Choosing this hotel was undoubtedly one of the best decisions of our trip to Rovaniemi. The guesthouse is welcoming and feels like home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Great location 5 min walk to ski slopes, supermarket 20 min walk/ 5 min uber across the bridge and kind welcoming host who made breakfast each morning for guests.

Everything was amazing!

This was a wonderful warm cozy spot just a little outside of city center. The proprietor was lovely making sure you are comfortable and she makes a great breakfast every morning. Also it’s about 500 meters to a really top notch Finnish sauna. I would highly recommend this place.

Aaria ve ailesi çok tatlı ve güler yüzlü karşıladı. Oda ve wc ler oldukça temizdi. Kahvaltılardaki pankekleri şimdiden özledim bile :) çok huzurlu bir bölgede masalsı bir tatil geçirdim. İyi ki tanıştım :) Tekrar görüşmek dileklerimle selamlar :)

The host was so lovely and welcoming and nice I felt like I was staying with my grandparents. The breakfast was yummy and made with care and love. Everything was clean and of good standard. I would stay here again, I didn’t want to leave. Got a big hug on leaving so thank you for an amazing time and experience and having me in your home

The owner is very nice and patient! The indoor vibe and window landscape are amazing. Everyday after wake up will be surprised by homemade breakfast!!🥰

Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln!!! Ganz im Gegenteil! Diese gemütliche Nähe mit den anderen Gästen schafft Raum für Begegnungen! Das muss man allerdings mögen.

Les hôtes sont incroyables, très gentils et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est parfait, les chambres sont très bien et les 2 salles de bains communes sont propre et bien entretenues !

Un peu difficile pour se déplacer, l’idéal est de prendre un Uber

Pobyt niezwykle udany. U Pani Aari czuliśmy się jak w domu. Ciepłe przywitania, duże i szczere zainteresowanie. Co wieczór napalone w kominku, co było szczególnie przyjemne po długich wędrówkach. Pokoje bardzo przytulne i klimatyczne. Do dyspozycji gości aneks kuchenny w jadalni, dwie toalety, koszyk z ulotkami i wskazówkami.Śniadania były dla nas smaczne i wystarczające. Do miasta spacerem około pół godziny. Rzeczywiście zorza polarna możliwa do zobaczenia przy budynku. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie właścicieli.

Exceptional service and attentiveness from the host and varied delicious breakfast

It is off city center, which is a plus for resting, but most of the "good stuff" is aways from the area, so you'd need to bring a car or move around with Uber/Bolt—buses are not that reliable.

El desayuno es muy rico, está muy bien cuidado y l lugar y su dueña es muy atenta con todos.

La distancia podría ser un problema, sin embargo, nosotras caminamos a todos lados o pedíamos uber sin problema.

Le personnelle était juste incroyable ! Très gentil et très accueillant ! On s’y sentait comme à la maison 🥰 la chambre super propre et toute douillette, il y avait café thé à volonté, un frigo à disposition ainsi qu’un micro-ondes. Ils ont rendu mon séjour en Laponie encore plus inoubliable ! Merci beaucoup à eux !! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Our host was an incredibly kind and helpful older lady who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and truly feels homely. She was always available and went above and beyond to make our stay extra pleasant. Highly recommended!

The stay was truly amazing. I have never experienced such happiness after a stay in Aaria. The host was exceptional, the best I have ever encountered. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I even had the wonderful opportunity to witness the Northern Lights directly in front of the house.

Literally nothing..

I like that it is a Finnish house. There are 4 rooms inside the house & 1 room outside with private entry. There are 2 toilets. The house is heated comfortably, I was lucky that I was the only occupant at the accommodation during that period as my room was directly outside the toilets so I would imagine that I would be woken up very easily by the people going to toilet & the opening & closing of the toilet door, flushing, using of hairdryer, etc. The flooring in the toilet is heated! Because there is no others in the accommodation, having a room just right opposite the toilet became an advantage as it is located right next. Besides, I'm not used to shared bathroom & will have to adapt so that saved me some adaptation & made the stay a more comfortable one. It is also located in a super quiet neighbourhood and away from city. I slept super well and managed to see wildlife there! It is also next to Kemijoki river. There are public transport that passes through. It's a short walk to the bus stops to take 9 & 10. For bus 8, need to walk across the river but it is very manageable despite in the minus degrees. Breakfast was the same everyday and it was simple, which was fine for me as long as I get to eat. It is basically bread, cheese, ham, lettuce, cucumber, juice and yoghurt.

The accommodation provided a bath towel which felt super rough and rigid. Can I suggest that they use fabric softener please? Or switch to a softer towel?

A small cozy bedroom with all necessary things to feel at home!

The fact that breakfast is not served when "Bed & Breakfast" originally meant you stay in a place, and breakfast is served, no matter whether it's hot or cold. So, they need to remove the word "breakfast"
