Had a wonderful experience. The place is cozy and clean. The service is great and accommodating especially Andy, Mark, and Jaya. They were very welcoming and warm as well as to the other staff who greets us everytime we will pass by them. Will definitely recommend this place!

We had a really great experience during our stay. Everything was incredibly easy to plan because the staff helped coordinate everything for us, including rides and transportation, which made our trip completely stress-free. Andy and Chris were especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location—it’s just a short walk to the beach, close to the city center, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, and you could tell the property is cared for with attention to detail. The food at the rooftop bar was excellent, with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would 100% stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our family reunion brought together 36 relatives from all over the world for an unforgettable 8-day celebration in the Philippines, and one of the highlights of our stay at Lime Resort El Nido was the outstanding service we received from Fau and Chris. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and an energy that made our entire family feel at home. Managing a group of 36 guests is no small feat, yet Fau and Chris handled every request with professionalism, patience, and exceptional attention to detail. Whether it was accommodating special requests, coordinating our large group during meals, ensuring everything ran smoothly, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, they consistently went above and beyond. Their teamwork, attentiveness, and positive attitudes never wavered, even during the busiest times. Exceptional service is what transforms a great vacation into a truly unforgettable one, and Fau and Chris did exactly that. What an amazing view!! The moment we stepped out onto the top floor and saw the Infinity Pool, our jaws dropped with the picturesque scene right in front of us. We spent most of our time hear swimming, eating, relaxing, and watching the epic sunset. We loved the LIME theme everywhere from the Welcome Drinks to the Green & Blue branding, to the FREE daily Popcorn and Ice Cream. We are looking forward to staying at the other LIME properties!

