Комната большая просторная. 2 большие удобные кровати. Есть все необходимое. Метро, трамвай рядом. Так как балкона нет, мы использовали стульчики и столик у входа в отель и там сидели ужинали.

Нет света. Окно упирается в соседнее здание. Получается как будто шахта из стен. Это главный минус.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job, cleaning the room every other day. The hotel is modern and well-equipped with up-to-date technology. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. What I enjoyed the most was the beautiful view from the balcony. In my opinion, this was the best room in the entire hotel. The room also provided everything you could need, including a safe, toiletries, a hairdryer, and comfortable slippers. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Airport shuttle is available if you need. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing I liked was the bed

The rooms are okay, but the air conditioning unit is too small and does not cool the room to the level required. The check-in and check-out procedures are quite restricted and can take some time, even when there seems to be an opportunity to make the process faster. The hotel also offers very limited services. For example, there is no luggage scale available. The services seem to be mainly limited to check-in and check-out. Another issue is that only one room key card is provided per room, even when two people are staying. When you take the card with you, everything in the room turns off, including the air conditioning. This is inconvenient, especially when you need to leave the room for a short period and want to keep it cool. The reception area is also very small, and if there is no one at reception, there is not really a comfortable place to sit. The air conditioning there is also quite weak. Overall, the room is acceptable, but the hotel could improve considerably in terms of air conditioning and basic guest services.

Personel çok soğuk rezervasyon yaparken ücretli kahvaltı var yazıyor ama sabah kalkıp sorduğumda kahvaltı yok dedi peki nerde yapabilirim sorduğumda da bilmiyorum ilerde bir otel var oraya sor dediler. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum

Отличный номер У нас на 2 дня оставалась подруга,мы об этом сообщили за 30 минут до приезда и когда приехали уже был застелен диван и готовы банные принадлежности Оплатили 1200 лир за 2 дня Еще мы оставили чемоданы до 18:00 на ресепшене в день когда выехали Короче персонал супер И что не маловажно в номере вообще нет посторонних запахов

Расположение хорошее, персонал хороший , чистота отличная . И все.

Брал номер с балконом, у балкона не было навеса, днем солнце жарит, в дождь с зонтиком надо выходить на балкон. В ванной в душевая кабина на половину закрыта , при купании вода повсюду брызгает. Дверь в ванну скрипела, ночью просыпались если кто заходил в ванну. Вторую ключ-карту не дали , холодильник отключался когда выходили из номера

Lage. Frühstücksterrasse. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Mehr als man erwarten kann.

Frühstück einfach aber günstig. Die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ist ohne Ausblick, geht nach hinten mit 3 Mauern umgeben, immer Schatten. Das war alles ok, wir waren nur überrascht.

La habitación es bonita y cómoda. Queda cerca de calle concurrida entonces había ruido en la noche. Hay una mezquita cerca entonces a las 4am hacen oración por los parlantes lo cual nos asustó mucho y nos levantamos extrañados. Pero fuera de eso, está bien.

Had a cockroach in the room and ants, day time staff don’t really speak English much and wasn’t helpful in getting around

Staff was nice and always helped. Room is clean, but too small even for 1 person. The shower doors are broken. Absolutely uncomfortable to dry hair. And very noisily, because of cafes, bars and mosque nearby. Also bed was uncomfortable, because it's 2 mattress instead of 1 big

النظافة لم تكن على اكمل وجه. هذه إقامتي الثانية في هذا الفندق لكن هذه المرة لم تكن على ما يرام خصوصا في مسألة نظافة الحمام والمناشف. واعدت طلب تنظيف الحمام وتغيير المناشف المبقعة وتم التنظيف لكن لم يختفي الشعر الذي على الحائط وعلى الارض.

Hay una bajada hacia el Hotel que para las personas con maletas, dificulta su acceso

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zaraz przy Taksim Square, ładne, czyste pokoje, codzienne sprzątanie, dokładanie wody, herbaty, kawy itp.

Kiepski widok z okna, kręte, wąskie schody, winda nie dojeżdża na najwyższe piętra, nie można spuszczać papieru toaletowego w sedesie, tylko wyrzucać go do kosza obok (choć to dość powszechne w całym mieście)

Izuzetno dobra lokacija, osoblje veoma ljubazno. Sve je bilo pedantno i cisto, higijena na visokom nivou. Znam u buduce gde cu da boravim u Istanbulu...

Spacious room, clean and warm! Centrally located!

Family room was at the back of reception desk or basement! We refused to stay there and we were instead given a double room on the 3rd floor. Stuff was as most people in Turkey " I don't know"☹️. Not impolite ,just not helpful.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καλαίσθητα με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και τα μέλη της υποδοχής πρόθυμα να βοηθήσουν για την μετακίνηση μας από και προς το αεροδρόμιο.

