We hebben over het algemeen een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het hotel was mooi, de ligging was goed en het eten was prima. Alles bij elkaar hebben we ons goed vermaakt en een prettig verblijf gehad.

Wat we jammer vonden, was dat het bij het strand eigenlijk iedere dag behoorlijk hard waaide(wel lekker om te zonnen) en er flinke golven waren. Alleen vroeg in de ochtend was het rustig, met weinig wind en vrijwel geen golven. Daarnaast vonden we het restaurant binnen wat klein voor zo’n mooi en groot hotel. Tijdens de eetmomenten was het daardoor regelmatig lastig om een vrije plek te vinden.

The staff, food and cleanliness were all best in class. Shoutout to Batuhan at the Sports Bar - he is the real deal, phenomenal bartender and also amazing with children. He made us feel very looked after during our stay, always remembering us, our orders and made the kids feel very special. Thank you!

It's a four star property, so with that comes slightly tired facilities, and I have to say the beds were too hard and pillows could be better! Our duvet didn't fit the bed either so we had to ask for an additional one. But our housekeeper Nese was wonderful, and all the staff at the hotel were constantly keeping the facilities and grounds immaculate.

Very well serviced and clean. Rooms are lovely for a family. Beach is beautiful, pools are clean and great fun if you have kids. Food is also really nice and lots of variety.

Loved this hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, food was fantastic. Lots of places to sit and relax. Rooms were lovely and clean. All staff were lovely. Bar staff are so fast, you never have to queue for more than a minute even when there's a a long queue!

My only negative is that the only place to eat lunch is outside, there should be an inside air conditioned alternative.

Hotel au top, tout est bien, nourriture qualitative et varié (sauf les desserts, pâtisseries superficielles) , staff, spectacle, équipements, rien à dire ! On voit que c'est super organisé !!

Juste un inconvénient, mais l'hôtel peut difficilement faire qq chose : les transats réservés des 7h du matin (voir avant malgré le panneau interdit avant 7h). Le profondeur de l'égoïsme humain ou les gens prennent 5 transats en mettant casquette serviettes etc pour ne pas les occuper pendant la moitié de la journée. Il faut réellement y être avant 7h30/8h pour espérer avoir un transat (sans garantie d'être à l'ombre en plus).

Quality of things, from materials at the room to food at the restaurant… I do understand it is cheap, but we stayed at another hotel with better views results for a similar price. Also we struggled to find a single lounge chairs around the pool every day. I hate the system where people block the sunbeds.

Way too busy. Food service was chaos morning, lunch and dinner. Boardwalk on beach way too short, half of the lounges are in red hot sand.. Baby pool a refreshing (feels like) 15 degrees, why(??) And is the slippiest surface in the world - accidents waiting to happen.

TUI Blue Tropical knows exactly what it is; a family focused hotel with great food, attentive and friendly staff and excellent facilities for what any family would need - it doesn’t try to be anything more with the risk of not succeeding.

If we had to find any negatives, then they would be limited to: possibly the wine could be better, the inclusive cocktail list broader and at breakfast the sausages could be better and/or include bacon Really minor things that don’t change how much we love the hotel.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld, Mühe und liebevolle Art, unserem Sohn das Schwimmen beizubringen. Auch von der Gästebetreuung, insbesondere von Burçin hanım, wurden wir bestens betreut. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei ihr und dem gesamten Team für die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Mühe, unseren Urlaub so schön und angenehm zu gestalten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Good location, lovely room, good facilities