My wife wanted to find a hotel in El Nido that was away from the busy town proper, as it has become quite crowded. That's when she found Lime Resort El Nido. Our booking process went smoothly, and we chose the 3D2N Endless Summer Package for 4pax. Special thanks to Dhine for reinstating our reservation after an issue arose before our scheduled stay. If you're traveling from Puerto Princesa, the resort offers a van transfer with a pick-up point at Robinsons Place Puerto Princesa (in our case) for ₱1,050 per person, which is very convenient. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious lobby, beautiful lighting, and elegant chandelier, which gave a great first impression. We were warmly welcomed by Kath at the front desk. She was knowledgeable, calm, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Her excellent customer service made our check-in experience enjoyable. That said, I have a few constructive suggestions for improvement. First, the inclusions of our package were not explained during check-in. I had to follow up to confirm which tour was included in the Endless Summer Package. Secondly, there was no briefing regarding our dinner inclusion. I had to inform the staff at the Sky Lounge that our package included dinner, and they were initially unaware of this benefit. Lastly, I had to remind her that I still needed to settle the payment for the van transfer we availed from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. These may seem like small details, but they are important. Guests should not have to ask about the benefits and inclusions of the package they have already booked. A thorough orientation during check-in and better coordination between departments would make the overall guest experience much smoother. On our second night, we had our dinner at the Sky Lounge as my wife understood that our package includes ₱4,000 worth of dining credits. We arrived at the Sky Lounge at around 7:00 PM and were warmly welcomed by Claire. She promptly attended to us, handed us the menu, took our orders, and even prepared a table for four. Shortly after, it started raining, so we requested to move to another table. Claire was very accommodating and immediately helped us transfer and reset our table, which we truly appreciated. The Sky Lounge was fully packed with guests that evening, and it appeared that there were only a few staff members on duty. As a result, our food was served after more than an hour of waiting, and one of our orders was accidentally missed. Since it was getting late and we had already spent the whole day on an excursion, we decided to cancel the missing food item as well as the rest of our dessert orders. While we understand that busy nights can be challenging, the long wait and delayed service put a disappointing end to what had otherwise been an enjoyable day. We appreciate Claire's attentiveness and professionalism despite the circumstances, but we hope the resort can improve staffing and kitchen coordination during peak hours to provide a better dining experience for its guests. Regarding the dinner inclusion, the promotional material on the website states that the ₱6,800 per person Endless Summer Package includes a ₱1,000 dining credit. However, when we sought clarification, Maria from the Front Desk informed us that the dining credit was PER ROOM, not per person. I chose not to argue further, as I didn't want it to affect our vacation. However, this discrepancy between the promotional information and the explanation provided at the resort can easily confuse guests. It would be helpful if the resort ensured that its promotional materials, package terms, and staff are all aligned so guests receive clear and consistent information before and during their stay. Front Desk Staff also should know how many rooms the guest booked for. During my conversation with Maria, she is only deducting P1,000.00 from our dinner bill instead of P2,000.00, as we booked for two rooms. Again, attention to details is very important. Breakfast at the Sky Lounge was one of the best breakfast experiences I've had. The open-air setup, stunning view, and relaxing ambiance made it a great way to start the day. What impressed us the most was the wide variety of food choices—from American and Filipino breakfast favorites to cold cuts, pastries, desserts, fresh fruits, and many more. There was something for everyone. Our breakfast experience on the first morning was excellent. However, the service noticeably declined on our second day. When we arrived, there were no available tables, so we ended up clearing one ourselves before we could be seated. We also noticed that there were only two staff members attending to a full dining area. Because of the limited manpower, clean glasses and cutlery quickly ran out, and food refills were slower than expected. While we understand that the restaurant was busy, it appeared to be a staffing issue rather than a service issue. I hope the management can better anticipate peak occupancy and schedule enough staff accordingly. Proper manpower planning during high-occupancy periods would help maintain the excellent dining experience that the Sky Lounge is clearly capable of providing. I would also like to commend Jec for proactively following up on our van transfer from Lime Resort back to Puerto Princesa. It gave us peace of mind knowing that our transportation arrangements were being taken care of. I'd also like to recognize Jorez for his thoughtfulness. While we were waiting in the lobby for our transfer, he noticed that I looked uncomfortable and, without me even asking, brought over an electric fan. It was a simple gesture, but it showed genuine attentiveness and care for the guests' comfort. These acts of initiative and hospitality left a positive impression on us and are excellent examples of the kind of service that guests truly appreciate. PS: We have seen a few small cockroaches in our room ( coffee counter & bathroom area) and even in my parents' room. I have reported this to Kath, but she mentioned that this is the first time she has heard this from a guest. Overall, nice hotel, nice staff just need some polishing and attention to details.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They always greeted us with a warm "Good morning," "Good afternoon," and "Good evening," which made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and always smelled fresh and clean. The buffet breakfast deserves extra praise, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that changed every day. 💯 The hotel's location was excellent—quiet, peaceful, and spacious, making it the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunset from the Sky Lounge. It was absolutely magnificent and mesmerizing—no words can truly describe how breathtaking the view of the sunset was.

A short ride from the town center, this hotel was a great stay. The service was great all around. Our server Randz took care of us a couple of days and was a good host. The infinity pool right at the shore gave great views of the sunset. They also provide other good amenities such as breakfast, afternoon ice cream, and popcorn. Would recommend this spot for someone looking to find a modern hotel without breaking the bank.

I visited Lime Resort El Nido during my pre-birthday trip to El Nido. While I was looking forward to exploring the islands and trying different activities, a typhoon forced us to change our plans. Instead, we decided to avail of the resort's day pass for ₱1,500, which included ₱1,000 consumable for food and drinks—and it turned out to be a wonderful alternative. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Rud Ann at the front desk. Her cheerful personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She explained everything clearly and ensured we had a pleasant start to our day. We spent the day enjoying the resort's beautiful pool, breathtaking views, and relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were satisfying, and the service from the bar and restaurant team was excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Hans, who consistently checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our refreshments. His attentiveness and friendly service truly enhanced our experience. Although the weather prevented us from exploring El Nido the way we had planned, Lime Resort turned an otherwise disappointing day into a relaxing and enjoyable one. The stunning views, impressive facilities, and exceptional customer service made every peso of the day pass worthwhile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re still staying at Lime Resort, but I already wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been so far. From the day we arrived, Kuya Jorez has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Even with the typhoon, he and the entire team have done everything they could to ensure we still enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also really appreciate all of Kuya Jorez’s recommendations, they’ve made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to Kuya Jorez and the entire Lime Resort team for the outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Lime Resort to anyone visiting El Nido, Palawan!

