The staff were super helpful and friendly. Even allowed us to check out and left our items at the lobby while finding luggage to pack!

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Uguisudani della Yamanote Line. Camera spaziosa e comoda con vista sulla Tokyo Skytree. Colazione giapponese ottima e abbondante. Permettono di lasciare bagagli in deposito. Avendo fatto 2 notti e poi fatto un tour nelle Alpi, ho lasciato la mia valigia in deposito per 8 giorni senza alcun supplemento. TOP

Coming from our last trip, I am beyond happy that this was a complete 180 and we are happy and satisfied with everything. The staff were very nice and very accommodating of our different requests. Perfect location and love the breakfast selection. I also appreciate that the staff helped us with our extended stay, giving us options on what room to book so we didn't need to check out and switch rooms. Looking forward to coming back.

My only issue is the laundry area. Wish there was more washers and dryers to accommodate more people at a time.

In terms of value for money I would recommend it purely for location and the price of the breakfast. It is a 5 minute walk to the JR rail station and a bit longer to the metro station. If you are travelling from the airport by train, you can get off at Ueno or Tokyo stations and the hotel is only a couple of stops from there. Its a good hotel to use as a base from which to explore Tokyo from for a couple of nights.

The lobby can become a bit crowded at busy times when groups are coming and going from the hotel.

部屋のコンセントの位置が利用しづらかった。

駅、コンビニ、業務スーパーに比較的近く、利用しやすかった 上野公園へも徒歩で行ける 建物正面に階段があるが、奥に行くとエレベーターがあったので、よかった 朝食ビュッフェもおいしかった チェックイン前の荷物預かりもしてくれたので、便利だった

L'emplacement est parfait à côté de la gare avec une ligne qui passe par tout les lieux les plus touristique et surtout le personnel qui est vraiment au petit soin et disponible pour la moindre question ou le moindre besoin !

Struttura datata, le camere non erano proprio pulitissime e c’era parecchia polvere. Anche la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice dell’hotel sono molto vecchie e non lavano/asciugano a dovere

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en raison de la présence des machines à laver. Même si ce n’est pas du fait du personnel, il serait bien d'envisager de mettre des tableaux pour signaler quelle chambre utilise les machines (dans l'éventualité où une personne tarde). Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé que le sèche-linge fonctionnait mal (4 cycles pour sécher c’est très long)

駅から近いのですがホテルに向かうには階段があり、キャリーケースを持ち上げての昇り降りがきつかった。 部屋はきれいに整えられていたが、排水の問題なのか、バスルームから濁った沼のような、下水のような臭いがした。バスルームの扉を開けると部屋の中までその臭いが漂ってきて気分が悪かった。

地點好，在上野公園旁，山手線JR鶯谷站旁邊，附近也有日比谷地鐵站價位性價比高，是老飯店，不過有裝修過；樓下是業務型超商，價格便宜，附近有高檔的鰻魚店，也有平價的日高屋，地鐵站旁還有便宜的生鮮超市，附近也有唐吉軻德，宵夜有鳥貴族，生活機能相當好。

Las camas estaban unidas y no había espacio.

The breakfast was great, a wide variety. Location is close to popular tourist spots, not far from the Yamanote line.

It's always the location that's best at Candeo. So close to the station, making it easy for us to navigate our preferred areas nearby. Staff were also friendly and approachable, and the breakfast selection is always enjoyable.

This isn't our first time staying at Candeo so it's a bit concerning that we encountered several issues during this trip. 1. Of the 2 rooms we booked, one of the rooms had blanket covers that had a bad smell. Towels provided in different days also had a bad smell like they were not dried properly. There was also a bad smell coming from the walls as if someone smoked inside the room. All were tolerable but would be highly appreciated if this was not the case. 2. In one of the days, we had issues with the keys of one room. We are 4 people sharing two rooms so whenever we borrow the spare keys, we make sure to return them to the front desk after each use. Again, this was not our first time staying here. During one of the days of our stay, we surrendered all 4 keys to the front desk as per practice before we left for our plans for the day. Upon returning, the spare key was given to us for one of the rooms, which was weird since we knew the process but we brushed it off. When my roommate tried borrowing the other key for our room, we were told that both keys were already with us, which was not the case. I immediately called the front desk to clear this up and they said they'll check their CCTVs. We received a call after a while and was told again that all keys were with us which was not true at all, so we insisted that this was wrong and we started feeling frustrated. We went down to the front desk to discuss the matter in person. The manager in charge even showed us their logs that only 1 key was surrendered before we left, when in fact we surrendered 4 keys. How was I supposed to know what was on their logs when we don't have visibility over this. I even told them that I remember the staff whom I surrendered all our keys to. The manager was giving us assurance that there was no issue but being gaslit into thinking that we did something wrong felt unnerving and truly disappointing, especially as this was already our 3rd or 4th time staying at Candeo.

Booked the family room and the size surprised me. Very comfortable.

Amenities were limited. They limited us yo only 2 small bottles of water everyday. They provide gor coffee at the lobby but we have to bring our own cups from.the room.

The breakfast is very good, and the staff give fantastic service. The environmentally friendly room-cleaning policy is thoughtful. Fantastic place for people seeking the convenience of central Tokyo's Ueno area while preferring a less touristy district. The hotel is located near a train station, one stop from Ueno station, and surrounded by interesting local restaurants.

When serving breakfast food, could add labels to mark allergenic ingredients or vegetarian options. The elevators seem to be required to stop on the second floor. Not sure about why.