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Auswahl sehr groß. Das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr nett 🥰. Besonders Sirin unsere Bedienung während dem Abendessen war sehr bemüht. Wir hatten sofort einen guten Draht. Sie hat uns sogar für unseren letzten Abend unseren Tisch besonders schön eingedeckt und mit Blumen geschmückt 😊. Aber auch das Personal im SPA waren sehr freundlich. Serap bei der wir mehrere Massagen gebucht hatten ist grandios. Sie ist zudem eine sehr herzliche Person 🥰. Aber auch Mesut und vor allem Diyar waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diyar ist ein sehr liebenswerter Mensch. Er hat uns sogar an unserem letzten Tag eine extra Raum zum umziehen gegeben und erlaubt uns im Hamam zu waschen, da wir unsere Zimmer schon abgeben mussten. Das war sehr angenehm und wir hatten so unseren eigenen Bereich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür noch an Mesut und Diyar. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit großen Palmen 🌴🥰. Überall stehen Wasserspender was gut ist, so wird weniger Plastikmüll produziert. Die Gläser konnte man benutzen und sie wurden wieder gespült. Sehr nachhaltig 👍 fand ich sehr gut. Es gab überall an den vielen Bars die Möglichkeit sich auch andere Getränke zu holen.

Sehr laut und zu groß! Zu viele Familien mit Kindern. Hat nicht zu uns gepasst. Wir bevorzugen normalerweise etwas kleinere Anlagen mit weniger Trubel. Besseren Service mittags und an den Bars am Abend. Immer nur Selbstbedienung 😞. Kaffee war grauenvoll 😬. Der Strand war auch nicht so schön. Zu steinig und stark abfallend. Starker Wellengang. Nachmittags kaum baden im Meer möglich. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder allerdings ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Ms Burçin in the customer relations department; she’s very energetic, attentive and helpful.

Just watch out for one particular waiter: he’s wearing earrings in both ears, and as soon as he realises he won’t be getting a tip from you, he’ll stop paying any attention to you.

The hotel resort was very nice, with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach was a mix of sand and both small and larger stones, so beach shoes may be useful. There were showers available on the beach, but only a few, which could become an issue during the high season when the resort is busier. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There was also a dedicated kids' restaurant, which was a great feature for families traveling with children. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, providing excellent service wherever we went.

There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. First, the beach would benefit from more sun shelters with better-quality shade, as well as additional wooden walkways between the sunbeds. The sand became extremely hot around lunchtime and in the afternoon, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Adults and children alike had to wear flip-flops at all times. We visited at the end of June, and I have to say that the entertainment program was the weakest we have experienced compared to other resorts we have stayed at in Türkiye. On two evenings during our 8-day stay, the main evening entertainment was simply an English-language movie for children. There was also a bingo night with music, which was not very engaging. Another issue was the mosquito spraying. Every evening at around 8:30 p.m., when most guests had finished dinner and were outside with their children, a vehicle drove around the resort spraying chemicals. The smell was very strong, making it uncomfortable to breathe, and many people were coughing. At the same time, it seemed to disturb the mosquitoes in the trees, causing them to fly around and bite guests instead of reducing the problem.

Gigantic complex with all the desirable amenities (swimming pool, private beach, gym, football & tennis courts). The food was good for a buffet and at night you could book specialized restaurants, which was cool as well!

Das Essen war gut viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten . Die Animation war ok. Überall wurde alles sauber gehalten wie die Toiletten.

Bei meiner Zimmer Buchung war die Mini Bar inklusive, als ich im Zimmer ankam war Sie Leer. Daraufhin habe ich bei der Rezeption nachgefragt . Sie sagten mir aber deren Konzept sei so. Ich frag mich nur wenn man so Bucht sollte man es auch so kriegen können.

We couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel nor the staff. The hotel has everything you need, food wise it was very changed every night staff was so friendly and accommodating we ended up extending our stay for a few more nights and reception staff was happy to help us. Massive thank you to Arif from the entertainment team always stopped to have a conversation, made sure everyone got involved with daily activities as well as the nightly ones, definitely stood out to us .

Приветливый персонал, русскоговорящая сотрудница рецепшен Диана помогала со всеми вопросами. Алкоголь местный, есть возможность заказать импортный за доп. плату. Территория большая и ухоженная, везде чистота, концепция отеля нацелена на экологичность. Достойные вечерние программы. Не смотрят на полную загрузку отеля, места всегда всем хватало. Еда без изыском, но качественная. На завтрак есть корнер с чаями. Отдельная зона со столами для детей в ресторане. Отель семейный много маленьких детей

На нижнем этаже головного здания располагаются магазины торгующие откровенным барахлом и подделкой как на базаре.

