Прекрасный отель! Большая, очень зелёная территория. Приветливый персонал, всегда встречают с улыбкой! Наверное, самый лучший персонал из всех отелей, где я побывал за 20 лет. Отличное питание, отдельное спасибо повару, который готовит супы - очень вкусные! Много блюд, которые я не встречал в других турецких гостиницах. Из спаржи, тыквы... Или например, десерт Кайзершмаррн. Хороший пляж и бассейн, всегда есть свободные лежаки.

Wir kommen schon zum zweiten Mal in dieses Hotel und sind wieder sehr glücklich! Es überzeugt in vielerlei Hinsicht – die Hotelanlage, der Strand (wirklich der beste!), der flache Einstieg ins Wasser, der feine Sand (nur Sand, keine Steine oder Ähnliches), die Natur – einfach alles ist wundervoll. Dazu kommt das super Essen und vor allem die Desserts, die nicht übersüßt sind – das findet man wirklich nicht so häufig. Und wie schon im letzten Jahr möchten wir auch das tolle Fitnessangebot hervorheben. Es stehen über vier verschiedene Yogaarten zur Auswahl, dazu super Pilates- und Stretching-Kurse – mit dem Ball, mit dem Ring und vielem mehr. Vielen Dank an Lyudmila für ihre sonnige Ausstrahlung und ihre Professionalität! Das macht den Urlaub noch ein Stück besonderer. Und ein großes Dankeschön an Julia für ihre energiegeladenen Step- und Zumba-Kurse!

Yemekler çok ceşitliudi. Bu güzel dursa da bazılari lezzetli gelmedi. Daha az çeşit ama daha fazla lezzetli olabilir.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits inoubliables au Twi Blu avec ma femme et nos trois enfants (8 ans, 5 ans et 18 mois). Tout était absolument parfait. L'établissement pense à chaque détail pour simplifier le séjour et le rendre le plus agréable possible pour les familles. On se sent vraiment accompagnés et choyés du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe, et particulièrement à Yusuf à la réception, qui a été très arrangeant en nous offrant un late check-out jusqu'à 15h, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la vie avec les enfants. Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Alperen, notre excellent guide, qui a toujours été disponible, souriant et ravi de nous aider à chaque instant. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Великолепный сервис, отличная организация. Даже при большом желании придраться не к чему. Отличный отель❤️

Очень понравился коттедж, в котором я жила и сам номер: на втором этаже и с видом на море. До моря около 400 метров, до ресторана около 150 м. Территория отеля очень красивая и ухоженная. Она не совсем ровная, но под’ем не утомительный, местами есть лестницы, но эти участки можно обойти. В коттеджах на 2 этаж нужно подниматься по лестнице. Мне было не сложно. Сам номер очень удобный. Хороший, достаточно тихий кондиционер, который не дует ни на кровать, ни на диван. Сетка от насекомых на балконной двери, в ванной большая душевая кабина, и хороший напор воды в шланге. В ванной есть вентиляция. В номере есть холодильник (пустой), чайник, сейф. Много разеток, они удобно расположены. Свет в целом достаточно хороший, но не рассчитан на людей, которым вечером захочется почитать книгу. Очень удобное подключение к wifi, связь есть на всей территории отеля. Шведский стол на завтраке и ужине очень хороший и разнообразный. В обед все попроще, но вполне можно найти себе что-то по вкусу. Но самое ценное - это море: песчаное дно, мелко у берега, но подальше можно плавать, есть пирс, плот для ныряния, еще один плот-батут, много разных видов морских развлечений. Не всегда легко найти лежаки, но мест на пляже очень много, рано или поздно всегда находится подходящий вариант. Очень приятные сотрудники отеля: всегда внимательные, любезные и готовые помочь.

Убирались в номере в целом неплохо, но один день уборки не было, хотя я оставляла на двери табличку с просьбой убраться. И за 7 дней пребывания ни разу не сменили постельное белье. Приложение для телефона работает нормально, из него можно почерпнуть информацию о том, что происходит каждый день, а также другие полезные сведения, но узнать, как часто обычно меняют белье, и можно ли получить в номер не халат, а vanity kit или dental kit, нельзя.

