Nos encantó todo. Las villas son preciosas, muy cómodas, cuidadas al detalle y en un entorno súper tranquilo. Además, el trato fue excepcional: todo el equipo fue encantador, atento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Nos sentimos como en casa y, sin duda, volveríamos. Y, por supuesto, un must: ver el atardecer tomando algo en Panorama y terminar cenando en Chica Chica. ¡Todo increíble!

Nada que destacar. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin.

La villa nos encantó. Es muy amplia, cómoda y está perfectamente cuidada. Nos gustó especialmente disponer de nuestra propia cocina y de una mesa privada junto a la piscina. Viajando con niñas, resultó comodísimo poder cenar tranquilamente en la villa: puedes pedir la comida al restaurante y te la llevan directamente, al igual que el desayuno. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, con camas grandes y cómodas, y los baños son enormes, con ducha interior y exterior. Cada vez que volvíamos encontrábamos la piscina limpia y toda la villa en perfectas condiciones. También queremos destacar especialmente al personal. Fueron muy atentos durante toda nuestra estancia y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de nuestro bienestar. Nos ayudaron con los transfers, las reservas para cenar y todo lo que necesitamos. Un servicio excelente.

Más que una pega, sería una pequeña recomendación. Había bastantes hormigas alrededor de la piscina. Entendemos perfectamente que, por el entorno tropical en el que se encuentra el alojamiento, es algo difícil de evitar, pero quizá ayudaría colocar algún tipo de trampa o repelente en esa zona. En cualquier caso, es un detalle menor que no empañó nuestra estancia.

El servicio muy atento

El hotel se ve un poco dejado, un poco un quiero y no puedo Caro para lo que era. Muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación cada vez que nos la hicieron, una cucaracha enorme, la ducha se inundaba cada vez que la usábamos y hormigas en la zona de cafetera El hotel necesita un poco de atención y cuidado para el precio que se paga y el nivel de hotel que se ofrece

La ubicación y el alojamiento en rasgos generales. También el desayuno es muy bueno y variedad.

La relación calidad precio no es para nada adecuada. Hay opciones mucho mejor por mucho menos dinero. No nos gustó que no ofrecieran servicio de lavandería cuando decían que si que había. Cuando llueve, se cuela todo el agua en la terraza de la habitación, no podíamos secar nada. Echamos en falta un tendedero o algo por el estilo en las instalaciones. Imposible secar la ropa mojada de playa o a causa de la lluvia (algo habitual en Filipinas), eso deberían tenerlo en cuenta.

Absolutely everything. Panorama was easily one of the best places I stayed during my time in the Philippines. The property is beautiful, peaceful and extremely well maintained, but what really makes the difference is the people. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. You immediately feel welcome and at home. The location is also great, close enough to everything in El Nido while still being quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the whole place has a really special atmosphere. I originally booked a short stay and ended up wishing I could have stayed much longer. An absolute gem in El Nido.

Honestly, nothing. I genuinely tried to think of something to write here, but I had an excellent experience from beginning to end.

I liked the staff, they were very friendly and always so helpful with all of my questions. Both ladies morning and evening staff suggested some great places to go to in the area, it was exactly what I was hoping for during my stay in El Nido. They managed to get me transport every day into town and made sure I was looked after with breakfast each morning. Staff were helpful getting my bags in and helped me when I was leaving aswell. The room itself was very comfortable and the staff did a great job cleaning it each day.

I didn’t like that when I got there, there wasn’t hot water, the key to the door didn’t work and the phone line didn’t work. The power went out a couple of times and there were lots of mosquitoes. Despite this though, the staff were very accommodating and everything was sorted out very quickly and they provide insect repellent and the facilities in the room were rectified.

The location

In one word “everything “! We booked a suite but the rooms had maintenance and we had a free upgrade to a villa. The space was amazing with everything balanced. Outdoor dining and kitchen, private pool. This is a very peaceful place to stay at.

Can’t think about even a little flaw.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been friendlier. The product was also in excellent condition and well laid out. Will return on our next visit to El Nido.

Kids do not get free breakfast so we were surprised to get a bill. That was not clear in the booking

We were 7 adults and 4 kids ages 3-11, and this property was ideal for us. We fit into 2 double story villas, with additional payment for 1 kid. We had free breakfast for all but the 2 youngest kids. The property accommodated our requests even the last minute ones. The staff were very helpful, shoutout to Judy who helped us book Tour A, Snake Island Tour and Airport Van transfers. We were also grateful to be allowed to stay in 1 villa before the check-in time because we had tired and unruly kids with us. We truly appreciate your understanding. We also loved the pool in each villa, our kids were in the water all the time and they had a great time! The kitchen is fully functional complete with kitchen tools and utensils, you can prep food as preferred. We highly recommend this property for big groups with kids.

