We were met at reception and given a tour of the Villa. Everything was clean and welcoming. We loved having our own private pool and two very spacious bedrooms. The location was excellent with the Bintang Supermarket just nearby. Lots of restaurants and the beach is nearby. Beautiful, friendly staff to help with any enquiry. Loved this Villa.

The villa was beautiful, with several lovely seating areas for our family. It was within walking distance of the busy main street, with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The stay was overshadowed by excessive daily messaging, consistently late breakfasts, and unreliable housekeeping. Cleaning had to be requested each day and was often incomplete or done after 4:30 p.m. We constantly had to ask why the living area had been cleaned but not the bedrooms. We also had to chase our laundry when it did not arrive at the promised time. The included turndown service never happened. Staff even claimed they had lost their own set of keys and could not access the bedrooms. Constantly following up about basic services made the stay unnecessarily stressful. The management felt unprofessional, so we won't be returning.

Our stay was exceptional here at Ghana Villa! The staff were SO friendly, professional and accommodating during our stay. We were blown away when we got back one day to see that they’d fixed my husband’s luggage handle! 🙏 They made sure we were comfortable, offered all in house services and respected our privacy. It was so nice to have a villa to ourselves. The beds and pillows were comfy which was a blessing! The garden and pool were beautiful and it was so quiet and peaceful.Bintang supermarket across the road and walking distance to eateries and massages. We’re definitely coming back to Ghana on our next trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cempaka main bathroom door scuffed on the tiles at times so it was loud during middle of the night. But that was the only thing we’d change.

The villa exceeded our expectations and was exactly like the photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Easy communication with staff. Felt safe in the area we were staying.

The Villa was huge. So many zones for all guests to chill out and it was very quiet. Also absolutely loved the chilled water available on tap. No need for trips to the supermarket for bottled water. The pool was a great size and the temperature was perfect. Attentive and super friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about but you might need some muscles to open the doors. They are heavy but provide the much needed quiet for sleeping 💤

Great, effective, friendly staff that were always willing to assist. The staff really make this place lovely. Large pool and daybed was lovely and loved by kids. We had a lovely stay. Effective air conditioning and refreshing pool.

- The kitchen is not up to standard. This ranges from No toaster, No microwave to very limited crockery and cutlery. Very basic and small coffee cups is a NO. - The fridge is too small for the facility, and the small dustbins in the kitchen are not adequate. - The kitchen has one basin with old outdated tap and no hot water. - The towels were old, washed out and faded. - The breakfasts were mediocre though served with love by the friendly staff. - Dinner is very basic. - Internet speed between 4-8 Mbps

This is our 2nd year staying at Ghana, it was awesome both times and hopefully will be available when we return next year.

The villa was very central. At the end of the road you have the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and even better with Bintang Supermarket at end of road. The villa was very quiet.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Evrything about this place was excellent, the host was service-minded and it was so quiet regarding it was located not far from a busy street. The breakfast was also really good. I would recommend this place to couples, familys and friends.

Staff and service are amazing, very comfortable, spacious and clean, provide mosquito coils for outdoor area, close to variety of restaurants, bars, massage places and shopping all easy walking distance. Easy to grab a gojek from main St. Can walk to beach but it's a decent walk. Did an in villa cooking class which was amazing.

Only negative just to mention and it's not even a big issue was that it states cot available on request but once booked found cot had an additional charge which was additional 250k idr per night. Needed the cot so no choice but to pay as villa booking we made was non refundable.

Everything was amazing, the staff were so friendly and keen to make our stay a happy one, rooms were clean and tidy equipped with everything we needed. Location was brilliant close enough to a Main Street but far enough away so it was very quiet

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were outstanding, and every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered. We truly felt at home and were able to completely relax and enjoy our time here. Ghana Villa was beautiful and the pool was perfect. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Spacious accommodation that met our needs perfectly.

Location was excellent albeit a small section of the laneway was very uneven. opposite Bintang Supermarket, eateries bars etc close with ample taxis available all +- 250m from the villa Staff very helpful - prompt attention to issues raised -well managed by Pak Wisnu and his staff

Spacious, clean, amenities was great and staff was readily available when we needed anything. Staff was amazing! Location was great, very central and easily walk everywhere.