Very nice, well-maintained, and clean green area. A ccessible and compact. The staff were also great and welcoming. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy!

It would be good to have a designated area at the beach where guests can leave their used beach towels. The hamam treatment and the massage can be improved.

Het is een hotel waar ik zeker nog vaker zal komen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, het buffet is ontzettend uitgebreid en biedt iedere keer weer iets anders. De tuin is prachtig en wordt goed onderhouden. De service is uitstekend en eigenlijk ontbreekt er niets aan deze plek. Er zijn bovendien volop activiteiten voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen.

Ik heb letterlijk niks negatiefs op te noemen.

The hotel has a beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well-maintained green territory. Everything is very clean and cared for, and the gardeners do an excellent job. We loved seeing turtles, hedgehogs, a coyote and many well-cared-for cats around the property. The beach is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to the housekeeping team — our room was always cleaned on time, the towels were fresh and everything was spotless. We especially enjoyed the tennis and archery activities. A big thank you to the tennis coach and archery instructor for their excellent work! The gym and table tennis area are also very good, and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy every day. We also really enjoyed the Cuban dance show and the outdoor movie night. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and we had a great stay.

There were no major negatives, only a few suggestions. The food could be a little more varied, especially with more seafood, shrimp, fresh or marinated salmon, and oatmeal for breakfast. It would also be nice to have more evening entertainment, such as shows, live performances and outdoor movie nights. In the rooms, we would appreciate separate shampoo and hair conditioner, as well as dental kits with toothbrushes and toothpaste. These are minor details, but they would make an already very good experience even better.

Очень переоцененный отель. В номерах стандартных нет шампуня. И он не положен, это привилегия номеров повышенной категории. Для этого отеля шампунь-привилегия! И наш вопрос не решили. Ни отельный гид, ни служба ресепшн. Напитки местные и плохого качества. Из хорошего только пиво. То есть более чем за 500 евро/сутки, сервис отеля менее 3х звезд.

Територія готелю дуже зелена, доглянута,велика, як реальний парк. Прекрасний пісчаний пляж із зручним заходом у море, широка берегова лінія, можна здійснювати прогулянки вздовж моря. Поруч немає інших готелів, тому навіть браслети не вдягають. Немає гучної музики ні на пляжі, ні на басейні протягом дня, що дуже сприяє спокійному відпочинку. Смачна і різноманітна їжа, напої, кава, вода. Зручні номери, ліжка. Цікаві вечірні програми! Багато спортивних активностей для бажаючих, але команда анімації нікого не напрягає приймати участь. Все для найкращого відпочинку!

Все сподобалося, видно що в мережу TUI Blue дбають про гостей і репутацію.

The hotel itself is lovely, with very friendly and welcoming staff throughout. It was also conveniently located not far from the airport, which made the journey with the children nice and easy. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Our girls particularly loved the pool. The food was a real highlight for us. There was so much variety each day, with everything feeling fresh and well prepared. We ate extremely well throughout our stay and never felt like we were eating the same thing twice. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ, which was so good that we went three times! Our evening at the À La Carte restaurant was also lovely, with excellent food and great service. The beach was beautiful and perfect for our family. The water is shallow and, during our stay, it was lovely and calm, which made it great for the children. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Purple Turtle for lunch and drinks — it was a real favourite. One of the biggest highlights of the holiday for our family was the kids’ club team. The girls absolutely loved the activities and the evening disco, but a special mention has to go to Ellie, who was wonderful with our girls. She was so warm, kind and engaging with them and really helped make their holiday special. It was lovely to see how much they looked forward to going to the kids’ club each day. The evening entertainment was also consistently high quality, with something enjoyable every night. All in all, we had a brilliant family holiday. The combination of the lovely hotel, fantastic food, beautiful beach, great facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful staff made it a trip we’ll remember fondly. We would happily recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Our stay was wonderful. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, the gardens were beautifully maintained, everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and the sea was amazing. Everything at the resort was thoughtfully planned and very practical, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