Η περιοχή της Ταξίμ ήταν απογοητευτική. Για να μετακινηθεις στα αξιοθέατα χρειαζεσαι οπωσδήποτε ταξί ή μέσο μεταφορας.Δεν θα την επέλεγα ξανα. Μόνο η περιοχή της Φατίχ αξιζει.

De kamer was ruim en netjes. Zeer dicht bij Taksimplein.

Het kan wat gehorig zijn, maar voor mij was dat geen probleem.

Newly renovated, nice and cosy place to stay. Very clean & near to all amneties. Staff are very friendly. Minutes away to Taksim square.

Нет зубных щеток и пасты, не пылесосят в номере. Выселение в booking было до 00.00, но выселили в 12 дня

Super Lage direkt beim Taksim Platz. Das Zimmer im 4 Stock war sehr schön . Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the manager to the rooms. The room was spotless, comfortable, and simply outstanding. I was kindly allowed to check in a little earlier, for which I am very grateful. I was also traveling with a family of 8 people, each with their own suitcase. Since my flight was a day later than theirs, they needed to leave their luggage for a few hours. Many thanks to Mr. Ahmet, who generously allowed us to store the luggage in the hotel lobby free of charge.

There were no downsides.

Nagyon kedvesek a recepciósok! Türelmesek, udvariasak, segítőkészek. Minden nap van takarítás. A szoba tiszta. Van hajszárító, mini hűtő (benne ásványvíz), klíma, TV. Papucs, pipere holmi. A szoba pici, egy személynek teljesen jó. Én kifejezetten ajánlom a szállodát!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Its location right next to Taksim Square was perfect, as everything was within easy reach. Overall, a great experience!

Peraluna Premium Hotel is a very clean and comfortable place with an excellent location near shops, restaurants, and services. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms spotless, and the reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and professional. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The only negative part was the airport transfer. The night before checkout, I was told the trip would cost 1,300 TL. The next morning, Mr. Ahmed from reception kindly informed me that the hotel would cover part of the cost, so I would only pay 450 TL. His professionalism and kindness left a very good impression. Unfortunately, once I got into the taxi, the driver denied the discount and insisted the price was 1,300 TL. I paid because I was in a rush for my flight, but the experience was stressful—he was driving sometimes slowly sometimes fast , texting, and swerving, which made me feel unsafe. For me, the issue was not the money, but the principle: it is unacceptable for a hotel guest to be sent with a dishonest driver. It reflects badly on the hotel’s choice of partner, even though the hotel itself is not at fault for the driver’s behavior. Looking back, I realized I should have just taken the airport bus—it’s cheaper, safer, and just a short walk from the hotel. That said, the hotel itself is excellent, and I would recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul—just avoid booking taxis through the hotel.

Odalar geniş, banyolar tertemiz ve resepsiyon çalışanları her zaman güler yüzlü, kibar ve profesyoneldi. Genel olarak oteldeki konaklamam çok keyifliydi. Ancak tek olumsuz taraf havaalanı transferiydi. Çıkışımdan bir gece önce transfer ücretinin 1.300 TL olduğunu söylediler. Ertesi sabah resepsiyondaki Ahmed Bey bana otelin jest olarak bir indirim yaptığını, bu yüzden sadece 450 TL ödeyeceğimi söyledi. Onun kibarlığı ve profesyonelliği beni gerçekten çok etkiledi. Disappointing stay. I do not recommend. The area is dirty and does not seem safe, especially for women. The linen was not changed during the entire stay. Most of the staff does not speak English.

C’est la 2ème fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et j’en suis très satisfaite. L’hôtel est très bien situé, la chambre est confortable et très propre. Accueil chaleureux, personnel souriant. Une mention spéciale pour Mr Ahmet qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance ! Je reviendrais toujours dans cet hôtel.

A Wonderful Stay at Pera Luna Premium Hotel – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at Pera Luna Premium Hotel was beyond expectations. The hotel is perfectly located right at Taksim Square, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made exploring Istanbul so convenient. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and delicious freshly baked cake in the lobby at all times—a thoughtful and generous touch we truly appreciated. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Ahmet, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. He assisted us with booking tours at very reasonable prices and was always available with a smile to help us with anything we needed. What truly touched our hearts was how the staff arranged a surprise birthday cake for our son. It was such a beautiful and heartfelt gesture that overwhelmed us with joy and made the occasion truly special. We are so grateful for this unforgettable memory. The housekeeping was also excellent—the cleaning lady was kind and made sure our room was perfectly refreshed every day. Pera Luna Premium Hotel made our trip to Istanbul truly memorable.
