I had assumed it was down beside the Helm in the Quay but it’s a good 5 minute walk dragging luggage up a hill as we didn’t have our car with us.

We had a great night in the Helm, Food was fantastic and so good. Great Atmosphere with lively music on the night. House was well equipped with everything that would be needed if we were to stay longer. We only slept there and had breakfast back in The Helm Bar. Very quiet street, and only 5 minutes walk between the 2 places and well lit up area.

Quilt on bed was on the small side, would need to size up..... Even though we loved our food, I found they served the Main course right away after clearing our starter plates away. Could have waited a few minutes but that's my opinion....

Tolles Häuschen in toller Lage. Alles bestens..

Very comfortable and staff were so helpful. Food was quality and good entertainment in the Helm pub.

Cozy and lovely house, 25 minutes walk to the town centre, 5 minutes walk to the Westport quay and 10 minutes walk to Westport house.

The house itself it’s great to stay, plenty of space, clean. The breakfast at the pub related with renting apartment was good. Actually the meals over the pub were really good.

The apartment in general was nice but there was lack of necessary items. No condiments at all to cook (no salt, no pepper) no dish washing liquid for small cleaning around, no washing detergent for washing machine, no extra blanket to be warmed on the sofa. Small quilt for the bed size, not an issue for smaller people but for tall folk like me it’s annoying. They gave us a second quilt the same size instead of a bigger one which was a little annoying too.

We loved everything about this place.

Clean,spacious, quite apartment in nice area. Fine breakfast included and Susan extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with.

The shower was very weak and temperature was fluctuating. Don't like carpet on stairs or mat in living room for hygiene reasons.

It was everything we needed in a quiet location. Walking distance to Westport and the quays.

People were getting work done next door and the work men were using the back entrance of our apartment all the time so we had no privacy at all and the Helm need to address this immediately.

8 kg washing machine and separate dryer. We Liked that there was a 2 nd toilet downstairs, an outdoor setting and lawn.Large kitchen and comfortable lounges. Walking distance to Westport town and supermarket.

We had to report to management that there was no dishwashing tablets or kitchen sink plug supplied. This was delivered to us mid afternoon the next day. There was a poor selection of mismatched glassware ( see pictures) , 2 wine glasses of different sizes and shapes ,and no placemats/ cork mats, the cutting board was so small, old and stained it should not be there.No oven glove, dish cloths, drying rack for washing up, no handtowel in downstairs toilet. Only 4 old wire coat hangers supplied in a otherwise large wardrobe. Surprisingly all rubbish had to taken down the hill and dumped in a parking lot rubbish bin. Recyclables were supposed to be taken to a nearby supermarket. We have never stayed anywhere where there was no large outside waste bin supplied. When we arrived, the very strong smell of bleach was overpowering. We had to leave the back doors open to decrease the intense bleach smell.

This property was everything we could ask for. Checkin was so easy. Shane was a pleasure to deal with. The property was spotlessly clean. The property has everything you needed should you wish to eat in and have a chilled night in or was close enough to the town to have a night out etc. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again. Thank you all.

Beautiful house, bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and we also had access to the pool in a neighbouring hotel. House is no more than a 5 min walk from the village.

A very well equipped and excellent property. The owners are lovely people, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a fab little cottage just behind the main apartment complex. 2 min walk back down to the bar and restaurant. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food is amazing in The Helm. We had a fabulous meal. Excellent choice on the menu too. The cottage was exceptionally clean. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to Westport We loved our stay, thank you 😊
