Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Alles! Die Wohnung und die Organisation hat uns sehr gefallen! Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich!
Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschte extreme Temperatur- ca. 36 Grad. Es war nicht möglich alle Räume genügend zum Schlafen zu kühlen.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Schöne, funktionell eingerichtete Wohnung. Es könnten bis sechs Leute darin schlafen. Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet und es gab eine schöne neue Dusche. In der Küche könnte man durchaus kochen, sie hatte das nötig Equipment dort. Der Standort war genial, Bars in der Umgebung, in ca 5 Min an der Piazza.
Eigentlich buche ich nur Wohnungen mit Air Condition. Das Kühlgerät welches zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war defekt. Der Schlauch für die warme Abluft war abgefallen, ausserdem ist das Gerät nicht geeignet für eine Wohnung zu kühlen. Wenn schon hätte der Schlauch fix montiert im Fenster nach draussen sein sollen, wie eben so eine Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das hier war ein schlechter Witz. Auch der Ventilator im zweiten Zimmer tat zwar seinen Zweck, aber war sehr laut.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Wohnung war sauber. Es wurde eine Klimaanlage bereitgestellt. Der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert. Bequeme Betten. Gute Ausstattung der Küche.
Man hört in der Nacht sehr viel Strassen- und Bahnhoflärm, was den Schlaf stört. Die Wohnung ist weniger charmant als Carnival. TV-Bedienung hat nicht funktioniert.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Zur Stadmitte und zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr sauber und auch voll ausgestattet. Was man wissen muss: Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat keine Türe. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber eventuell nicht für alle Konstellationen passend.
Alles war gut.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Gross, sauber, viele Möglichkeiten (Kochen, 5-6 Personen, Waschen, wenn nötig), gut ausgestattet (u.a.ein schöner alter knarriger Parkett-Boden). Ruhig (das ist eine Stadtwohnung, neben Bahnhof) - selbst Züge/Bhf. Manchmal stört halt einer der vielen verhaltensgestörter intelligenzentledigter Verbrenner-Fans. Das liegt aber nicht an der Wohnung (geht auf 3 Seiten). Lage superbe.
Toilette nur via eines offenen Schlafzimmers - stört die dort Schlaffenden. Absolutes NoGo: die mobile Klimaanlage, resp. deren Abluft. Dickes kurzes Rohr über ein offenes Fenster. Mind. eine verjüngte/flache Verlängerung wären besser, evtl. eine Barriere, sodass möglichst wenig warme Aussenluft eindringen könnte. Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter das Kamin dafür nutzen - läge zentral und könnte gut angepasst werden, sodass die Funktion einigermassen ökologisch betrieben werden könnte. Nicht sicher, ob die Klima in den Ausstattungen gelistet - Bedarf vorhanden (s‘wird warm, dort drinnen). Ein Wasserkühler/Ventilator ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wirkung? Keine.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Abbiamo soggironato all'appartamento numero 8. Appartamento pulito, luminoso, grande e caldo: siamo andati a fine ottobre, quindi le temperature la sera non erano altissime, ma in appartamento si stava davvero bene. Le camera matrimoniale era grande e fornita di biancheria da letto e biancheria per il bagno. Presente anche il caffè per la macchinetta! La posizione per noi è stata molto comoda dato che dovevamo prendere il treno presto il giorno dopo e nonostante fosse dietro la stazione, il rumore dei treni non ci ha mai disturbato. Inoltre è molto vicino al lago, quindi stupendo!
A parte la camera matriomoniale, tutto il resto dell'appartamento presentava spazi aperti; quindi l'altra stanza, più che una stanza era un salottino con un divano letto aperto, senza porta, con il bagno affianco, quindi poca privacy. Inoltre c'era un altro lettino a una piazza e mezzo in un altro spazio, sempre aperto, dove era presente anche un divano. Insomma, noi eravamo due coppie e solo una ha avuto propriamente privacy.

The location is very noisy at night. If you can keep the window closed, it is no problem, but in the summer heat, we needed them open as there was no fan. We could hear noise until 3am. From local bars etc
