good staff, no one disturbed us which was exactly what we needed. quiet and clean place. bed was comfortable and the hotel is in the main area which is amazing.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff, very helpful and quick response for me requests before I arrived. I had a very nice view from my balcony and the breakfast was delicious. It is perfectly located in the city center, has a roomservice with a lot of affordable dishes and the room cleaning was very thorough. I will there definitly stay again!!! Thanks for the nice stay!!!

Good for one or two days stay. Pleasant staff, good ambiance, staff are very comfortable and asking the stay is ok or any issue. If there is any issue, they will consider it as high priority wise and solve the issue very fastly. Thank you for the support from the staff and I recommended that to choose this hotel.

The staffs were really good and friendly

I had booked the room for three adults, but it only came with two twin beds. I was informed that an extra bed would be provided upon request, but once the additional bed was placed in the room, it occupied most of the available space. In my opinion, the room is not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults. The room was not clean, which was very disappointing. The bedsheet and duvet did not appear properly cleaned, and the washroom, washbasin, and toilet were also not maintained to an acceptable standard. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not readily provided and had to be requested separately. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations and felt misleading. I am completely disappointed with this stay and would not recommend it.

Staff stole my charger, which I was told on my second attempt to retrieve it after checkout that is was “misplaced”. I stayed for 3 days 4 nights, and needed to request water everyday as well as other services. The room was never cleaned during that time nor new clean towels provided. On my last night I was called and confronted at my room in the evening that I missed my check out, when it was the following morning. I have never felt more harassed by hotel staff in my life, which was again brushed off as a “computer error”. Breakfast is over priced for the minimal tasteless offerings.

Awesome experience My stay at Sidra Pristine Hotel was once again an absolutely wonderful experience. This was my second time staying here, and it truly lived up to my expectations just like the first visit. The hospitality is exceptional - the staff are warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Abi and Team was very helpful and I left my laptop at the hotel and he kept it securely for me to collect the following week.

Centrally located

Despite choosing the best room online I was given the worst room. The room had a stench that made me throw up three times at night. There is no view but deafening construction sound from next door. I was told there is no room service for food because of fuel crisis but when I ordered food from zomato, they were reluctant to allow delivery. Almost had to sleep hungry. The room itself needs deep cleaning and the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Th3 br3akfast was leftovers from dinner i guess. There was boiled egg with cold chicken curry. No omelettes, juice or fruits. Its unacceptable given that guests are charged for this. Plenty of other good options in Kochi. I regret making a bad choice but then booking.com brought me to this place unfortunately.

I went and stayed here 3 years ago, and it was good, and I was satisfied. However I returned here after three years expecting a good stay. And I feel like its exactly the same no renovations done, looked unclean, and feel like absolutely nothing has changed, my air condition didn't work, and the Ceiling fan felt unsafe on max power. I Dont plan on booking this in the future. I booked it on booking.com, and expected the price to be the same, but the lady that was on reception charged me way more than that was on booking.com. she charged me almost 25% more than what I booked on booking.com for, so please confirm the price, and see if there is a way you can pay on booking.com prior to going there as you can potentially get scammed.

The rooms were smelly and had dirty sheets. We were shown 4+ rooms that were either dirty or had a weird sewage smell. We ended up leaving the same day.

If Breakfast is served at 7.30am, what is the point of dosa and omelet being served at 8am? Either change timings or service. Maintain cleanliness, the bathroom area for shower had fungus mold, bedroom walls were dirty with stains
