La posizione è in un bel quartiere di Chengdu, vicina ad una via piena di locali la sera e a un famoso parco. L'atmosfera rilassante del giardino zen che purtroppo ho vissuto poco per mancanza di tempo. L'ampiezza e l'arredamento della camera. La gentilezza di tutto il personale.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, forse la vista dalla camera non è eccezionale.

The boutique hotel is well located right opposite the historic Chengdu Wuhoushi & Jinli Old Street, a good place to start exploring Chengdu. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. My family, including a teenage son & elderly parents all enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel.

Bella struttura arredata con attenzione. Articolarmente graziosa la terrazza, purtroppo poco fruibile causa il caldo abbastanza opprimente. Canera molto spaziosa. Colazione prevalentemente con cuvina locale di buona qualità.

La stanza dedicata alla colazione (non potendo fruire degli spazi esterni causa caldo) piuttosto piccola e poco luminosa. Il personale parla inglese, ma con una certa difficoltà.

Small hotel. Our room had two bedrooms and two toilets which was great for a family of four. Great location.

As it’s a smaller hotel there was no pool or anything but still lovely.

It felt like a clean motel. We didn't like breakfast; they don't offer a Western-style breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful - especially the rooftop. rooms are modern, new and well equipped. Although mine was on the second floor so not the best view. Brekfast is pretty good!

The hotel is prettu close to jingli market but pretty far from the IFS center so at night to go out didi is necessary. More over some staff were not speaking great english (not understanding everything).

Nice location - close to Ancient Jinli street and 35-40 min walk to people’s park. Staff were lovely - especially receptions Kevin who was helpful and had some ch a positive energy. Restaurant at the hotel was amazing!

Bedroom and roof top garden are great! Delicious food served. My 6-yr old son absolutely loved the futon and sense of separate bedroom.

The room was clean with great view of the park. The free airport pick-up and daily laundry service are great convenient for our stay at this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Een fantastisch hotel dat wij van harte aanbevelen! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om net dat stapje extra te zetten om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De sfeer in het hotel is warm, ontspannen en gastvrij. Het is een plek waar je je direct op je gemak voelt. Een bijzonder compliment gaat naar de hotelmanager. Zij was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, professioneel en nam uitgebreid de tijd om ons te helpen. Ze gaf ons waardevolle tips, hielp met het plannen van onze route en liet zien hoe we onze tijd optimaal konden benutten om zoveel mogelijk van de omgeving te zien. Dankzij haar advies hebben we nog meer van onze reis kunnen genieten. Als mooie afsluiting van ons verblijf kregen we zelfs een attent cadeautje van het hotel. Dat gebaar maakte onze ervaring helemaal compleet en liet zien hoeveel aandacht zij aan hun gasten besteden. Wij hebben niets dan lof voor dit hotel. Uitstekende service, een geweldige sfeer en een team dat oprecht om zijn gasten geeft. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een zorgeloos en gastvrij verblijf.

Hotel services are very excellent. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially a guy who speaks English well. I like their breakfast a lots as it offer good and healthier choices. They helped us a lot of booking attractions and food delivery as we don’t have a China phone number. Nice location as well.

They tend to promote late checkouts which mean that if you arrive early you can wait a long time to check in... which is tricky when you land at 5am.

Spacious rooms with one king bed and two twin beds which is perfect for a family of four to hang out together after each day sightseeing. Breakfast is definitely a plus. Staff is easy to work with and friendly in general. Also the onsite laundry mat makes me happy and worry-free on the hot summer days.

Air conditioning can be improved in common areas for hot days.

The roof garden is beautiful. Very well put together Chris the guy on reception was excellent and a lovely person to deal with. The staff who cleaned the rooms were fantastic too. And one other guy- panda (nickname?) was a huge help and gave me great recommendations of where to cycle to etc. so the staff were great. Very clean - and the food I had for dinner - avocado and fruit salad was amazing. So healthy and clean. I was disappointed I could not order glass of wine to have with dinner - I would have had to have a bottle and although I had to rush to get into dining room before 8.30. - I asked if I could sit out in lobby to have it but they said no. The cleaning up was being done while I was there

In the bedrooms there is no sound barrier at all from the other rooms. I saw ear buds beside my bed and thought it was due to noise from outside - but no- it was just general talk from the rooms on either side They were not shouting or anything- it was just paper thin walls I think. The restaurant served great food but it is definitely not at atmospheric or really attractive to sit in. Which is a shame as the garden and reception area are really beautiful