The staff at Chabacano Restaurant (Panorama's sister company) was not accommodating. We ate our breakfast on arrival there at the reco of the Panorama Staff, spent a fortune on their overpriced very average tasting meals but we got reprimanded for staying there while waiting for our villa to be ready. If you plan to eat - NEVER eat here. Bring your money elsewhere for better food, better treatment and value for money.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They brought packs of bottles waters to our room when we asked. Service was amazing.

After some days, they was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and stinking the whole place and we told staff about it and they immediately fixed it and didn't experience that smell again.

This place was my favourite stay during my trip. The villa is peaceful, and looks very aesthetic and instagrammable. It is close by a beautiful sunset spot. The staff are super helpful with all tasks, and can arrange many activities for you if you like. You can also rent scooters directly. Thank you to the lovely and helpful staff for making our stay pleasant, we really enjoyed here.

The staff was warm and welcoming. It was my daughters bday and they brought her a bday cake. It was also Mother's day and they gave all the moms fresh baked cookies.

The air-conditioning on the top bedroom was not working properly. They brought me a fan to help cool down the room. The wifi kept going out. 3 times during my 3 night stay I had issues with the internet. The last night the top bedroom (which I stayed in) the water just quit working. My guest did a #2 around 5am and couldn't flush the toilet. She went to the pool and filled up a large pot several times to flush the toilet manually.

Unfortunately during our stay we had no water for hours over all the days - staff said the pump was being replaced on the second day but then the water was off again the following day. Was a bit frustrating especially when needing to use the toilet. There was no communication with us around the outages. Also strangely on the final night housekeeping took all 4x sets of towels to be cleaned and returned only 2x and when we noticed reception was already closed so 2x people in the group had no towels to shower.

Spacious villas, nice restaurant and great staff.

The breakfast is nice, you order it the day before and it's delivered to your villa, but I would've preferred more selections allowed as part of the included breakfast. Yiu can pay for something extra but you should've been allowed to select at least one sweet + one savoury per person.

היה ריח של ביוב מהשירותים והמקלחת של הקומה התחתונה. ארוחת בוקר ברמה מאוד מאוד נמוכה, יצאנו לאכול בחוץ פעמיים מתוך 4. כשהביאו את הארוחות - לא תמיד הביאו את כל מה שהזמנו. לא טרחו לשאול אותנו למה לא נגענו באוכל. הוילה מרוחקת ממרכז הפעילות של האי וזה מצריך נסיעה בטוקטוק. היתה הפסקת חשמל לקח זמן עד שהיא טופלה, המסנן של המים בבריכה לא עבד כל הזמן.

Nice property

Thank you to the team at Panorama villas! We had a such an amazing time in the Philippines and Panorama villas was the perfect way to end our trip. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and the staff were absolutely amazing! Accommodation was gorgeous and the private pool was exceptional - cleaned daily. It was an quiet oasis in the city of El Nido but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant was delicious and had beautiful French Wine (very hard to find hehe). Sheilla and Pollyn were particularly fantastic and went absolutely above and beyond in a time of need and without question! They were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Our trip was all the better for having them look after us and ensure we had the best possible holiday. I highly recommend Panorama Villas to anyone going to El Nido and cannot wait to visit again soon.

The privacy given in these villas was amazing! It really make it feel like you’re in an oasis in El Nido! The floating breakfast at no extra charge was brilliant and a highlight of our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Lo de tener una villa para ti solo por ese precio no esta mal. Pero los dos pisos sobran si solo eres una pareja.

Esta bastante mal ubicado. Estas lejos andando de todo. Vanilla beach es un camino horrible andando y te obliga a que para cualquier sitio que quieras ir, tengas que coger un triciclo. Y para ir a la playa tienes que cruzar una calle super transitada e ir a si hotel hermano. Que la verdad, no me dejo buen gusto. Ruidoso, hipercaro y la comida no es nada del otro mundo. Un español se escandaliza de esa comida “española” y con esos precios. Ademas de que el caminito no sabes ni si es un hotel o un barracón. En las fotos las villas se ven espectaculares, pero ya necesitan mantenimiento. La pintura se desconcha, se me quedó pegada en el pie. Y los cojines de la piscina ya estan mohosos en las costuras. El desayuno es bastante escaso y no esta demasiado rico, y la comida de su restaura si esta buena, pero lo mismo, caro para ser filipinas y porciones escasas. Lo que si destaco, es que ellos son flexibles y te preparan el desayuno acorde a tus horarios. Encontrarte una serpiente delante de tu puerta, no es agradable y les tengo panico y respeto. Fueron inmediatamente a espantarla, y se veía a ellos tambien con respeto al bicho. Pero la señora al lado nuestra, no sé si era empleada o amiga de uno de los empleados, partiendose de risa y casi tomandolo todo como una exageración nuestra. Porque segun ella no habia ninguna serpiente mientras los empleados intentaban espentarla entre 4. Pues me molesto mucho.

El dispensador de agua, fundamental para hacer café, o llevar agua fría. El baño precioso. La pileta soñada. El personal, muy muy amables. Todas las chicas. Siempre educadas, serviciales y dispuestas a ayudar en todo. Atentas. Volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo!!!

