Buena ubicación si te gusta un lugar alejado en la montaña, en altura y a 15 minutos andando del pueblo. En pareja muy a gusto, sitio agradable, habitaciones amplias, espaciosas, aunque frio por la noche.

El wifi no iba, tuve que trabajar compartiendo datos de mi móvil.

We did not expect breakfast. The location was horrible because the access road was narrow with many potholes. If they want to boost tourism, all the road net work should be repaired with space for two vehicles to overtake each other.

The location is perfect and very convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious, and parking was available. The Dialog 4G Wi-Fi was okay, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The caretakers, Mr. Deva and Mr. Budda Daasa, were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A Keells supermarket, a fuel station, and a P&S outlet are all within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient.

My wife and I booked a ground-floor apartment. Although it is advertised as an apartment, there were almost no cooking facilities provided-not even a knife, and only a toaster was available. The microwave oven and refrigerator in our apartment were broken and unusable, while the upper-floor apartments had working ones. When I contacted the manager, he initially asked for an extra LKR 2,000 to move us upstairs; eventually, I agreed to pay an additional LKR 1,000. There were also not enough bath mats, with only two provided, and they were not in good condition. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet after every shower.

The apartment is spacious and good for a family. The location is near the city centre.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lägenheten var välplanerad med en fin utsikt, dels över ett litet teplantagen i direkt anslutning till hotellet, dels utöver vyerna nedanför. Generös frukost och vi trivdes alla mycket bra här.

Bon accueil, grand logement, eau chaude, bon petit déjeuner, wifi correct.

Chambre très humide, en plus il pleuvait et il ne faisait pas chaud.

Wir konnten mit US-Dollar bezahlen und Personal hat sich, so gut es ging, bemüht

Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war eiskalt, feuchtklamm – es fühlte sich an wie in einem Kühlschrank. Eine Heizung gab es nicht, sodass man selbst mit mehreren Decken kaum warm wurde und an erholsamen Schlaf überhaupt nicht zu denken war. Obendrein gab es gerade mal sechs Minuten lang warmes Wasser, danach nur noch eiskalt. Die klamme Luft sorgte sogar für feuchte Klamotten im Koffer und dass nicht einmal die Handtücher wieder trockneten, erklärte die dunklen Flecken an der Decke (Schimmel). Sauberkeit war ebenfalls ein Fremdwort: Auf nahezu allen Möbeln und sogar auf der Bettwäsche waren deutliche Flecken. Die Lage ist völlig ab vom Schuss, ohne vernünftige Anbindung oder Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe – kalte Eier, ansonsten nur Toast mit wenig Marmelade, serviert auf unsauberem Geschirr. Insgesamt ein extrem unangenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich absolut niemanden empfehlen kann.

Badezimmer war okay.

Beim Betreten des Apartments war schon eine extreme Feuchte wahrnehmbar. Die Vorhänge waren verschimmtelt, die Bettlaken löchrig und fleckig. Zudem waren die Betten auch sehr hart und Strom hatten wir irgendwann auch keinen mehr. Zu frühstücken gab es ungetoasteten Toast, ein Omlett und eine Banane. Keine Heißgetränke. Außerdem war es sehr kalt. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier nicht wohl gefühlt. Keine Empfehlung.

De kamer was echt super mooi en het personeel is erg aardig! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het hotel heeft een mooi uitzicht! Om 6 uur sochtends waren er 2 ochtenden achter elkaar mensen aan het aankloppen bij ons, hardop aan het praten en de deur open te doen. Dat was niet comfortabel, maar kan het personeel niet super veel aandoen! Verder was het helemaal top!

Prachtig appartement. Wel wat vochtig maar er is evt een kachel aanwezig. Deze hebben wijzelf niet gebruikt. Ruim balkon en kitchenette met voldoende spullen. Helaas staat er op booking.com dat het inclusief ontbijt is maar toen we daar de volgende ochtend om vroegen, gaven zij aan dat het zonder ontbijt is. Leuke omgeving. Het laatste stukje weg is wel aan opknappen toe maar dat is denk ik niet aan de eigenaar om te doen.

Haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Grand appartement, chambre spacieuse et petite cuisine très pratique (micro-onde, vaisselle) pour y manger le soir. Salle de bain bien aussi. Eau chaude présente. Les hôtes sont très gentils. Petit déjeuner assez simple (banane, pain de mie et omelette). Pas très loin du lac

Il faisait très froid, heureusement le lit était équipé d’un plaid mais si vous venez la prévoyez d’avoir de quoi vous couvrir (température le soir environ 12 degrés) et la chambre garde le froid. Accès dans les hauteurs de Nuwara. C’est mieux d’avoir un tuk tuk à disposition.

It's a 2 room apartment with fairly decent sized bathroom, breakfast provided was delicious and staff was always smiling and helpful, they also have room for the drivers to sleep, stayed only 1 night due to time constraints, would like to come back again

It's on the hillside so a tuktuk or a vehicle is needed for travelling to the main market area

душевые и балкон, дали адаптеры европейские для розеток

грязные полы, постельное белье грязное (на нем были не только пятна от пота и мочи но и чьи-то волосы. на нашу просьбу сделать скидку за причинённые неудобства ответили отказом. принесли нам новые комплекты белья и те пахли вроде стиранным бельём но все равно были в пятнах. нет стиральной машины ни в номере ни у администрации здания.

Das schlechteste Hotel. Es ist kalt. Es ist dreckig. Die Kissen sind verschimmelt. Die Handtücher riechen muffig... Alles ist alt. Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen und ich habe keine hohen Ansprüche, aber das ist die letzte Absteige.

The walls had moulds.. The beds and blankets were smelly. Towels were shabby.. They did not even provide tea bags or coffee sachet..no dryer in the bathroom.. Rooms were cold and smelly.. Approach to the property was very inconvenient

They didn,t provide breakfirst. They didn't provide toileteries. Ifthey can arrange those well to people, it could be a good property to stay. Front of the property road is not so good. Parking facility is limited and not good. Internet facility very good and fast. no limitations for those. Manager and the staff are good and friendly.

Online displaying photos are faked ones. Need to put actual photos to get idea about actual senario of the property.