Pool was closed for 2 of our 3 days there. Breakfast was below average (but great omelettes), TV in the room was not tuned in, only 17 of 64 channels worked, limited choice of movies with no streaming Netflix etc capabilities. Room iPad didn’t work to start, called for support, waited 3-4 hours. Mould on curtains.

This hotel has so much potential to be better than it is. I decided to rank is "poor" vs "average" (2 stars vs 3) because they advertise themselves as this really nice hotel with great pictures, but the pictures do not tell the full story. They do have a nice pool view on the 7th floor , and the soft serve ice cream in the Sky Lodge during happy hour is a nice treat. But beyond that there are a lot of issues we encountered. First are general bathroom problems and issues. No toilet paper when arriving. Shower gel was empty. Toilet plugged up more than once. Had to keep asking for extra hand and bath towels. Then the room itself had a lot of quality and maintenance issues. The refrigerator in the room was broken and we had to have it replaced from another room. The beds are small- they are not even queen sized, more like double size. The room safe was not even mounted to the wall- not very secure! And the room has this bad design where there is a glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom, so every time someone uses the bathroom and turns the light on, it also lights up the bedroom- not fun when trying to sleep. Our room and our friend's room on the same floor (5th floor) had a bad odor to it. Then the hotel itself has a lot of shortcomings. The breakfast food was good, and they had an egg/omelette station. The view from the Sky Lodge is nice with the pool, and you can get drinks and food there. But this hotel has absolutely no fans installed in any of the open areas like the lobby or the Sky Lodge by the pool! The Philippines is very warm year round- yes hot for most of us- and this hotel does not have central air conditioning. You walk in the lobby or leave your room to the hallway, and a wall of hot humid mass hits you. Not having any fans installed anywhere makes the experience worse. The stairs design is not well thought out- you cannot take the stairs directly from the ground floor to the Sky Lodge. The elevator stopped working at least once, and many times the elevator would "forget" your floor selected and you would not get to your floor. For room views and noise, if your room is not at least on the 5th floor or higher, you will not have a good view. From the 5th floor, we had a partial ocean view. All the rooms on the other side of the hotel closer to the road have no views at all. There is no beach area in front of the hotel that you would want to visit- the area is very small, and the water is dirty there. You can walk along the beach from the Lime Resort to the area where the boats / Bangkas are located for island tours, but it is a pretty long walk in the heat. If your room is on the side where the hotel entrance is, there are local dogs that bark late at night outside of your room. The Lime is not close to the local El Nido area, for shopping, walking, eating. Yes you can get a tuk-tuk for 150 pesos each way, but if your group is more than 3 people that is a lot to coordinate and limits options. A lot of these complaints could be easily fixed by the hotel resort management or ownership, but I guess they choose not to. The staff service at this hotel was mixed- some people were helpful, but others like the concierge desk were not helpful when asking for assistance. It is not the worst hotel in El Nido, but because it falls short of expectations that is the reason it was not ranked higher.

The beach view is beautiful and the employees are kind. This hotel has a beautiful theme to it and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast area is good and the food options are good for someone like me who has a peanut allergy.