Beautiful resort. Staff was wonderful, so helpful and polite , food was incredible, we've never seen such variety of food to cater for everyone , even very delicious sophisticated vegan desserts. Very clean everywhere , our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.

The hotel is fantastic. They've thought of everything for families. The room was lovely and kept very clean. The food was incredible for adults and kids. The staff were all lovely and so friendly and helpful. Isa in the restaurant was the most welcoming. Entertainment was great for the kids. Pools are excellent and the beach right next door. Our 2nd time visiting and we loved it again.

Páčil sa mi veľmi rezort, záhrada, pláž, jedlo. Všetko každý deň upratané, nachystané. Oceňujem ochotu personálu.

Len detail, prijala by som pohodlnejší matrac a balíček kozmetických potrieb (servítky, odličovacie tampóniky, vatové tyčinky do uší).

10 yaşındaki oğlumuzla ailecek konakladık. Odalar biraz eskiydi ama rahat ve büyüktü. Çarşaflar, havlular temizdi. Yemekler bugüne kadar her şey dahil otellerde karşılaştığım en lezzetli yemeklerdi, tadına baktığım ne varsa çok beğendim. Çok büyük, 2 kaydıraklı bir havuzu var, bu havuz dışında daha sakin bir havuzu, ayrıca çocuklar için kaydıraklı havuzu var. Kids club artık kullanmıyoruz ama yaşlara göre ayrılmış farklı aktiviteler sunduklarını gördüm. Futbol, basketbol sahaları, yoga için su sesleri arasında bir yeri var. Sahili çok geniş, tekne turu ya da parasailing gibi imkanlar ücreti karşılığında sunuluyor. Sahilin çok ince bir kısmı taşlı, onun dışında tamamen kum. Biz mayıs sonu gittik, deniz biraz dalgalı ve serindi. Suya alışınca çok keyifli yüzülüyor ama uzun süre durmak zor. Havuzun sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Animasyon ekibi de çok iyiydi, gün içinde çeşit çeşit aktiviteleri oluyor. Sivrisinekler yeni yeni çıkmaya başlamıştı, onun için de ilaçlama aracı geziyor. Bahçeler, ağaçlar, çiçekler çok bakımlı. Çalışanların da hepsi ayrı ayrı çok kibar ve yardımcılar. Ulaşımı dalaman havaalanını kullanınca çok zahmetsiz, tekrar tekrar gitmeyi isteyerek ayrıldık.

Junior suitte oğlum balkonlu olan odada kaldı. Balkon penceresinin perdesi güneş geçirmez, kat kat, çok iyi ama yanda bir pencere daha var, zebra perdeyle kapatılmış. Buradan sabahları güneş geliyordu. Mini buzdolabı da ses çıkardığı için fişini çekmiştik ama boş olmasına rağmen kötü kokmaya başladı.

1: The staff, who are clearly being worked beyond what they probably get paid, were super friendly and helpful. 2: The food was lovely, great choice, particularly the puddings, the chefs were very good at repurposing previous days unused options. 3: Beautiful location and very nice clean beach with sun loungers. 4: Standard family room was better than expected- large with 3 separate beds, with great aircon, only partly spoilt by the constant beeping of taxis reversing along the entrance to the new huge hotel next door. 5: Beautiful manicured grounds. 6: The cleaners (all of them). 7: The hotel shops (as good a value as you'll find anywhere other than Fethiye Tuesday market). 8: The 3 pools are great, not heated but still warm for May. 9: The guaranteed car park space (even found us space in staff car park when main one became full.

