié. L’espace réservé au petit-déjeuner est également très spacieux et agréable. L’hôtel offre par ailleurs l’accès à une salle de sport, une piscine ainsi qu’un jardin.

En revanche, la climatisation et le réfrigérateur sont assez bruyants, ce qui peut perturber le sommeil. De plus, lorsqu’on baisse la climatisation, l’humidité devient rapidement perceptible dans la chambre.

Poor customer service and hygiene could be better. Staff only empty the bins and give fresh towels. They deep clean every other day which was not even a deep clean. Breakfast was very mid, could have been a lot better with better variety for a Hilton

Rooms were clean and a great size and good price for what it was. Staff was kind. Pool was nice, just very small.

Not very many channels (and what was there was labelled wrong). Small pool but nice. Breakfast had lots of options but not very tasty. Ended up getting dinner at the next hotel which was silly because it was too expensive and also not very good.

It was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety including gluten free. Good proximity to the Ajax GO station. Ample free parking. Kids loved the pool and putting green.

I love this Brand. It is clean crisp and has a kitchen. The beds are comfy and a nice gentleman was texting me to make sure I was enjoying my stay.

When I checked out, the lady was extremely rude and mean. She was demanding to know what level of member I am because I was drinking a bottle of water. She rudely told me the water stays in the room and it will be an extra five dollars. She ruined my whole experience. I was there 3 nights and I have been to other Homewood where they give you a bottle of water at check in! She was just a terrible person and should not be in customer service. And she charged my credit card 4.99

J'aime beaucoup aimé la chambre et le déjeuner.

Il n'y a pas eu de service de nettoyage le 2ème jour.

La literie, la petit déjeuner et la salle de sport étaient convenable

Comfortable stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk was nice.

Breakfast was terrible. Waffle machine broken. Food was undercooked. There were hairs in food. Could not eat. Not enough towels were provided in room for the amount of people we had staying there. 3 towels for 5 people. Had to order more from desk. Were supposed to deliver towels to room while we were at the Jays game but they never did so had to go down to desk again to pick up after game.Should not have to do that.

Está bien situado si te vas a mover por la zona de Ajax y sirve para visitar Toronto desde allí. La habitación familiar es grande y cuenta con una zona de estar. Tiene un precio razonable. Para hacer una parada de camino a otro sitio , sirve, pero no para más días …

Cuando llegamos la habitación era una auténtica nevera con el aire acondicionado a menos de 18 grados. Cuando salimos al día siguiente dejamos el aire apagado pero al volver se había encendido solo otra vez y la habitación era poco confortable. No tuvimos sensación de calidez en ningún momento, siendo agosto y haciendo buen tiempo. Hay como humedad y frío por el asunto del aire acondicionado. El frigorífico suena como un avión durante toda la noche y molesta bastante. El sofá cama es muy incómodo y pequeño para dos personas adultas. No nos dejaron toallas más que para dos personas y éramos cuatro. Solo hay dos asientos en la mesa de comida, para comer cuatro resulta incómodo. El desayuno buffet es muy básico, repetido y de no demasiada calidad.

Staff is always helpful and accommodating and breakfast is great. Room is a bit pricey but still perfect for a family of 5.

Had a kitchenette and items to heat up for supper in lobby "store".

The mattress was smaller (6") then the base and difficult to get in and out of.

Breakfast was good, location very good. Your policy about quiet in the hotel is excellent. Low tolerance for noise is very impressive. Bravo to you.

Rooms were very clean and spacious and perfect for our family! Breakfast was included and had lots of good options as well. Pool was also nice for the kids to enjoy a swim!

We booked a King suite. Great size room. The hangout spot outside was nice. That it was wuiet.

We needed to use the pullout couch as thrrr were 3 of us, and the mattress was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool and unfortunately we were told it wasn't available and we'd have to go to another hotel to use theirs which isn't very convenient.

Staff were lovely and accommodating, the pool was warm and the room was nice and spacious. The breakfast spread was impressive with the largest variety of foods I’ve ever seen at a hotel breakfast buffet.

Pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Only 2 plates available in the kitchenette. Had to go downstairs to ask for towels and shampoo and conditioner in our room but this was resolved quickly.

For a 2 bedroom suite the living area was quite small ( entrance , kitchen and living room) even for 3 adults. Should have 1 more upholstered chair Kitchen poorlly stock, For a 2 bedroom suite there was 3 dinner plates , 2 bowls,2 smaller plates, no knives, 3 mugs,no serving bowls, one saucepan … no dish soap,dishcloth or tea towel, limited glasses

It was easy to find…right off the highway. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly. The room was well appointed and immaculate. There were lots of options for breakfast.

Staff service is poor.We ask for more towels but never given to us.We are 3 people but just gave as 2 towels.Word of advice don’t drink the bottle water in the room which supposed to be a complimentary because at the end they will charged you.

Pas de borne électrique régulière, juste des tesla, le déjeuner pas suffisamment de choix de choses, pas de bacon, pas de fève au lard. Pour la sécurité, aucun sel dans le stationnement ce matin, pourtant il a neigé cette nuit et tout a givré. Les gens avaient de la difficultés dans le stationnement.,Chambre #318, la toilette n’est pas bien fixé, elle doit être réparé rapidement.

Very slow and people were saying they were having credit card issues. Raises a red flag. Slow entry and lined up behind me. Wanted to buy something cash and they had to come to my room after 9pm to get it and wanted to take a shower and go to bed. Long exhausting day and trying to come once a day. They did not want a deposit but then they charged me to the full amount??? I said debit. He said no. I would have paid the whole thing that night and just used my credit card for a deposit. Nope. They have 3 machines going. Two for visa and one for cash??? Made no sense. Called around 2pm to say put me on the top floor. No problem. They say we updated your room and can do this. I get there and lower floor. I don’t want the updated room and send me to the top floor. Rooms are full of hockey players and kids are running the halls and have to call security many times. Really noisy on the high way side. I was checked out by 9am. Breakfast was good.

The staff were very good. When a couple of issues were pointed out, they were addressed immediately. The breakfast was very welcomed. While we were unable to attend, a Wednesday night social event was a great gesture.

There were no hooks on the back of bathroom door or towel rails to hang towels when not in use. There was no hot tub or whirlpool in the fitness areas. There was no kettle in the kitchen.

Checked in on Jan 20 and out on Jan 23 and my room was not cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know and I was out of towels and Mr. Anuth said if I need towels or to have my room cleaned. Told him I need towels and then changed my mind right away to have my room cleaned. It was close to 4:20 PM and he said, the cleaning staff are too busy cleaning and they might come later; which means after an hour so then I got the towels and left. Such behaviour was not good

The quality of the property, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional. The cost was great as well.

Proximity to the highway makes for noise, although it was not audible inside the hotel.

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent, It was close to everything I needed.

The bathroom needed a little renovation there was mold spots on the tub, and I understand that they were in the process of doing renovations, other than that the room was very nice.

I love this hotel. It is comfortable and clean and the rooms are a great size.

I do wish there were ice buckets in the rooms and a tea kettle. I also wish there was a small dish washing detergent bottle under the sink. Just so I could wash my dishes instead of using the dish washer.