Rubbish bins in the kitchen area was small (more suitable for bathrooms) and maybe bigger coffee cups but it’s minimal concerns in the grand scheme of things.

Security- doors to bedroom were hard to lock Bathroom towels needed to be replaced as we were thin and not white.

We stayed at Ghana Villas for a week (2A, 2C) and couldn’t fault it. The staff were amazing and responsive, the facilities of pool, kitchen, tv, beds and bathrooms were all great, and the breakfasts were more than enough to start the day. Putu and Wisnu were amazingly friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay an absolute pleasure. We would not hesitate to recommend Ghana Villas to anyone, and we will be staying with them again

Ghana Villas are really well located - extremely close to shops and restaurants but also very quiet as it is a couple of laneways back behind a large temple. It is easy to get to and easy to walk to the main areas. The villas are lovely and the garden and pool and seating areas are very clean and relaxing. The staff were very very helpful. Really liked the Filtered Water system and being able to communicate through WhatsApp as well.

We really liked the villa itself, it was spacious, beautifully designed, clean, and featured a lovely pool area with comfortable seating. The layout was well thought out and the kitchenette was well equipped. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the main road with plenty of cafés and bars nearby

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a serious safety issue on New Year’s Eve when fireworks were set off by neighbours and came over the villa wall. The situation escalated, and although staff were present, they did not intervene, which left us feeling unsafe and unsupported. A staff member later checked on us and, although it seemed to be a nervous laugh, it still gave the impression that the situation wasn’t being taken seriously. While management later acknowledged the issue, the overall handling of the incident overshadowed our stay.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Villa war super (Teratai), grosszügig, sonnig, grosser Pool. Die Lage der Anlage ist zentral, nur ein paar Schritte zum Bintang Supermarkt und der Hauptstrasse, wo viele Shops und Restaurants zu finden sind. Betten sind bequem und Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder-kommen. Preislich sehr günstig für eine 2 Schlafzimmer-Villa.

Dass die Villa nachher besetzt war, als wir verlängern wollten, die übrigen Villen sind eher etwas düster und haben uns nicht ganz befriedigt. Nächstes Jahr vorher erkundigen, wie der Lärm der Grossbaustelle neben der Anlage ist, bevor gebucht wird.

The villa is very good, the layout, the facilities, the pool. It's not often a place exceeeds your expectations but this did. My only regret is that it came at the end of our holiday and I'd have loved to have stated longer at the villa

The villa was in a great location, a short walk to Bintang supermarket yet is was so quiet and peaceful. The villa was very spacious and we enjoyed the open air living area. The AC in both rooms was excellent

The sink in the main bathroom needs replacing, it's very unsightly. A toaster and microwave is needed as well, especially for families with little ones. The lack of pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult to wash your hair.

Great location in Seminyak. We did lots of walking as cabs took a long time due to traffic. The Villa was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The staff were excellent. They were available over WhatsApp whenever you needed something. Breakfast was included with our stay, which we didn’t realise. It was a nice surprise!

We had lots of bugs inside our room but realised the flyscreen was broken. They came and fixed it right away, which solved the problem. Some black mould in bathrooms and on pool lounges. We understand it’s unavoidable in a tropical climate, but still, it’s not great for your health.

The location was very convenient and the villa was nice.

I wish the villa had more facilities to prepare own food. It didn't have a microwave or much cooking utensils

A beautiful villa, great size, clean and very comfy. Large deep pool and very private and quiet. Staff were fantastic and it was great having someone around 24/7. Very responsive. Close to bing tang and some nice restaurants and spas and we could easily walk or taxi for other activities. A great place to chill.

While we loved the villa and staff we would not stay again. The villa is not actually where it comes up on the map its 2-300 meters away through a winding, unlit alleyway. We had no success at all in getting any taxis to collect us from the villa, even at times with villa staff help and a number also refused to take us to the door when returning. As two women alone we would have felt safer with something more accessible. Probably not an issue for a larger group. There was also an aggressive dog en route that barred our way a couple of times. The villa was great we would just ring them and they would walk around and collect us but it did make my daughter a bit nervous. I still think it's a great villa and a beautiful spot to relax, it just wasn't what we were looking for in terms of accessibility. I understand the dog is better once it gets to know you and we did only encounter it a couple of times. Obviously none of these things the villas fault and the staff were great, it did just impact our stay. No coffee making except a kettle, as noted previously in reviews pillows all very high and no selection or variation. A sparse kitchen but eating out is the way to go in Bali.