Ocean view is beautiful. They are sitting on a gold mine. However the restaurant service was slow and there were dead bugs outside. The infinity pool is gorgeous but needs to be updated because there are tiles falling off. The rooms were clean and staff is friendly. This is a good place to stay if you’re just going to spend all day outside

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, avec une équipe toujours souriante, disponible et vraiment soucieuse du confort des clients. La chambre était impeccable : propre, spacieuse, bien insonorisée et très agréable à vivre. Le petit‑déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité, avec des produits frais et un service irréprochable. L’emplacement est également idéal, proche de tout tout en restant calme. En résumé, un établissement où l’on se sent bien, parfaitement entretenu et géré par un personnel professionnel et attentionné. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Restaurant dinner was not a great experience, ribs was very dry and tough and we hardly had a quarter of it, hence we never went back there.. the rooftop bar and pool is great, but there is not shade when lying on the lounge chairs and it gets very hot up there. Some Umbrellas would be a good idea.

Some moulds in the toilet. Some staff might be tired or too used of the amount of guests already and they seldom smile or greet guests anymore that is expected from a Filipino hospitality. Savoy hotel Manila is the standard. Lovey staff even during busy hour.

We had an overall pleasant family stay at Lime Resort El Nido. A free upgrade on arrival for one of our rooms was very well received, and having breakfast included made the first meal of the day easy to organise for our group. While the breakfast was not as impressive as the buffet at Lime Resort Manila, there was always something available. The hotel is located in Corong-Corong, which means you either need to use the free shuttle, which at the time of our stay ran three times daily, or take a tricycle to El Nido Proper. The tricycle cost around PHP 150 each way and the journey took approximately 15 minutes. For us, this worked well, as it meant we could enjoy El Nido Proper without having to stay in the town itself, which can be very busy. The hotel is in a quiet location, which we really enjoyed, although neighbouring properties do share access near the hotel. Much like other Lime Resorts, there is a comprehensive food and beverage offering throughout the day, which is fantastic if you have been on a tour all day and just want room service. Overall, the staff were attentive and friendly, although often busy. My family enjoyed their stay and made good use of the free ice cream and popcorn.

Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, my general observations are more “nit-picking” than major complaints. However, despite being a newer hotel, some areas would benefit from more active maintenance. This was particularly noticeable around the pool, where there were missing tiles, sharp tile edges, and detached electrical lighting. Our room also had some minor maintenance issues, including lifting flooring and a loose glass panel in the sliding balcony door. None of this stopped us from enjoying the hotel or our holiday, but these are areas that should be addressed. Access to the hotel is via a single-track paved road with a gradient, which is not the easiest with children and luggage, especially if transport drops you at the top of the road. Lime Resort is good at making clear whether a room has a mountain or sea view, but there is also effectively a third type of view overlooking neighbouring properties, where in some cases people may be able to see directly into your room. Breakfast could be a little hit and miss depending on what was being served, and the labels did not always match the contents of the chafing dishes. That said, the food quality was generally good and on par with what we have experienced elsewhere in the Philippines. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, particularly for families who want to be close enough to El Nido Proper while staying somewhere quieter.

First time at El Nido and Lime Resort so far has been such a great experience! Had dinner at the Pulp Cafe with my partner, John and Miko were our servers for the night and were so friendly and welcoming! John was so kind and recommended us some dishes and everything was 10/10. Will definitely stay here again! The sunset and views from the pool are also straight out of a movie!

The infinity pool, the sky cafe .. and lively, lovely staff. There's a free shuttle bus to the town, was very convenient! Breakfast was unique every day and the sunset view from the infinity pool to die for !

We booked the no view room which had rock wall right next to the balcony. And bit smelly, no wind, no sunlight .. couldn't dry the clothes . No washing machine .. wish they had a laundry service there.After all the island hoppings no place to wash or dry .

