Our stay at North Seven was absolutely exceptional.The breakfast was delicious with variety of options, and every dish was fresh and flavorful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The ambience of the hotel was calm, elegant, and truly relaxing.The staffs were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, a very clean, well-managed hotel with great hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the North Seven, the reception staff during my stay, coordinated everything very well and ensured a smooth experience. The room service was prompt, and the room was extremely neat and clean. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. This is definitely one of the best hotels in the area.

North Seven, gave me a really pleasant stay. I had a great day here overall. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The service was very good, and the team was quick to respond to any request. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and supportive, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was very tasty, hygienic, and well organised. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—definitely a place I’d recommend for a comfortable stay in Kochi.

Personeel wist niet veel over de omgeving of activiteiten te vertellen. Meestal komt personeel van andere delen vh land, waardoor ze weinig weten te vertellen. Restaurant wordt heel weinig gebruik gemaakt door gasten. ( mischien omdat het rustig was in hotel)

Food: The 24/7 'Samridhi@Kochi' eatery right in front is a huge bonus! The included breakfast buffet was also decent with many options. Service: The staff were very helpful and always available on call. They even stored our luggage for free after checkout. Location: Very close to Kaloor Metro Station. Value: High quality and definitely worth the price.

Terrible breakfast, chargeable water for the rooms

The hotel is not worth the price. It’s a very average hotel. If someone wants to just sleep for a night or 2 it’s decent. Not upto the mark. Food is very average. Barely anyone understands English.

Pictures are misleading. the rooms in pics look very well furnished but they are very average.

The toilets are extremely dirty. They have not been cleaned properly, and residue has accumulated all over the toilet. They require a thorough scrubbing. Housekeeping is not doing a satisfactory job

It was spacious, clean, bed, lighting and overall ambiance good.

Some of the amenities felt limited eg. The in- room coffee and toiletries could have been of better quality.

Quite good and clean rooms here. Staff were pretty friendly (but I just have a feeling at the same time they were expecting tips every time ). Breakfast is ok even not for locals.

Breakfast was included, but when I needed water from the bottle - I have to pay which was very strange.

The location. Very near to metro station and Eateries available. Hotel Samruddhi is just outside the hotel. It offers very good food with reasonable price.

The bed (spring mattress) is not ergonomic as it sinks in with your weight . Hardly slept for 1 hour. Not open for communication except that they informed @check-in, that I must leave the room by 11.45 am as they have bulk booking.

I think the breakfast menu can be improved on the variety of food choices.

A buffet spread for breakfast would have been ideal, whereby one can sit & slowly enjoy their early morning meal.

The location of the hotel is good, proximity to various restaurants, attractions and shopping.

It was exceptionally a very clean place. No noise of any traffic or ambulance sirens. The staff are always there to help you. We chose the location as it was close to our friends house. For the price it was excellent.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was done in a breeze right from check in to checkout.

Even after repeated request, the front office staff refused to issue two key cards. We have already made the payment and when asked for refund, as we're no more interested in staying there, they said it is not possible. It's very difficult without two cards, when two people are staying in a room and each one heading different ways. All standard hotels issue two cards when you check in. Don't know how much they gain from this. The quality of breakfast served was pathetic.

The stay was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Food options were much less for breakfast, would appreciate it if they have added more food options.

Hotel with a lot of potential but marred due to issues mentioned in the next section. Some of the positives are that: - Good and accessible location. - Rooms are small but neat - Bed linen and towels were spotless/clean - Bathrooms were very clean - Food was good (room service) - Iron box and board was provided promptly

- AC did not work sufficiently at night, and my complaint took from 2.30am - 5 am to resolve - Hotel staff took from 2.5 hours to allot me a different room, upon complaining - The AC in the new room was slightly better, at least I could sleep, but was still nowhere close to the strength of ACs in hotels half the cost. Your basic OYO room or household AC will be freezing cold at 16 degrees but here you could barely feel it. - They spent most of the 2 sleepless hours arguing defensively that "this is what 16 degrees feels like", "can't u feel the cold breeze?", "we have no other rooms available". They would also periodically disappear saying they would check and call back, and mysteriously forget that I was waiting for a call-back. - Another room faced an AC issue, and they were quick to tell me that that was that customers own fault - There was no offer of a refund, discount or anything. In fact, after finally changing my room at 5 am they told me proudly that the new room is an "upgrade" for me. - Given the cost of INR4500 per night, I expected that the first response of the staff would be to ensure I had a comfortable stay, and not to prioritize defending their AC vehemently. If the staff had quickly/promptly changed my room, or provided a discount or even acknowledged that the AC issue was real --> I would have probably left a more neutral review. I think the management probably needs to upgrade staff training protocol to be more customer-centric and definitely upgrade their AC system, which would make the place worth the money. The policy could also include how to compensate customers for an uncomfortable and sleepless night's stay.

Most unprofessional and untrained staff. Despite having a confirmed reservation from Booking.com for a second day, I was asked to check out of the hotel in the most impolite manner. When the matter was escalated to the Manger, she was extremely rude and argumentative, instead of being sympathetic to the harassed guest. She even abruptly walked away in the midst of the conversation. The message that she very clearly conveyed to her staff was that it is okay to be rude to the guests and they could get away with it. Breakfast was sub-standard. Room service delivered only part of the items ordered. When the room card was temporarily misplaced, it took the staff 15 minutes to open the room with a Master Key. A replacement was not given, saying that it was chargeable. Thank God, I eventually retrieved the misplaced key, otherwise the trauma could have been worse. The entire front office staff is totally raw and inexperienced. Definitely not coming back here.

The property is relatively new but there are no asthetics. I took a premium room and it was so small wonder what the deluxe room would be like. Basic amenities are missing from the room. Could not get a dental kit even after call. Room has almost zero amenities. Good enough to be called a 2 star property at the max. Extremely disappointed.

1. Noisy Songs up to midnight in the Corridors, even when we tell the hotel staff to reduce it they won’t. 2. Very rare to find understand English 3. They charged us higher rate when we extended our stay. 4. Very limited breakfast (most of it spicy food)

Close to the metro and great restaurants like Calicut Notebook and Charcoal Shack.

Breakfast could have more continental choices.
