Check in process was cumbersome as have to msg/call and wait for someone to pass you the keys for apartment and details on where to park the car. The person in charge requested for RM 200 cash deposit but did not give any receipt for the deposit. The person in charge did return the deposit upon check-out. The apartment looks the same as photos on the website. However, on inspection, found the following problems/issues : 1) Was shocked to find a dirtied T-shirt lying on the floor at the corner of the common toilet. (See photo) 2) Couldn't on the aircon in the living room and master bedroom.(see photo) 3) Broken/Missing metal legs for the table in the living room which stick outside the table and can cause injuries if you walk too close to the table. This is a great concern for us as we have a 2 years old toddler staying with us in the apartment. (see photo).

Unnecessarily difficult to check in and check out - takes quite a lot of time. Also you will need a phone connection as there is no free / open wifi in the lobby.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2023The location is very good. Across the stress, there is Petronas towers and shipping mall. If you walk 7-8 mins, there is subway. The room is very big and comfortable. It was clean and we'll organized.
The only thing we had, the hot water in the bathroom is not hot, it was lukewarm but later it was okay.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2023Close to KLCC, discount when dining at W hotel, close to most malls (ie pavilion), amazing view of KLCC too. Apartment can hit 4-5 pax easily but for the 5th pax, the bed is in the living room and will recommend that you bring a sleep liner for it.
This unit has an issue with smell and hygiene. The place smells musky and the toilet has an unbearable drainage/ ammonia smell in the shower/toilet area. The floor was abit sticky and floor mats in the toilet was grey and grimy. Kettle was rusty. The unit also comes with quite a lengthy rules and regulations which I appreciated but the cleanliness was really doubtful. They really can do better with the cleanliness. The housekeeper was nice tho! And was ready to help when required.
