No tuvimos agua caliente durante la estadía y a veces no había personal en la recepción pero estaba cerca, al enviar un mensaje de WhatsApp.

Очень близко к основным достопримечательностям Ханоя, не слышно соседей, так как на каждый этаж приходится 1 комната. Хозяйка отзывчивая, старается во всем помочь.

Грязновато, наволочки и полотенца нужно бы уже поменять. Если на 1-2 дня, то можно переночевать, но я советовала бы посмотреть комнату перед оплатой и убедиться, что вам будет комфортно.

The front desk lady was so helpful and kind, she allowed us to put our bags with her after checking out, because our flight was at night, so we enjoyed our time while our bags are secured with her.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, good value for money. A very nice lady welcomed me when I arrived and the location is ideal.

I thought I was booking a room with a window considering the pictures, but the window was actually facing a wall so there were no natural light at all in the room. Also this room was not in the main hotel building, i think it was a residential building and thus very noisy in the corridor sometimes from early morning.

Genuinely, this was easily the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced. The owner was incredibly nice, late check-in was no problem at all. She showed me a Banh Mi shop close by and organized a very cheap taxi to the airport. When I was waiting to go to the airport she even shared her and her husband’s dinner with me.

The place is good and clean for value. The owner of the place was soo lovely. She gave us water bottles when we checked in and she lent us some umbrellas when it was raining. Just the sweetest.

Nothing. Unfortunately, our experience was negative from the moment we arrived due to issues with check-in and accommodation.

We arrived at the hotel on time, but the staff refused to accommodate us in the booked room. Instead, we were asked several times to cancel our reservation through Booking.com and move to another building that did not match the original listing. We were even offered a discount if we agreed to cancel through the platform. When we refused to cancel our Booking reservation, the check-in process became extremely delayed and we were effectively denied accommodation. The staff took photos of our passports but still did not provide the room we had booked. We were traveling with a child and had to leave and urgently find another place to stay. This was a very stressful experience after a long journey. We expected the property to honor the reservation shown on Booking.com. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

What I loved (The Highlight of our stay): The staff lady here is absolutely amazing! Because of her outstanding hospitality, I fell in love with this hotel. We stayed here for a total of four nights—our first night was before heading to Sapa, and we gladly returned for another three nights after coming back from Ninh Binh. She is incredibly smart, professional, and her management skills truly touched our hearts. As proof of how thoughtfully she manages her work, I’ve attached a photo of a note she wrote to us in our own native language! By the end of our stay, she felt just like family. On our final night, despite the rainy weather, she helped us arrange a very reasonably priced airport transfer, assisted with our heavy luggage, and stood out in the rain waving goodbye to us until we were out of sight.

What could be improved: Our first single-night stay was absolutely pleasant and flawless. However, when we returned from Ninh Binh for our second stay, we were assigned a different room, and that particular room was unfortunately a little dusty.

Better if they will accept credit card with no transaction charge.

Réservation annulée en dernière minute quand nous nous sommes présentés à l’hôtel. Une des deux chambres était occupée par un autre client malade. Nous ne voulions pas dormir à 5 dans une même chambre initialement prévue pour 3. Je ne peux donc pas donner d’avis sur l’établissement.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent location. The staff were especially accommodating and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

We would not recommend the laundry service. Even though we sorted our clothes by color, everything was washed together and got discolored. Stains were still there after washing. We even had to fold the laundry ourselves, and for that it was definitely too expensive.

Grundsätzlich eine solide Unterkunft mit schönen Zimmern und sauber genug, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Man sollte aber sehr aufpassen, welche Zimmer Kategorie man gebucht hat und welche einem vor Ort letztendlich angeboten wird. Uns wollte man zuerst in ein Zimmer im obersten Stock abschieben das ganz und gar nicht dem entsprach, was in der Buchung beschrieben war.

Dass man uns versucht hat, für dumm zu verkaufen und uns zuerst in ein Zimmer stecken wollte mit deutlich schlechtererAusstattung und deutlich kleiner. Erst nach einer längeren Diskussion konnten wir dann doch in das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ich konnte früh ins Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, Betreiberin Nhan Le spricht Englisch und Deutsch. Ich wollte etwas spezielles kaufen und sie hat in Erfahrung gebracht, wo es das gibt und mich dann mit ihrem Motorbike hingefahren und noch einen Rabatt für mich herausgehandelt. Vor der Verabschiedung hat sie mich zum Mittagessen eingeladen, das sie gerade gekocht hatte (ich durfte nicht früher gehen :-) Einen Kaffee und was süßes bekam ich auch noch. Sie kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste.

Ich hatte eines der Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit engem Treppenaufgang, ohne Tageslicht und greller Neonbeleuchtung. Das hat die 4 Tage, die ich dort war, etwas auf die Stimmung gedrückt.

La ubicación es fenomenal, cerca de todo y a la vez apartado y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, con aire acondicionado, ventilador y buena ducha. Mención especial para Nhan Le, quien nos aconsejó y acompañó en varias decisiones sobre a donde ir, tanto en la ciudad como fuera. Recomendamos mucho este lugar!!

Perfect for family of 5, 2 rooms above each other. Right from the moment we checked in we were treated as part of their family. They were so nice and helpfully. They gave us a 5l of water for each room. I booked all our activities through them before leaving Australia using WhatsApp. Loved our stay here. Perfect location for sight seeing too.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour de 7 jours à cet hôtel. Tout était conforme à la réservation. Nhan est une hôtesse très attentive, avec de bons conseils et rapide lors de nos demandes L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter le vieux quartier de Hanoi avec les restaurants et les sites historiques.