地點臨近車站，出入很方便。 早餐餐點毎日都會更換部分菜色，非常適合台灣人的口味。尤其有道限定的黑毛和牛飯，美味可口，香氣濃郁，每天都吃2碗。

2單床的空間小了點，幾乎沒有可以攤開行李箱的地方，有點可惜。

出張で久々の東京。美術館に行きたかったので、上野に近いホテルを探しました。朝食付きでこの料金は嬉しい。 翌日は、徒歩で上野公園に行けましたし、良い休日になりました。

フロント周りは落ち着いた雰囲気。しかし!!エレベーターを降りたらそこは怪し気な色使い。廊下にはゴミが落ちてるし…失敗したか？と、思いました。 客室内は普通のビジネスホテルだったのでホッとしました。 夜遅くまで、廊下を子供(外国人)が走り廻る音がして、フロントに連絡しようか迷いましたか、止めました。 子供に罪はない。親に注意しておく必要が有ると思います。

早餐很多樣、豐盛、服務好。餐廳明亮舒適。飯店有微波爐可以加熱，很貼心。地點離上野公園、博物館區是走路的路程，非常方便。

臥室有點小，枕頭只有一個。棉被感覺沒有清洗過，有衛生的憂慮。

I loved everything about the hotel from the staff to the location to the room rize - highly recommend staying here. Room size - For two travellers its perfect there is space for luggage and carry ons as well as a big bathroom the room was clean when we got there and always got fresh towels everyday. The location - this location is perfect for those that are looking for something quiet and not chaotic and it is only a 5 minute walk to the statiom the line has access to all the main spots in tokyo which is super conveninent. The staff - there are not enough words to describe how the great the reception team are - they are so friendly, helpful and overall amazing - my sim for me and fellow traveller were not working and the team tried for over 40 minutes to help solve the issue - something they did not need to do but I appreciate them for going out of the way to help me.

the Room size is ok, small but we still fitted 2 small luagge and 1 big. short walk to the train station was great, 1 stop from ueno station. room was clean, bathroom was a good size, enjoyed our stay.

The man who checked us in wasnt so friendly, the elevators are a bit slow or maybe its because there was a lot of school kids staying there too so it was always a long wait. but these things happen.

Only 2 washers and dryers for the whole hotel. Dryers did not work very well.

Staff on site were friendly. Ability to leave baggage in their lobby after checkout was helpful.

Messages sent through the Booking.com did not get answered in a timely manner or sometimes not at all. The step up to the bathroom was annoying. Overall space felt very tight in relation to other places stayed.

Morgenmaden var virkelig virkelig godt, til prisen. Stor variation. Dog mange mennesker (i forhold til pladsen). Super tæt på toget, og alt hvad man har brug for, fra spisesteder til indkøb.

Det var træls at elevatoren var den eneste måde man kunne komme fra etage til etage. Man kunne ende med at vente op til 10 minutter før der var plads i myldretiden om morgenen. Vi kiggede endda efter trappen (som jo burde være nem at finde, hvis der kommer brænd?) men forgæves.

The hotel was very close to a train station, convenience stores, restaurants and a short walk to Ueno Park which was stunning in cherry blossom season, and close to Tokyo National Museum. The rooms were quiet, and had windows that opened for those that like fresh air.

Despite being a small hotel, we always seemed to have to wait a long time for the lift.

Clean hotel, friendly staff.

The low rating is mainly due to one issue. I found it very unpleasant and greedy to charge 2,300 yen per hour for early check-in, even when the room is already clean and ready. The fact that early check-in is only possible if the room is ready makes this policy even more frustrating. I arrived from Osaka around 13:00 and was quite tired. The receptionist informed us that standard check-in starts at 15:00. The lobby was crowded with luggage and there was hardly any place to sit. Because of this, we decided to pay for early check-in just to be able to rest. As soon as we paid, we were checked in immediately, which clearly shows that the room had already been available. Charging per hour under these conditions feels unreasonable and is the main reason for my negative rating.

Room was clean and reasonable size. (Hollywood Twin). Check in and out was efficient. Good location within walking distance to many attractions and railway station very close by. We would choose a larger twin room for a 7 day stay.

Didn’t detract from our stay but caught us by surprise .. every room no matter what size or configuration has an approx 30cm step up / down into the bathroom ( exception of the specific disability room).

The only good thing is the location being close to JR uguisudani. Within 5 min walk and there is also bus stop across the street that can take you to Asakusa. On the north exit of Uguisudani, there is family mart, seven eleven, don quijote, and matsuya. Very convenient.

First, the location. Even though it is closed to JR station, I didnt realized that Uguisudani is the hub for love hotel. We walked on the wrong way on the way to the hotel and we passed many love hotels behind Candeo hotel and also on the side. Staff was not friendly. Maybe 1 or 2 is ok. I came earlier than check-in time, and the front desk told me I can't check in in a rude manner. No hospitality at all, no smile, and no greetings. Room is not sound proof. I can hear my neighbour having s*x and the bed creaks. I am in the 10th floor and I can hear the siren loud and clear. The room is small but ok size better than AP* HOTEL. Hotel still use key lock instead of card key but it doesn't bother me as much. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I dont have a choice.

朝食がとても良かったです。連泊しましたがお料理が豊富でお料理の内容が変わって飽きずに美味しく頂けました。

コンセントがお風呂場に無い、ベッドサイドにコンセント１口、お掃除用の壁床下近くにコンセントがありますが ポットを使うのも床、ドライヤー使うのも床、携帯を充電するにも不便、 収納する場所が少ない、荷物が置け無い、壁は広いスペースがあるので棚、フックなど設置しても良いのでは。。。 フロント近くにコーヒーマシーンのサービスが　ですがカップが設置して無く部屋からカップを持参して利用するとか。。。サービスしてるパホーマンスなんでしょうか
