Location, Pool area / bar really good. But more important the people were nice, kind, professional. It mattered to them that you had a good stay.

I perhaps missed a few practicalities in the room, drying clothes and towels etc. a chair you could use maybe. Fitness room treadmill with a lamp mounted directly above it in 1,8 meter so you couldn’t run without bumping into it felt silly.

Lovely breakfast, great rooftop pool, probably need a few more beds but the sofas were comfy to lounge on. So clean everywhere. Fantastic location and lovely helpful staff. Nothing to complain about.

Weekend breakfast was better than in the week. I’m fussy.

We took the best room with a sea view and a terrace. Please be ready there is a lot of noise and really loud music from Cafe del mar and Space Ibiza located right under your windows. They normally stopped their activities approx at midnight so our sleep was ok. I also do not recommend to take a separate breakfast on the terrace for guests taking a sea view rooms - it poorly managed and served less than you can find at Vibra Yamm Urban building. Go there

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool area wasn’t too busy and the staff were very friendly and professional.

This place is truly exceptional. From start to finish the staff were friendly, calm and very helpful. The location is literally next to Cafe Del Mar & Cafe Mambo strip and the hotel offers pools, terraces and beautiful food & sunset views.

The air conditioning unit in the room would go on/off, get cold/hot and so sleeping through the night was a challenge (room 1301)

Lo staff ! Premesso che siamo arrivati in struttura presto e abbiamo chiesto al ragazzo se poteva darci la camera un po’ prima . Ci ha risposto che sarebbe stato possibile entrare alle ore 11 pagando un supplemento di 90 euro altrimenti ore 14:00. Ok abbiamo rifiutato senza problemi . In più , avevamo chiesto se potevamo ospitare una nostra amica nella camera che avevamo prenotato oppure che ci cambi la camera con una tripla pagamento ovviamente il supplemento. Ci aveva detto che sarebbe stato possibile , senza problemi pagare al momento del check in la differenza .ci si ao trovati Al momento del check in, che la ragazza della reception ci hanno rifiutato la richiesta di darci la camera più grande , dicendo che non è possibile. Così la nostra amica si è ritrovata senza una stanza alle ore 14:00, alta stagione e abbiamo dovuto perdere del tempo per trovare un altra sistemazione per la nostra amica in un altro albergo. Così abbiamo perso una giornata oltre a scombussolare tutti i nostri piani . Dovreste informare i vostri collaboratori delle regole del albergo prima che forniscano informazioni sbagliate ai vostri clienti . In bagno non c’è il bidè, design non confortevole e per i miei gusti non bello e poco funzionale. Un lavabo che sembra un secchio gigante e la mensola bassissima e non c’è posto da appoggiare nulla sopra. I materassi dei letti troppo alti. Per un 4* non qualità prezzo , non ci siamo !!…non c’è un kit pantofole, accappatoio . Mini bar innesistente !!!

My room was very clean and well equipped, excluding somewhere to dry wet clothes. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight with uninterrupted views of the bay, although it’s also advertised to the general public which is surprising given it services two hotels and there are only a small number of sun loungers. The hotel has open access to the spa facilities and a gym. You cannot beat the location to sunset strip with 15min straight walk to local bus station for disco bus. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and they make some egg dishes to order, plus there is freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. The terrace restaurant offers Italian influenced cuisine with beautiful views with no minimum spend! I enjoyed a seafood pasta meal with a glass of wine and water for less than £40.

I found the mattress to be quite hard as I am a side sleeper so often woke with aching shoulders. There is no balcony but a small window, meaning it’s difficult to dry your wet clothes.

La verdad que el hotel nos encantó, empezando por el trato de todo el personal del hotel que cuidan muy bien de sus huéspedes, pasando por el desayuno gourmet en la terraza con vistas, con una gran variedad de fruta recién cortada en su punto además de otros manjares. Y no olvidarnos de la habitación, bien decorada, cómoda y de un tamaño bastante aceptable. Para nosotros la ubicación también fue muy buena, porque había buen ambiente sin abandonar la capacidad de descanso, con opción de ver el sunset desde varias localizaciones. Volveríamos y lo recomendamos sin duda .

Quizá añadiria alguna percha de pared más a la habitación o algún tipo de tendedero o colgador para los bañadores por poner alguna pequeña pega.

Amazing location right behind cafe de mar. Comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom. Unlike other Ibiza hotels it was so quiet which meant we had a great night sleep . Staff were friendly , breakfast was great .

The location is great close to Cafe Mambos, Cafe Del Mar and Space.

