Reviewed Nov 7, 2025The host was coincidentally nearby when I arrived, and kindly helped me with check-in things directly on the day. The necessary appliances—kettle, rice cooker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, microwave, washing machine, etc.—were almost all provided, and they were from reliable manufacturers. (Though not mentioned beforehand,) Having both a filtered water cooler and a hot water dispenser, well-maintained, was convenient. While I hardly used them, cooking essentials like oil and sugar were provided. During my one-month stay, I only bought toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, and kitchen cleaning supplies.The first floor houses a drugstore, shops, Eco200, and restaurants, making daily life convenient. As the tallest building in the area, it's also convenient for Grab rides. The building's security is strict, so you can feel safe.
Nothing, but rather than being bad, I just couldn't make full use of the TV, pay channels, pool, and gym. I never figured out how to connect to the pay channels and never watched them even once. Also, it's best not to expect much from the bathroom.

..many small flying insect in bathroom wall when we check in ..two wet towel hang at balcony when we check in ..vacuum cleaner & a bag not store properly..juz put under table ..cleaning fees rm 50 but we required to throw the garbage by our own ..advertise as one room apartment with one bed in room and two sofa bed at living..but actually studio with one double bed and one sofa bed

Reviewed Sep 2, 2023Stayed here for 2 nights. The studio apartment was clean. I was welcomed with a fresh and soothing smell upon entering the apartment. The apartment came with a simple kitchen where you can cook simple meal. The host provided simple pots n pans to cook on the electrical stove. A rice cooker was also provided. Nevertheless, I decided to order grab food instead. There are also a mamak restaurant, Richiamo coffee, speedmart at Level 1 of the building. I like the overall layout of the unit. The toilet is clean. The unit seems new and well maintained. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 for kids and 1 for adults. My kids love the pool. There is a gym too.
I was not keen to the idea of rm100 security deposit that I have to pay seperately from the payment I have initially made via booking.com as I find it such a hassle to do so. Looking for the car park n the unit caused me a bit of confusion at first since I was not familiar with the building. The picture in booking.com is a bit different than the actual unit.