The property was beautiful and spacious, comfortably fitting our family of 4. We didn’t find the outdoor living hard, just ensure you have cleared away any food at the end of meals and use the mosquito coils provided in the early mornings and evenings. It was close to all amenities needed such as the Bintang Supermarket & stalls. The pool was large and deep Staff were excellent & even surprised my husband with a birthday cake! I couldn’t say enough positive things about this villa. We will be back next year!

I would have loved a tv in the bedroom & the location is a little tricky for some Gojek drivers to find.

The staff were amazing, and it was so easy to communicate with them using Whats App. We were able to order our breakfast using Whats App and there were multiple options you could have for Breakfast, so everyone was catered for. The staff were so accommodating. The location was perfect and away from the main street, which made it surprisingly quite, but it was close enough to Bin Tang Supermarket to stock up on supplies. There was nothing I could fault to be honest.

L’équipe est très gentille et professionnelle ! Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et variés. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées.

The villa was lovely, albeit a fair way down a "gang" to walk it was a central to Legian and Seminyak. The access and response from staff was great. I would recommend for adults however a bit remote for children.

It’s conveniently close to the main parts of Seminyak, yet set back from the road so it stays quiet during the day and is sheltered from traffic noise.

The property was huge. Such a fantastic size for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool and were in it constantly during our stay. The location is great, so close to the action but hidden away so it is also quiet. A great oasis of calm.

Showing some cosmetic imperfections just due to age/wear and tear but this didn’t hinder the function or the experience.

It was nice having our own space and pool, especially with young kids. We hired a pool fence as an extra piece of mind when our toddler was running around. Situated in a quiet area close to shops like Bintang Supermarket. The A/C and Wifi were great and effective too. Breakfast included was a variety of western and local foods, and generous. Communications with staff via WhatsApp made it really easy to request. We loved this place and the staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Thank you for our stay!

Die Lage ist super und der Pool mit Garten ist schön.

Die Polster der Liegen sind unansprechend und die Bäder sind alt, heruntergekommen (Putz bröckelt von der Wand) und die Sauberkeit könnte wirklich besser sein (schlierige Scheiben, unsaubere Fugen, undefinierbare Überbleibsel- Haargummi? hinter der Toilette). Uns wurde ein kaputter Salzstreuer und ein zerbrochenes Glas zu einem Wucherpreis berechnet. Auf den Preis für die Minibar wurde im Nachhinein noch Steuern erhoben (unüblich für Bali). Allgemein war das Personal nicht besonders zuvorkommend und hilfreich und die Kommunikation war teilweise schleppend. Jede Kleinigkeit (zB Babybett) sollte immer zu einem Wucherpreis mehr kosten. Echt schade.

Outdoor living area was lovely, the private pool was a perfect size and the surrounding areas were very well kept. The food was great and fast. The staff were lovely, very helpful.

Finding the location was tricky, meeting at the pick up point is needed as the roads are too narrow. I wish the Fridge was bigger, as it was outdoors so we wanted to keep all our food in the fridge.

The place is in a great location and the villa itself is huge, the kids loved the large private pool, the staff too, couldn't do enough to help us, just a great experience, Thank you.

Location is good and about 5 min walk to bintang market which is famous for souvenir shopping. Villa itself is pretty and spacious. Staff are friendly.

This villa is not maintained well. All the cushions including chair cushions and daybed cushions are dirty and full of stains. Bed sheet and towels are worn out and not clean. I had to request the replacement of bedsheet and towels. The team end up providing cleaner sheet and towels for us but they are still very old. I booked the breakfast included option and it does have a nice variety of breakfast menu. However, the fruits served in the first morning were sour and not fresh, was replaced after requesting but still very bad experience. It was not a good value considering the price.

The villa is in a great location, close to a supermarket and only about a 20-minute walk to the beach. It’s a beautiful, modern villa with very good showers and a stylish design. Overall, a lovely stay in a convenient spot.