My room is too noisy and I can't close the window

One of the best hotels I've stayed in when weighing up price, facilities, staff, location and general experience. Every member of staff was polite, kind, engaged in conversation when necessary spoke very good English. The hotel had prepared a gift bag of goodies including toys, keyrings and fans as it was my nieces first trip to China so they wanted to make it special. Outside was clearly signposted with everything in English and clearly marked. It is located opposite the Wuhou Shrine with a good food street opposite. The hotel was quiet and neither of the rooms I booked smelled like smoke which is a common trait of Chinese hotel rooms. The bed was suitably soft and comfortable, the amenities were of decent quality including a disposable razor, toothbrushes, and a small vanity kit. There was a fridge in the room which was big enough to store drinks and fruit and snacks if I wanted. It had a selection of complimentary drinks in there which was a nice touch too. They would refill these each day or when requested. We were also given a complimentary cocktail token to exchange at the bar during our stay. The breakfast had a selection of Chinese dishes but also had some bread for toasting, pastries, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, eggs, bacon and a few other things. The hotel is very close to a metro line 3 which takes you to the main shopping area. I chose to ride a bike each time instead and my niece would get a taxi. Many options available! Overall, this is a hotel I would absolutely recommend. Staff, food, location, comfortability and value put it right up there for any western or Chinese visitor to chengdu.

I can't think of anything that I would rate negatively.

The hotel is a haven of peace and tranquillity just as shown in the photos. The staff are incredibly helpful recommending places to visit and eat. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chengdu

The free laundry is just a couple of washing machines and driers, I would have preferred an actual drop off laundry service.

The staff was amazing, especially a young guy named Steven.

DuringDuring my stay in Chengdu and Chongqing, I stayed at seven different hotels, and this was by far the best. The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, kind, professional, and all spoke excellent English. If I could, I would give the staff 1,000 points! The hotel has a great location, spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. The beautiful garden creates a peaceful atmosphere, the breakfast was excellent, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was truly an exceptional experience.

We liked the vibe and the style of the hotel. The rooftop area is really impressive! The staff of the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Maybe an additional light at the mirrow in the bathroom of the room would be nice 😊 the breakfast was good but seemed a bit small compared to the hotel.

The rooftop area was beautiful, check in was smooth and the hotel also arranged a full day tour for the following day. I also received a free airport taxi on check out which was very handy. They also gave me a free drinks token on arrival to use during my stay and I enjoyed the breakfast

Nothing everything was good. The bed could have been a little more comfy as it was a little hard if I had to pick something but other than that it was a clean spacious room.

Но мы приехали после Пекина и Сианя и благодаря этому месту слегка «заземлились», так как там нет толп туристов и постояльцев мало по сравнению с большими отелями. Очень симпатичная зона ресепшен и красивая беседка снаружи с водичкой вокруг, хотя я представляла себе ее побольше) в номере чисто, у нас был семейный. Кровати удобные. Много всяких комплиментов, тапочки даже для ребенка и зубная щетка, дружелюбный персонал, вручили дочери подарочки милые. Помогли забронировать билеты к пандам. Есть кофемашина в лобби и можно постирать вещи, но мы не успели, было все занято 😄 бесплатные напитки в мини-баре и много воды везде, бери в любой момент. Рядом достопримечательности и храмы, но мы в основном гуляли и ели в районе, где торговые центры 🙈🤪

Завтрак нельзя назвать обширным , но мы находили, что поесть. Много азиатского, мало европейского, только яичница и хлеб) в номере было 2 туалета , в одном из них сильно пахло сигаретным дымом, то ли там курили, то ли вентиляция плохо работает. Боялись даже открывать его, так как все несло в номер.

What stood out most was the staff. Their help went beyond good service—more like the practical, thoughtful assistance a friend would offer. Each interaction was a genuine, effort to help - I encountered this often in China. The hotel is peaceful, 3&4 stories above the road, 6 minutes from the subway and it has a rooftop restaurant with seating area by a pond.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When you enter the hotel it is an oasis of peacefulness. We were picked up at the train station, they welcomed us with a drink. Even the laundry was done for free. We had dinner here twice and they really have an exceptional quality food. We loved all staff, specially Steven who also happened to be a supporter for the Portuguese team!

Superbe séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits d’abord et nous avons fini par y rester 10 en tout. Il est très bien situé et nous avons pu visiter tout à chengdu ainsi. C’était une très belle pause durant notre long périple en Asie, l’équipe est très attentionnée, je recommande les yeux fermées, ils sont au top. C est extrêmement propre, des qu’on arrive on ne sent bien immédiatement. On a adoré notre séjour chez eux ! Bravo et bonne continuation à l équipe !