Very beautiful property. We loved that mix of modernity and jungle surroundings. You could hear the monkeys chattering at night which was fantastic and then wake up with breakfast served directly to your villa.

We stayed at Panorama Villas to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was such a special experience. The team prepared a beautiful surprise for us, even with a cake, which made the moment unforgettable. The service was excellent, especially the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. The accommodation structure is great, everything is well maintained, and it feels very private and peaceful. It was absolutely worth it, and we would definitely come back!

The place was very clean and very comfortable to stay in. But most importantly the service of the staff were of excellent quality, they were willing to help with any queries and requests. Great location and its sister restaurant was a great place to eat at too.

Villaen ligger rett ved en vei, så litt trafikkstøy var det, uten at det sjenerte oss.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und Modern, alles mit kleinen Details liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben sogar vom Hotel ein Massage Gutschein erhalten weil neben dem Hotel frisch Gebaut wird. Wir wurden darüber sogar vor dem Aufenthalt darüber informiert, das war sehr nett. Nur war die Massage sehr schlecht🤦‍♀️ für uns nicht empfehlenswert. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war sehr dünn- den konnte man nicht so trinken. Wir haben uns beschwert und einen neuen Kaffee bekommen aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten. Frühstück war kein Büfett sonder aus der Karte. In die Stadt musste man mir dem Tuck Tuck Taxi fahren. Der Strand war dort schön.

The Villa was absolutely fantastic. Amazing aesthetic and vibes going on. From the moment of booking, the property and staff has been really responsive in accommodating us and our requests. They helped us arrange airport transfers, booking island tours, and house keeping. Property has a very fast and reliable wifi. There was an ongoing construction right next to the property which wasn't really a problem because we were out during the day time but the property still offered us a complimentary massage for the inconvenience.

Every now and then, the power would disappear, especially at night. It wouldn't go out for more than a minute, but it was still annoying at time when you are watching TV or browsing through the internet.

Lovely, friendly staff. Gorgeous villas with private pool, outdoor kitchen and seating area. Location was good for me, just outside of the town for a slightly quieter atmosphere, but close enough, an easy 10 minute trike ride away from Town square in one direction and vanilla beach in the opposite direction.

The villas at the front are quite close to the road so can hear traffic at busy times of day if out by the pool. This didn’t bother me as I was visiting beaches in the daytime, but maybe not so good if spending time at the villa.

Private pool was great. Bed was very comfy, each room very spacious. it’s unfortunate there is no internet connection at Panorama Villas, but wifi was ok (most days). Location is great, close to many sunset bars and beaches.

Breakfast from Chica Chica was rather lackluster. Using too much butter on everything, making it appear and taste greasy. Presentation could be significantly improved. We tried Chica Chica for drinks one night and the lady waiting tables was very unkind. The cocktail I had was the worst I’ve had in my life. Way too much alcohol so ended up leaving it behind after 2 sips. We were not impressed enough to return for dinner. Service and drinks at Panorama Beach Club were 10x better. Additionally, while the villa is great, it will need some upkeep in the next 1-2 years.

Amazing Villa, kids loved the small private pool. Breakfast delivered each morning was delicious and the attached restaurant was also great for dinner and drinks! Laundry service on-site fast and affordable. Short/cheap TukTuk ride into town proper for shopping/tours/restaurants

Prices at the associated Beach Club were more than expected but the view/location was outstanding.

Beautiful accommodation with an amazing level of privacy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they arranged trips for us and accommodated all of our needs without any issues. There is a restaurant on site, and it’s also possible to have the food delivered directly to the villa. Just a short walk away, there is a fantastic sunset bar of the same brand. Scooters can be rented directly at the accommodation, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and airport transfers can be arranged without any problems. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The villa itself is really aesthetic, very comfortable bed, our villa was the one in the back so we didn't hear any noise coming from the street, spacious place, and a great restaurant across the street next to the beach, I wish the staff told us about that restaurant when we were checking in as it is theirs as well.

The pool area could be cleaner, lots and lots of insects, they could definitely seal the place better, we had a frog swimming in our pool in the evening. It is a bit weird that you don’t even get a complimentary bottled water included in this price. There was a Nespresso machine with only decaff pods which again was disappointing. The breakfast was also very sad, the portions were tiny. We also ordered some frozen cocktails to our villa and they came all melted, they should prioritise delivering these things faster.

Quick to get into town or beaches with tricycle but only thing in walking distance is the panorama beach club so need lots of small notes of cash for transport.

It was exceptional accommodation. It felt very luxurious and spacious. It was clean and the staff was very attentive, and super friendly. The service and food was also fantastic. We would go back in a heartbeat.

La villa es una pasada, lo tiene todo: lujo, comodidad, limpieza… No le falta detalle, está todo pensado para que tu estancia sea maravillosa. Los dueños son super amables y simpáticos. Ojalá repetir pronto!

Para ir al centro de El nido hay que coger transporte, pero no se tarda más de cinco minutos.