Die Zimmer haben alle keinen Balkon

Sehr, sehr nette Besitzerin die extrem Hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten in Old Quarter und trotzdem hört man keinen Lärm. Alles in allem sehr gut für den Preis.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider keine Fenster, die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut genug gekühlt. Es gab einrn Ventilator an der Decke, dadurch war es akzeptabel.

We chose this hotel because of the location and the kind words about the manager. And we weren't disappointed! She's a wonderful, responsive woman, very kind. The hotel is located right in the center, with tons of restaurants and lovely coffee shops nearby, attractions nearby, and taxis are inexpensive. It's a little tired looking, but clean. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a courtyard, so there's no street noise at all. If we return to Hanoi, it'll be here!

Difficult to review as having communicated our arrival time that morning, there was no sign of life when we arrived - after waiting 15 minutes we telephoned. Things continued to go downhill as having booked the "Standard King Room" there was some sort of problem which remains a mystery and which was never explained, and instead we were marched 50 metres down the road to a completely separate hotel. I'm glad that having been asked to pay upfront and on arrival we didn't agree to pay before we had seen the room and all this became clearer - which didn't exactly instil us with much confidence or trust. As this was the end of our trip and a stay we had been looking forward to it was shame to spend our final night in Vietnam on a down note and I suppose the moral of the story is to read some of the other past reviews where the same sort of thing has regularly happened. That said, the alternative hotel down the road was very friendly, nice people, and turned out to be fine -so we'd certainly go back there again, but next time we will give The Hanoi Cozy Legend a miss

Bed and pillows were comfortable, lady running the hotel was very polite and helpful. She gave me free water whenever I asked which was kind.

Property was a bit basic for the money, but very functional and clean. Couldn’t manage to get the hot water working in the shower, so ended up having a couple of cold showers which wasn’t ideal

Nous avons attendu l’hôte car personne n était dans ce hall qui ressemblait à une vielle chambre mal rangée. Pas de draps sur le lit (rien …) Murs sales Pas d’eau, nous a donné une bonbonne déjà ouverte. Pommeau de douche qui fuyait Rideau du lit sales Bref pour le prix nous n attendions pas un palace mais la … un minimum est de rigueur

Habitación amplia y cama grande. No se oye ruido alguno. Personal amable. Algo difícil de encontrar la entrada.

Lo más importante negativo es que para encontrar el "Hotel", es meterse como dentro de unos pasillos por la calle donde está, la cual cierran con candado a la noche. Y la entrada al Hotel misma, la cierran por dentro a la noche, sin posibilidad alguna de abrirla, salvo que despiertes a la dueña que duerma literalmente en la recepción. La habitación estuvo algo sucia. No limpian debajo de las camas, y dudo que las flip flops de baño estuviesen limpias. La ducha mojaba todo, por lo que necesita revisión o poner una mampara que divida.

הגענו ב 18:30 לעשות צ׳ק אין אבל גילינו שהחדר שלנו לא היה מוכן. היינו צריכות לחכות בערך 20 דק כדי להכנס לחדר שגם אז לא היה מספיק נקי השמיכות ללא ציפית והריח בשירותים ממש ממש מסריח מביוב ברמה שקשה להכנס לשירותים. וכל פעם שהיינו צריכות מישהו מהקבלה גם בצ׳ק אווט היינו צריכות להתקשר למספר ולחכות כי הם לא היו זמינים.

Super séjour au Cozy Legend Hotel à Hanoï ! Un immense merci à Nhan Le, la propriétaire, qui a été absolument incroyable : hyper arrangeante, toujours disponible et vraiment aux petits soins du début à la fin. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 2 minutes de Train Street, ce qui rend la découverte de la ville encore plus facile. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés pour l’accueil chaleureux, le service au top et l’emplacement parfait !

The host, Nhan Li, was just like a mum. Fussed over us, did our washing and helped us book our onward travel as well as an excursion. Our bus was late picking us up and she was straight on the phone to them! Great lady. The hotel was also great - huge comfortable beds and hot shower.

Although we specifically booked a room with a balcony, this hotel does not have balconies.

Sehr zentrale Lage, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Kleines sauberes Zimmer ohne Besonderheiten, bequemes weiches Bett. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, kein Lärm von der Straße. Hotel liegt in einen kleinen Innenhof. Perfekt für ein paar Nächte in Hanoi. Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnten auch in der Unterkunft unsere Wäsche waschen lassen für wenig Geld.

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la Train Street, avec de nombreux cafés dans la rue et même un supermarché à proximité. L’hôte est adorable et très attentionnée. Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires, elle aime discuter et s’intéresser à vos plans, mais c’est simplement par gentillesse et pour échanger.

Nous avions réservé la plus petite chambre : attention, la fenêtre donne directement sur un mur, collé juste en face. Il n’y a donc ni lumière naturelle ni vue sur l’extérieur. De plus, la porte de la chambre est vitrée avec un sticker blanc ; lorsque la lumière du couloir est allumée, la chambre est éclairée aussi, ce qui nous obligeait à sortir pour l’éteindre. Les premiers jours, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, mais le problème a été rapidement réglé dès que nous en avons parlé avec l’hôte.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement et la propriétaire. Nous avons oublié un manteau dans notre chambre et la dame nous a écrit pour nous en aviser et le conserver jusqu'à notre retour à Hanoi. Ce fut très apprécié de sa part!

Emplacement idéal pour ce Homestay, à une rue du vieux quartier et de train street. Petit immeuble très calme. La dame est très gentille, elle a été aux petits soins pour nous (taxi aller/retour, informations…) Nous avons mangé un pho très très bon au petit déjeuner. Vraiment un chouette endroit.

旧市街にあり、旧市街の探索には便利。 部屋やトイレ・シャワールームが非常に清潔であった。 道路から少し奥まった位置にホテルがあり、車の騒音も聞こえず静かであった。 女将さんの愛そうもよく、親切であった。
