Beautiful hotel with large rooms, and hotel staff are amazingly helpful especially Sydney. They even pack a breakfast to go if leaving early for excursions. Location is central but nice and quiet

Nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja y el frío era helador. La cama tenía buenas mantas y se dormía bien pero la habitación estaba muy fría y sin calefactores

El trato del recepcionista,chico joven espectacular nunca me han tratado así . Un 1000000 de nota majísimo . El hotel muy limpio,muy cercano y la comida estupenda . Hemos desayunado increíble y también hemos comido muy muy bien

Hotel was overall good. But you can tell that it was dated - first thought that came to mind was that it's definitely not the same as the pictures, so that was a bit disappointing. The staff kinda made it up. Kalum at the front desk was pretty good.

The hotel not looking the same as in the pictures was disappointing. Location is general was okay but as there were huge trees in front of the hotel, there really isn't a view - I understand that its not something the hotel controls as the trees were inside the Victoria Park, but if this view was something that was I was aware of, it would have helped with my decision.

We loved everything about our stay at Panorama Green View Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. The hotel manager was especially amazing, very cooperative, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. He genuinely made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was also wonderful, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Panorama Green View Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The accommodations were satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, providing an excellent recommendation for a dinner establishment. The breakfast offered a pleasant experience with a modest buffet selection.

The bedroom lacked heating, which resulted in a somewhat cold night, despite the presence of blankets on the bed.

The reception guy

Hair left from previous guest, stained towel, glasses not cleaned in between guests - still wet when entering room - stank, linen, small heater that needs to be loaned from the hotel next door for 3000 LKR. Large rip in sofa approx. 30 cm hidden under a cushion. The list goes on.. Yep they don’t even own the heater they advertise on booking.com.

Good size room and Sydney was very accommodating.

Rooms are not very sound proof

Prima overnachtingshotel met vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant was redelijk. Verdere voorzieningen ook prima, een goede keuze voor een nacht.

Toegangsweg is slecht en steil, weinig parkeerruimte. Hotel doet een beetje leeg aan, grote ruimtes met weinig inrichting. In de directe omgeving van het hotel is niet veel te doen.

Le personnel était particulièrement attentif et bienveillant, encore plus que dans les autres établissements (ou l’accueil était déjà exceptionnel)

Mooi groot hotel met een fijne kamer. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid, wel iets teveel eten voor ons vieren. Maar daarom mochten we het eten meenemen voor de middag. Aangezien het erg slecht weer was, kregen we een paraplu aangeboden voor tijdens onze wandeling.

Ze bedoelen het misschien wel heel goed, maar het personeel bleef steeds contact leggen om te vragen of we hulp nodig hebben. Super lief bedoeld, maar wij komen zelf wel met vragen als we iets nodig hebben.

The staff were very friendly, Kallum and Sydney were very helpful and kind. The room was on the 4th floor which had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa area. The shower was excellent and nice and warm. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was a multi course meal with toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, cake and tea and coffee.

The wifi did not reach our room.

We had an excellent one-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and of outstanding quality. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff, the view from the room, the restaurant and its breakfast.

The rooms were large, cosy and very comfortable with multiple blankets for warmth if needed. The pillows were the best we had during our stay in Sri Lanka, as was the shower, which was both hot and powerful. The location is a short walk from main sites/ cafes/ restaurants etc. There is a pool table which we enjoyed using with our son. We also had a lovely balcony. The service from Sidney and Callum is particularly was outstanding. Sidney helped us arrange a lovely tuk tuk tour of the local sites and the tuk tuk driver (Indika) was also a really lovely man. Excellent value!

Decor is a bit dated, but for all the positives and price this wouldn’t prevent us from staying again in future.

Odalarda klima bulunmuyor ve gece çok soğuktu. Yemeklerde kıl vardı çok fazla yememeye çalıştık.

Property is a short walk to the town and park but tucked away so very quiet place. Big rooms and comfortable bed.

