New Ocean Breeze Madiha

Gute Lage, sehr großes Badezimmer, eigener Balkon

Zimmer leider etwas klein und wenig Ablagefläche für Gepäck ansonsten alles super

Very decent room with AC, hair dryer, and fridge. Very close to the beach and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants near by. Only 5 mins walk to supermarket where you can get everything you need. Owner/ manager was very friendly and helpful. He also arranged our airport drop off without a ripped off price.

Such great value for money. Huge comfortable bed, massive bathroom with great water pressure. Freezing air con, I slept with the fan on because the room keeps cool easily. I felt really safe here which is important to me as a F solo traveler. Great location near cafes and beach. Really friendly staff (family business) who were very helpful & organised me transport to my next town for very cheap.

A fantastic 35 day stay in a perfect location. Happy days 0

When we booked our stay at the New Breeze, we were apprehensive as it didn't have many reviews on booking. Nevertheless, we decided to take a chance given the appealing photos of the rooms and the friendly price. The New Breeze is a very family-friendly and quiet place. The room matches the photos and the owner was extremely friendly. Everything about our stay was perfect. We thoroughly recommend it.

its right by the beach, wonderful location and I really enjoyed the private garden with the coconut trees. The big room and the big bathroom was great. Chinthaka, the owner, was very attentive.

Host is super kind and nice. Rooms are modern, clean and so close to the beach. Lovely place to stay at

Very friendly host and cozy rooms! Quiet location and close to Madiha surfing point.

Super location in the jungles and close to the beach. New big clean room and really big bathroom. Friendly staff and welcoming coconuts! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

The room was very pretty, spacious, clean. The location was also very nice. Beach was 500m away only.

Very helpful and friendly staff, we could keep our backpacks while we wait for check in

The place is brand new! Rooms are big, quiet at night and comfortable. The shower was really big and with a lot of pressure :-) This homestay is also ideally located next to Madiha surf spot (walking distance) and plenty of cafés and restaurants. The Sri Lankan family running this place has been very welcoming and making our 5-night stay very pleasant! The last day we could also benefit from late checkout before our drive back to the airport which helped to make the end of our trip in Sri Lanka a great one!

Super welcoming and friendly family, They welcomed us with coconuts to drink, lovely. Helped with everything they could. Very calm, but still close to the beach. Highly recommended.

All good

Everything: it is clean, new, trendy, it has a big bed with anti-mosquito net, a big immaculate clean bathroom with a separated shower. It has a kettle and free instant coffee. The towels are very soft. The room has a deck overviewing a beautifully-kept garden. The man who runs it is sweet and accommodating, and welcomed us with a nice, fresh coconut. We've been traveling in Sri Lanka for over a week and stayed in six hostels/guest houses so far, but this is, definitely, the best one! We would definitely go back!

They don't have a hair drier. They do check-in at 3PM (instead of 2PM) and check-out at 11AM (instead of noon) so your stay there is significantly shorter. When we were going to pay during the check-out, we checked the price in our booking.com reservation slip, but the owner asked us for more money for a "commission" that we couldn't understand. He was looking at a different app, so we refused to pay that "commission". Luckily, in the end he accepted the booking.com price :)

Very good host, can help with any inquiry from laundry, yoga mat to organizing a trip to national park. The internet was fast but with some limitations

Everything good, the owners are really kind
