Super zentrale Lage, das könnte wirklich nicht besser sein. Mitten drin und dennoch ruhig. Genug Platz und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht 😊 Memoryschaum Matratze war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber bequem.

Es war okay sauber, aber nicht bis ins letzte Detail, z.B. Badspiegel und ein paar Krümel in der Küche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über Booking war nicht möglich, keine meiner Nachrichten wurde beantwortet. Aber telefonisch hat es ohne Probleme geklappt! Internet ging leider nicht. Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich leider nicht öffnen.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en la calle principal, con acceso a restaurantes y supermercados, y cerca de los puntos de partida de las excursiones.

La atención del anfitrión es lamentable. Las indicaciones para recoger las llaves se podrían mejorar, si los candados están ubicados en la parte trasera de las escaleras, al menos indícalo. Le hice dos preguntas, una antes del viaje, preguntándole por la conveniencia de contratar una excursión antes de llegar o in situ, y la otra por si podía recomendarnos algún lugar donde dejar nuestra equipaje el último día, ya que te exige que te vayas del apartamento a las 11:00, y la respuesta a las dos cuestiones fue la misma: no dignarse ni a responder. Desconozco las costumbres noruegas, pero en España esto se llama falta de educación.

Do not stay in this place! I rented this Airbnb apartment for 2 nights and the man who gave us the keys never mentioned that the hot water would run out. Both days I had to shower with cold water. The apartment was dirty from the moment we arrived — very dusty, and when we tried to make the sofa bed there was a disgusting stain on the rug. The sofa bed was full of other people’s hair, clearly never vacuumed. He never replied when we asked about the cold water, but he was quick to answer when it was time to check out. Very bad apartment, I’m never coming back!

La localizacion muy buena.

El sofa tiene manchas grandes. La cama esta pegada contra la pared y resulta incomoda. Limpieza regular. Los cajones estaban sin limpiar por dentro y es una pena que unos ventanales tan bonitos no de hayan limpiado en meses, o eso parece.

Good location and nice apartment

The apartment was not clean on arrival... The bedsheets not washed, in a pile on the bed, dirty dishes in the sink, and dirty bathroom. I tried calling the company 10 times with no reply!!!

The apartment is in a great central location, right on the Main Street. Easy to walk anywhere you need to go. It’s self contained with a fridge and a kitchen to prepare your own meals if you wish. (I don’t recall seeing a microwave, if this is important to you, you should check with the property).

We spent 45 minutes during a blizzard attempting to locate the keys to get into the apartment. There was no response from the owner/manager to messages or phone calls when we asked for more details on how to find the keys. Luckily after several requests for help from local businesses one of them knew where the keys were and were able to tell us where to dig to locate the keys that were buried underneath half a metre of snow. After we got into the apartment, we soon realised the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirty linen on the bed - including a tshirt left behind by the previous occupant, there were dirty dishes, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. Again we attempted to contact the owner/manager, we had spent over 30 hours in transit coming from Australia, and the last thing we wanted to do was spend two more hours laundering the bed linen so we could get some rest. We were hoping there might be a stash of clean linen somewhere in the building, or maybe a local place nearby where they have spare linen. Again - no reply from the property so we went ahead and laundered the sheets and towels ourselves. Even after our messages to the property raising concerns and issues and asking for help, there was no acknowledgement or apology for this, I suspect the property owners use a third party managing agency who rely mostly on automations - all subsequent communication from them were standard template messages that seemed very non human, or if they were coming from a human, they were 100% uncaring about their guests. (I have shared a photo of the location of the key lockbox in case it helps someone else. I imagine they are potentially buried under snow for many months of the year. I saw a previous guest was unable to find the keys and ended up having to forfeit their stay with no refund or reply from the property.)

Gorgeous accommodation, exactly like the pictures. Has everything you need and is right on the main street in town. Next time we are in Tromso we won't hesitste to book this place again!

Amazing appartement in the city centre! The place is modern, clean and cosy with a glorious windows you can sit in and watch the shopping street Storgata just beneath. Absolutely love it ❤️