The sunset is amazing. But the hospitality is lacking. Even management had no idea! I was going to stay for 3 nights and cancelled. After the experience at sky lounge. Recommend a real El NiDo hotel experiences for half the price and just come for sunset if you must 🙏

If you’re staying in El Nido, do yourself a favor and book Lime Resort El Nido. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt effortless. The place is immaculate—clean, modern, and just gives that elevated island vibe without trying too hard. But what really made this stay stand out? The people. Huge shoutout to Jec—truly went above and beyond. Made sure we had everything we needed, gave us the best recommendations, and just made the whole trip feel taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of service hits different. And honestly, the entire staff!!!! Amazing. You can feel that genuine hospitality the whole time. Love the Filipino hospitality! My family definitely loved the breakfast buffet! Already thinking about when I’m coming back 😎🌴

Stayed 4 nights at Lime Resort El Nido. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view — absolutely beautiful, along with the incredible views from the pool area and the sea view room. The hotel is well located, only 5–10 minutes from town, with lots of tuk-tuks available. There’s also a travel agency right at the corner to book tours and an express laundry service on the same street, which was very convenient. I had a few issues with my room at first, but management was very helpful and upgraded me for the rest of my stay, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym, though it is very small, only fits 2 people, and must be reserved in advance. Overall, a good stay with amazing views and helpful service.

All the staff were very accommodating, especially Kuya Jomerz, who made our stay even more pleasant. The facilities are simple yet well-organized and maintained. I especially loved their buffet breakfast—it was delicious and satisfying. We also had a beautiful ocean view from our room, which made the experience even more relaxing. My parents truly enjoyed our vacation, and we had a wonderful time overall.

Jorez was amazing always accomodating and helpful, the hotel was great nice and clean, good food, great location accessible to town and to vanilla beach

We had a great stay at Lime Resort El Nido. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an absolutely stunning view of the sea, surrounding islands, and dramatic rock formations, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooftop pool is a must experienc it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The view is so breathtaking that it really makes you want to stay longer and just soak in the moment. The hotel is about a 10-minute tricycle ride from El Nido town, which cost us around 150 pesos per trip. While it’s slightly away from the main area, it’s convenient enough. There’s also a laundry shop nearby and a massage spa just in front of the hotel, which was very handy. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony behind the reception area, and the setting makes for a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, a beautiful place to stay with incredible views—highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The bathroom layout was a bit unusual, with limited space in the toilet area while the shower room felt quite large, but it was still functional overall.

Navette gratuite 4 fois par jour pour aller dans le centre-ville, literie confortable, très belle piscine avec vue magnifique pour le coucher de soleil, grande TV, grand coffre-fort. 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau apportées chaque jour.

Pas de double-vitrage, du 5e étage on entend les chauffeurs parler en bas au pied de l'hôtel, les coqs, les chiens. L'eau dans le lavabo s'écoulait très mal. Impossible de monter la climatisation au-dessus de 23 degrés. Dans les lits, une couette au lieu d’un simple drap qui aurait suffi en cette saison. La serrure de la porte de la chambre est tombée en panne de piles 2 fois en 5 jours, dont une fois ou après avoir changé les piles on est resté bloqué dans la chambre sans réussir à avoir la réception au téléphone. Nous avons dû taper sur la porte jusqu'à ce qu'un membre du personnel nous entende. Les interrupteurs pour les différentes lumières d'ambiance et rideaux sont compliqués à utiliser.

Sunset view is great. Location is fine not too far from the town proper if you prefer a quieter area. Staff are very accomodating with all our needs and request and felt a very personal touch.

Average on the room cleaning. Needs to sweep the rooms everyday as well as some small missed things such as cleaning coffee cups after guest have used them.

C’était vraiment pas propre cafard, tache sang sur un oreiller, plafond moisi, vitres opaque de saleté etc…,,nous avons dû changer plusieurs de chambres et des équipements en panne ou absent , le manque de réactivité pour régler les problèmes voir l’absence de réaction.

The lifts smelt. Throughout the night horrible smells would fill the room from the noisy air con.