We had a good experience during our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to Nuwara Eliya city, Victoria Garden, and Gregory Lake. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Indian dosa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for a family staying with kids. Overall, it was great value for money, and we enjoyed our stay.

Damn, the rooms were huge, and the hotel was located right in the middle of Nuwara Eliya town. That was great. And the water was hot. At some places you have dance with the controls to get a proper hot shower. Not here. And the access road to the hotel was not challenging. And had enough parking. So it was easy to get in and out of the hotel without a hassle. And Kalum and Sydney (they work at the hotel) have been very helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Oh, by the way, if you feel too cold (you might because the rooms ain't heated; I of course had no issue because I like it) apparently they have some portable heaters they would rent (I read about this somewhere). So talk to the hotel and ask for one.

The hotel was located very close to the Botanic Gardens and within walking distance to everything else we needed to see. We appreciated the hotel organising our transport to Horton Plains and providing a packed breakfast due to our early start, The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Large comfortable room. Excellent hot water shower. Large windows with great garden views and natural light. Good location behind Victoria Park and close to town. Host was very responsive

Breakfast was only average. There weren’t many other guests there when we stayed so it felt echoey and quite eerie

The room was large with a nice balcony everything was in working order and VERY clean bedspread a little worn but clean it was a quick walk to town and on the edge of the big park

If your looking for amenities or upscale this is not it but the price reflects this it's a good budget choice

Es war richtig kalt im Zimmer

I was very grateful of the fact that they stayed awake till late night and helped me check in that late. no other hotel was approving my check in post 10pm. However, they were very kind and let me check in even around 12am. The staff were very well behaved and courteous.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, allerdings gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht wirklich Restaurants, in die man sich gemütlich hineinsetzen kann. Da der Ort in den Bergen liegt ist das Klima dort nachts etwas kälter und dadurch ist das gesamte Hotel etwas „ausgekühlt“.

The plastic chair in the terrace broke when we sat down. Grenny, messy, muddy. Horrible experience. The building and his fachade was old but quite nice, so please don't let the pictures on the web confuse you. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody

整个旅馆从外面看很漂亮，距离小镇中心非常近，走路10分钟以内就到了，吃饭和乘车都非常方便。工作人员很热情友善。房间很干净整洁，洗澡有热水，早餐是自助的很丰盛。

旅馆内部看着有些陈旧了。房间里没有制热设备，屋子里比较冷。当然被子很厚，睡觉的话是没问题的。

Location was about 10-minute easy walk to town, clean room staff were great especial Senthil, hope I spelt it right, and restaurant food was a pleasant surprise. they do have the best pizza's in Nuwara Ellya, and my other half who is a curry expert said it was the best chicken curry she had experienced in Sri Lanka

De locatie was vlakbij het busstation! Het was een grote kamer. Douche was niet geweldig. Ontbijt was ok

De kamer was erg koud. Ze hadden ons aan de achterkant van het hotel geplaatst voor 3 nachten en wij keken recht (paar meter) op de nieuwbouw! Sochtend hadden we daar ook last van!

The location is excellent and the rooms very nice.

There’s no lift to the upper floors and it’s difficult for elderly people to climb up and down stairs to get into the dining area and the rooms.

Le personnel et notamment la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil, entre autre avec le service des repas, très courtois et sympathique. Serviable et toujours prêt à repondre à vos questions La nourriture est plutôt bonne. Un bon rafraîchissement et cet hotel serait parfait

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'est pas professionnel même irrespectueux dans le sens : retirer l'assiette sans demander si on n'a fini, et passer devant le client s'en s'excuser les codes de la politesse. 1er jour buffet au petit-déjeuner 2ème jour petit-déjeuner servi à l'assiette. .

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Green View Hotel. The rooms were warm and cozy, and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed an excursion to Horton Plains and a visit to the tea factory arranged by them — both were amazing experiences. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their delicious food! 🌸