It's necessary to remember that Türkiye is going through difficult financial times and corners needed to be cut. However, it's evident that advertised services and activities are not being met (Confirmed if you see Tui Blue Tropical FB Group) 1: If you advertise the hotel as offering Kids Club, Kids Activities and A La carte restaurant's you should be able to use (book) them! In reality it's a Midnight (on your first night of arriving) lottery, with only a few spaces for each option. 2: The "All inclusive" drinks options were as cheap as you could get (possibly even watered down). The local Efes beer is not at all the same as the same brand cans sold in the village. Cocktails very poor. 3: Deckchair wars! Unless you get to the pool very early (even before breakfast at 7am) you'll be lucky (when the suns out) to get a spot by any of the pools. We preferred the beach which did always have some space. 4: Restaurant wars! 80% of the guest came to eat at the same time due to the 3 hour window available, so the buffet was like a fighting match to grab what you wanted. The noise level at times was horrendous, no staggered arrival options, no quiet area and table staff having to work as if it was an Olympic sport. 5: No Turkish culture, (except for one nights entertainment of traditional dancers) you really could have been in the UK. 6: This is the main one - us English! I was embarrassed by the behaviour of some guests - pushing/barging/loading plates with food and leaving most of it! We as a family hired a car for the week and explored all the areas Mugla has to offer and used the hotel as a base- for that it was perfectly OK. If you were going purely for the hotel, kids club, kids activities, entertainment a la carte and free food/drink, like we did last year at the Hilton (although they are now charging much, much more) I think you might be left feeling the same as not just us but many guests.

Absolutely loved our visit. It offers great food and drinks, endless fun for the family, and a warm welcome from wonderful personnel.

The only minor thing is that the bed pillows could use a change.

The food was extraordinary!!! It was way beyond you can imagine for 4star hotel. Food was 11/10. Fresh, extremly tasty like Michellin restaurant prepared. It has small restaurant for kids too. Room was all clean and big, spacey. It had a tub. It was calm, no sounds at night. Great animation program for kids and adults. Kind staff. Sea is nice.

The areal is huge. You walk all day to reach all places. Ice cream could be better. In baby pool could be some small slide for children. Alcohol drinks werent tasty.

Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut, reichhaltig und vielfältig. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand hat mir gut gefallen. Ebenso das große Angebot an Aktivitäten.

Лучший отель, в которых бывали в Турции. 10 из 10. Рекомендую всем, особенно семьям с детками.

The pool was freezing, such a shame to see the kids not enjoying the water as so cold, why don’t these places have solar heating for the pools, the have the sun and places to put the panels. What is it with closing the slide from 12:30 - 3pm. I get it on the big slides as have lifeguards on the top of you need to let them have lunch. But the kids pool where it’s always one lifeguard on duty. Seeing all the little kids sitting around asking parents why they aren’t on and seeing the lifeguard answer the same question to annoyed parents. At least leave the kids ones on. I avoid gluten and although they do pre order meals for food intolerance. I asked the staff for the label on the sausages at breakfast and on google translate they have no gluten but yet the sign says it’s has gluten. The chips at lunch and dinner would go from being with gluten then without gluten. Why? Mash potatoes do not need to have gluten in it. They done a stand which says gluten free on it which looked amazing until you checked it and actually only 1-2 items were actually gluten free. Then to top it off the Mayo and tomato ketchup also states have gluten in them. How? lol Kids evening disco was amazing atmosphere and staff were great. But it’s the exact same songs, same act, same sequence every night. 7 night stay we had enough of it, made holiday feel same every day in the evenings. More than anything feel bad for the staff performing the same thing every night, I bet by the end of the season they feel like TUI-3000. Beach and the water sports team where amazing, high speed 2hr boat trip was great fun, also jet ski was great fun. Get that pool heated, keep on the slide’s longer and keep the kids pool slides on and mix up the kids evening entertainment would make this place amazing and certainly draw more guests.

Neskutečný výběr jídla – něco takového jsem opravdu ještě nezažila. Každý den jsme objevovali nové chutě a všechno bylo perfektně připravené. Po celý den probíhaly animační programy, takže se člověk ani chvíli nenudil. Personál byl neustále usměvavý, milý a maximálně ochotný, což celé zážitky ještě umocnilo. Cítili jsme se tu opravdu výjimečně a rozhodně se sem rádi vrátíme. 💛

There isn't much activities for kids during the day. My son was looking forward to archery but was told it is only fo adults over 16's Kids disco repetitive each day.
