Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The place smelled very clean, breakfast was fine, location was excellent (short drive to the beach). I felt safe in the area and the front desk gave suggestions for eating places, which was appreciated.
I do wish the sheets were a little thicker, they seemed a little thin. I had to change rooms because the tv would not come on, but that was a minor issue that was quickly resolved by the front desk. The coffee at breakfast was not very good (it was hot, just not the best flavor, I drink black coffee).

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The breakfast was standard, everything was set up nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the morale seemed to be high. That is important because if your staff is happy, they treat your guests well. I felt very welcomed and I felt I could ask any staff member for assistance. That is what people remember the most! Their experience! My experience was great! What is the use of staying at a over priced place with unhappy employees and do the bare minimum because they really don't want to be there?

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The hotel was nice. It was close to the beach. The room was large. The staff were wonderful and they greeted us every time we walked in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only thing I didn’t like was the shelf that you would put your soap on was not secured to the wall that well and it had mold growing on it because it wasn’t sealed and caulked properly. I also didn’t like that the bathroom door was a sliding door that had gaps so you could still see the person in the bathroom and you didn’t have complete privacy.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026I loved the layout, the pool, the elevators, the breakfast was great, the in room dishes and dish washer were amazing for my family and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. On site washer dryer and gym were nice too.
The coffee was terrible but so was the coffee ar Starbucks and Dunkin so I can let that slide. Everything else made our stay comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Great location! Not too far from the beach (10min drive) The staff were so lovely. The breakfast was delicious. And literally the comfiest sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. The kitchenette was well appointed and the room was very clean.
The only slight inconvenience were the shower gel and conditioner bottles were pretty much empty. But the staff gave us replacement bottles right away so truly a non-issue.

We did have a large bug (roach/palmetto bug) in our room on the first night. I killed it and moved on with life. But I was extremely cautious and kept our bags off of the floor.

The traffic leaving out, there was a light beyond the hotel and cars flew through there! I didn’t like the price being so high!

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026The rooms here are amazing! They are a great size and have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The location was excellent too! Convenient to drive to downtown but also to the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
The shower was sometimes cold or took a long time to heat up. The hallways also smelled of smoke/weed.
