Tru by Hilton Wilmington Wrightsville Beach

It was very clean and the room was spacious!

Breakfast

Breakfast was very good. Very nice selection of breads, bagels and muffins.

Everything about this place is beautiful.

Our stay was beyond awesome safe secured and peaceful. The location was prefect. Most importantly the staff was attentive ,professional and available.

Everything!

Everything!

...

The guest services were so welcoming and friendly when arrived and throughout the stay!

No complaints at all! Would def stay here again!

Breakfast was very good Staff was very friendly

I ask for help up until and well after midnight with noise and floor above keeping us up and was told nothing they could do

Location- close to everything

Limited parking when hotel is busy

The breakfast was a great start to the day. The room price was reasonable and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wish it had a pool whether inside or outside.

Immediately upon entering the property I felt relaxed. The scent in the lobby was clean and refreshing, it complimented the atmosphere of the hotel. Check in was smooth and I felt welcome. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Special shout out to Ryan. He saved my trip by allowing me to adjust the stay dates that I messed up when booking. Truly a lifesaver. Everyone there was super kind, professional, and helpful. I will definitely book here again when I come out to visit family.

The rooms are on the small side, but you’re at the beach, so hanging out in the room shouldn’t be your go to move.

Convenience and location

The room was conjoined with another room. I was told that the Booking.com booking could not be adjusted to accommodate my solo travel.

Overall, a great place to stay.

Yogurt machine was down...

Lo unico fue que me tuve que ir a parquiar a otro edificio por el parqueadero estaba tota full

Good

I wish property had a pool and a microwave in room

The property was lovely! It was just 10-15 min from the beach and was easy access to get there!

The hotel was super clean and the rooms are pretty spacious.

There isn’t a pool. The price of the food and any drink option within the hotel is absolute robbery. Parking is insufficient for the amount of patrons as the lot is shared with a competitor

La limpieza

Nada

Breakfast had good variety. Grits first day were great. Second day were under cooked very gritty and course. Otherwise everything else was good

Cathy the woman that set up the breakfast during the week days was awesome!!can’t say enough great things about her and the job she did!!

i love how nice the staff was, everyone was so nice and answered all our questions to the fullest extent, also allowing us to know info on their member services to make the trip way more helpful. breakfast was good as well

Exceptional. Modern, clean, and convenient. The rooms are stylish and have a nice television set up. The beds were comfortable. It's right on the road connecting the beach and the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby has a nice selection of activities and there's a nicely appointed gym.

Nothing - I was very happy with everything.

Location

Parking lot too small

Convenience location to everything that you are looking for

The bathroom shower bottom base glass would not clean at all has some mold around and where the show door plus we saw mold on our wall

Everything was clean and looking top notch

Very clean room

Breakfast was just ok

The breakfast could've had more options

The facility was new and clean. Excellent value! Staff helped us to check out a day earlier than expected. Very helpful!

Very helpful and clean place with warm decor

No bathtub

All personnel v r Ryan helpful and cordial.

I had breakfast only one time. It was decent. More than continental. The room was designed in a smart way. The shelf under the mirror was genius.

There was no extra seating. An extra chair in the room would be nice even if it is a foldable one. I do not sit on beds. Also make sure shower seal is checked regularly ours leaked some. The mattress was a bit firm but not terrible.

Friendly staff, breakfast was really good, and it was really clean. Oh the pool table was fun.

My kids was looking for a pool to swim in and a laundry facility would have been nice, but was a really big deal.I would stay again.

James was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Nothing

We love the area so many close restaurants and the pool table

Everything was great

Clean .. nice convenient

Crap breakfast.

Link sausages only.

The location was great. Snacks were plentiful to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the seating area in lounge and the pool table for guests entertainment.

Wish they had a closet in the room.. There was a hole in my fitted sheet that had a very rough edge on it that kept scratching my foot. Was hoping for a little more variety for breakfast buffet…

Not much

Room only cleaned 1 time in 4 days. Snacks were way overpriced.

Very low quality.

I didn’t feel like the rose were sufficiently cleaned. The bathrooms didn’t have enough towels if you needed to take a second shower. Also, the rooms were very small.

Clean rooms. Very good location.

Clean basic hotel. Excellent customer service at the front desk by Nik

Dog friendly — but $75 fee is too much

Great location and James was great

Unfortunately our shower had no shampoo and body wash and didn’t realize until we were in the shower and near to check out. I wish also that on weekdays breakfast would last the same as the weekends since we didn’t get to enjoy it after a long drive

Beautiful place enjoyed my self 😁

Nothing

Pool area was well kept

Nothing everything was excellent

Cleaning and room tidyng

Location

More attention needed with bedding and linen

It was very clean, even the lobby. Loved the pool table and all the amenities

I called to confirm my reservation told them I had a dog ask them if the price was different they said no but when I got there they charged me $80 extra for my pet other than that everything was excellent

Clean and they were very helpful

The location was perfect!

We didn’t realize dogs stay in this hotel. Our room had zero evidence of dogs so that is a positive

Good location

Nothing

Restaurants in walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

No bath tub.

coffee is a little light, could be better

front desk selling too many things not very useful

The Breakfast was lovely, the place very clean, and the staff extremely friendly. Our room was small but VERY functional - we really liked the layout.

I absolutely loved how hospitable the staff was. I love the style of the hotel. I felt comfortable in the bed and within my hotel room. The location was absolutely perfect and close to a lot of great restaurants and tourist locations.

I feel as though the breakfast options could have had more variety. Having hot grits and hot biscuits would have been nice or any other unique breakfast option. Additionally, the lighting was fairly lackluster. One of my lights did not work and room 307. One light I think was an overhead light and it did not work. The king size bed really did take up most of the space of my hotel room which I got used to but at first was not ideal. That is the only thing I saw lacking in my experience