The rooms had dysfunctional air conditioning, leaving the room operating at 26 degrees. Despite reporting this to numerous staff, they did nothing. On check out they advised they offered a change, which they had not, no one would refuse a room change from a 27degree room. The staff then accused me of lying about the room change offer, very poor customer service.

Perfect location in San Antonio, right next to Space, Cafe Del Mar and Mambo. Wonderful rooftop with amazing sunset views.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und direkt am Meer. Das Personal war zwar sehr überfordert jedoch immer sehr freundlich! Es hat direkt neben dem Hotel einen grossen Parkplatz, auf welchem man unbegrenzt gratis parkieren kann. Der Meerblick auf der Dachterrasse und dem Restaurant im 3. Stock sind sehr schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, man hatte einiges zur Auswahl. In der Nähe hat es sehr viele Restaurants direkt am Meer.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Partymeile. Dies ist nichts Negatives aber sollte man wissen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und deshalb hört man die Nachbarn oftmals auch mitten in der Nacht. Es hat viele Strandbars mit lauter Musik, ab 00:00 Uhr ist jedoch Ruhe. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich jedoch sehr überfordert (vor allem auf der Dachterrasse), es dauerte teils 15 Minuten bis wir unsere Getränke bezahlen konnten, da sie die Kasse nicht bedienen konnten, etc. Die Snacks auf der Dachterrasse für am Nachmittag waren leider nicht gut.. Alles tiefgefroren und mit sehr wenig Liebe, vor allem für diese Preise.

This is a well presented and perfectly placed hotel above Savannah on Sunset Strip. The room with a sunset balcony was fantastic. Enjoy the sunset vibes, music and atmosphere whilst sippin on your own fizz watchin the wonder that is the Ibizan sunset. Every one different and ironically........the same. Breakfast included proved a real bonus too. Excellent choice of buffet food to suit all tastes and some breakfast dishes cooked to order too. And if you fancy it, a glass of fizz n all. All staff were particularly helpful happy and engaging. Rooftop pool and sunbeds were handy too.

air con..........not the best. We had to move rooms as it "failed". The next room it was ok at best. Hardly the cool you expect. Perhaps we just got a bum deal, but not great at reducin the room from 27c to 20c. Roof terrace bar serving a great selection of all manner of alcohol, but a brew, 'cafe con leche'..........."you'll have to go across the road to get one". I just laughed. And really just an irony. The sink in the room was like a 40 litre pot, massive. Next to it a suggestion to "save water"............have a day off ha ha. These are in no way complaints about the place, just observations about the whys or why nots.

Personeel was geweldig, zonder anderen te kort te doen, Christina, Giorgio, Alex en Sofia geweldige mensen. Ontbijt perfect, locatie perfect en een hememelse zonsondergang. De manager van de receptie een geweldige man, attent en heel aardig, vakman!!

De hygiëne in het zwembad kan beter, de technische dienst dient hier meer aandacht aan te geven.

Room Bathroom towels could be bigger and thicker. Towels could be provided at pool area. There is no room service? . We asked to a blanket late at night bc the room was cold and only sheets were provided . We were told ; they don’t drop off anything at our room. We had to get dressed and grab it at the lobby . No clothing iron in the room . We had to pay $20 euros at the lobby for them to let us borrow it . Then we had to take it back right after to the lobby and they reimburse the $20 euros. The included breakfast . It was fresh and good for the first few days . Then the bread was stale bread . The coffee machine wast brewing properly . And the fresh squeezed orange juice was then changed for boxed juice . The quality of the breakfast overall was just going down hill . I was there for a week. The hotel is good ; but . Could be better.

Just a thing, there’s parts that are still being worked on so there’s building workers and rubble. We had a bad experience with the parking since they charged means I did not use it. I opened a case and still didn’t get my money back. Beware of the concierge if he offers parking!!!

Wonderful stay

Es un hotel precioso, con vistas al mar increíbles. Me encantó el bar que hay en la azotea desde donde se ve el atardecer. El personal es súper amable y el desayuno muy completo. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Beautifully decorated, staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were clean and well presented. Considering this is a new hotel you would not know. The manager is brilliant, friendly and runs the hotel extremely well.

Breakfast is held at the Vibra Yamm Urban hotel across the road, you have to pre-book a time slot and the food selection wasn’t the best. However the staff were lovely there also.

Roubaram me obejetos pessoais ( óculos de sol) presumo que tenha sido alguém das limpezas ao fazer a limpeza diária do quarto, apresentei queixa na recepção e disseram que não podia fazer nada. Não volto a hospedar me neste hotel nem recomendo a outras pessoas.