- First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Omur for the warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding support throughout our stay. - Secondly, I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their friendliness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made us feel comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. - Then, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and all the hotel facilities. - Also, the variety of food, drinks, and restaurants was outstanding. Everything was always available in abundance, and there were plenty of choices throughout the day. - Moreover, the facilities, the beautiful location, and the overall atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. - Finally, this resort is definitely worth visiting, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The only downside: Since the resort is surrounded by nature, we experienced quite a lot of mosquitoes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We did not come across a single unhappy employee. It was very easy to chat through the app for questions or requests. Facilities were clean. Our room got cleaned well everyday. Food was very diverse and plenty and delicious. It was very obvious that the hotel management and staff cared so much about guests' comfort and made sure everyone had a great vacation. Our family had a great time here. We want to come back!

Fitness room could be a bit more bigger given the size of the facilities. Also they offer lots of different work out sessions for guests but they are all outdoors and even though we wanted to attend, we opted out since it was too hot to exercise outdoors. Maybe consider offering some of those indoors with A/C.

Great location, facilities, accommodation was perfect and great food.

Tüm personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Çıkış yaptığımızda Fare well Lounge 'u kullanmak güzel bir olanaktı. Yemekler fevkalade lezzetli bol çeşitli, herkese uygun yiyeceklerin olması tesisin bu konuda gösterdiği hassasiyet çok iyiydi.

Sivrisinekler.. gerçi tesis devamlı ilaçlama yapmakta.. Ve korunmak için sprey verdi. Bölge itibariye bu konuda sorun yaşamaktadır.Bölge yetkililerin bu konuda daha yakinen ilgilenmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Спасибо за ухоженную территорию, вкусную разнообразную еду (за круассаны отдельный респект), заботу в каждой мелочи. Народу было много, но всегда были места на море, в ресторане, не было проблем с едой и приборами. Была прекрасная анимация.

На море сильное течение, может не подходить для отдыха с малышами

Everything, we’ve been coming for 10 years. We travel a lot and this might be one of the best hotels for me in the whole world. Location, sea, beach, rooms, all wonderful. All of the staff are always great. Hope to come back for many more years.

We enjoyed the resort and the overall atmosphere and buzz. Nice choice between the beach, pool, gym and fitness lessons. The days were very relaxed. Food selection was good esp we liked fresh fish, vegetables and fruit; the bars were open all day for drinks and snacks. Staff were great, special thanks for Lyudmila and Yulia from the fitness team and Kaya from Tui Blue Shop for their kindness and hospitality.

Spa is overpriced

Perfecte ligging! Groen en blauw in elkaar. Super schoon en geordend. Lijkt een botanische park wel met tientallen soorten bomen en planten.

The cleanliness, the staff are excellent and welcoming and helpful, the grounds are exceptional. The grounds maintenance tram really do deserve serious praise for their efforts.

The shower in the family room (0101). I don't recall the shower in previous villa rooms being so poor. That was my only disappointment.

I loved that this is an all inclusive resort. The beach was amazing, there were lots of activities going on daily which one could participate in. The staff were superb!

The location and landscaping are stunning. There is a great balance between relaxation and activities (if you want them). This is evidenced by the large number of guests that have been regularly coming back for many years.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable - some in our group did. It sleep very well. The food is generous but somewhat repetitive after 3-4 days.

This place is so clean everywhere. The food was amazing & all the staff are very polite.

Not enough entertainment going on. I wish the fridge in the room had more than just two bottles of water. Also hoped that the staff filled the coffee etc daily without asking them too. Reception didn’t respond fast enough with our tv problems as the main guy was off work

Really close to airport but in a really tranquil setting on the beach. Spotlessly clean across the resort and obviously very well looked after. Staff were incredible and food was also brilliant. Absolutely no complaints at all.
