The ceiling fan was not able to be used for the amount of dust coming from each fan. The room temperature was warm at night so the air conditioner had to be set at 66. The sofa mattress needs to be replaced. Although it had a kitchen to cook, not enough counter space to do so. Usually there isn't enough hot water, there was very little cold water coming from any faucet. The pool needs a good cleaning. Not just skimming stuff off the water.

This hotel is in need of some TLC and more staff. This is still a Hilton and I shouldn’t have to walk past garbage and towels that we are instructed to put out in the hallway. It’s an obstacle course especially for people with limited mobility. The room was kind of clean when we checked in and a few things need repairs in the room. Also, some sound proofing between floors would be great bc we had at least three different groups above us and the all sounded like elephants. I never heard noise from the adjoining rooms. The staff was all amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk. The issues this hotel has is from not having enough staff to properly maintain and clean the hotel. I’d stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option but only because of the amazing staff.

Stay away from this hotel. It used to be nice, now it is a dump. After checking in I found my room uncleaned (at 4:00 pm). The microwave oven was broken, both TV's were unusable, the iron was broken, no dish soap in the kitchen, no privacy door hanger, etc. I reported these issues on Tuesday afternoon. I checked out of the hotel on Friday and none of the issues were ever addressed. Don't spend your money at this hotel. There are much better options where the management is better.

Location was excellent, staff was wonderful . Loved having a kitchen that was very well stocked. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty food.

Rooms outdated. Paid for the suite to have a comfortable second sleeping area. The couch was old and somewhat sagged and the pull out was terrible. The bed was ok, but again was expecting a newer more comfortable one. There wasn’t a working fan in the bathroom . The room also had a stale smell. Fitness center needs some leg machines . They advertise miniature golf which we were super excited about but it was beyond disappointing with a tiny green and 3 holes.

I woke up itchy and noticed some bites, as the day progressed I noticed I was covered in bites but by that time we had already left the property. I have clusters of red bites all over my body that look very much like bed bug bites. I have reached out to both booking and the hotel and people are “looking into it” but no one has reached back out with a resolution. I’m thinking the next step is to take legal action.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked this hotel expecting the quality we’ve come to associate with Hilton, but this property fell far below those standards. The room was filthy. There were broken floor tiles, stained floors, ripped carpet, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. There was water sitting in the bathtub. The lobby and hallways were also dirty, with visible stains throughout the property. On top of that, the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana in multiple areas. The pool was just as bad. There was hair floating in the water along with trash, making it completely unusable for our family. We were traveling with our children and decided within just a few hours that this was not a place we felt comfortable staying, so we checked out. Unfortunately, the front desk employee never processed our checkout, so we were charged as if we had remained at the hotel. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty during Fourth of July weekend, so even Hilton Customer Care was unable to reach anyone to help us. We also couldn’t get in touch with the manager the following Monday. When we finally spoke with the manager, the experience only became more frustrating. She clearly needs training. We showed her photos documenting the condition of our room, but she showed no concern or empathy for what we had experienced and even had an attitude. Regarding the strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel, she simply told us there was nothing she could do about it. Instead of trying to make things right, she insisted on charging us for part of the stay even though we had left just a few hours after checking in because of the hotel’s condition. We were ultimately charged for half a day. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, strong marijuana odor, and disappointing customer service made this a terrible experience. We expected much better from a Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to stay, I would choose another hotel.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was clean. The pool was also nice /clean. Breakfast was good but repetitive.

The elevators were not working for majority of my stay, the washers and dryers use card (no change or cash) when I used them they took my money from my card and didn't start. I had to pay again to get it to work. So I'm out $6.50.

So, this is a very nice hotel in a great location near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. It's also very close to W,rightsville Beach. They have a bar onsite, which is very nice. The outdoor pool area was decent. They also have great parking and several alternative keycard entry exit doors to assist with getting to the parking area. My room was nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! They offer breakfast but I opted out so uncertain if it's decent or not.

Noise control is horrible. Whom ever was staying above me was up walking, running, and jumping all night long. It appears people lack common courtsey these days. This went on my whole stay. Guest services was notified but there were no vacant rooms I could go to. Maybe consider placing guests with kids on the 1st floor. It sounded like they had a trampoline in there. Just running and jumping all night long !!!. Some of us enjoy travel and a good time. Rest is also important. Minus the noise control it's a decent hotel. Its questionable if I'll ever go back.

The hotel is lovely, located in a very nice and safe area with lots of green spaces around. The room is massive, with a very comfy bed & pillows, tons of plugs, and all the amenities you need. You can also adjust the temperature to your liking as there is a heater that also works as air con and can cool down or warm up the room instantly based on your needs. Everyone in the staff is really nice, and it's also close to the centre of Mayfaire with several nice restaurants nearby. It's also at a good distance for both the beach and downtown and I think most guests would really love it here!

The main thing was the SUPER noisy fridge inside the room, whose buzzing was so loud that it felt like someone was drilling a hole in the room next door. All the time, the very loud noise would start and go on for 20 mins, then stop and there'd suddenly be silence for 10-15m, then loud again, and so on. This also happened during the night and I pretty much didn't sleep at all, as you can't even unplug it from the wall to make it stop. If you're someone who can sleep through everything, it won't be a problem for you, but if you're like me and need there to be silence to sleep, then it would be an issue. The fridge was really the main issue. Personally, as a European, I didn't like breakfast at all (no healthy options, very few continental options, bad coffee) but this is the norm for most hotels in the US so I'm sure someone from here wouldn't have my same reaction :-)

It was the perfect location !! It was clean staff was very pleasant and accommodating!

This hotel is centrally located in Wilmington. It's a great place to stay if you want to take in everything that Wilmington has to off. The rooms are clean. The pool is heated, and they have 2 hot tubs. Free breakfast and Wednesday nights they have a guest reception . I would book a room here again

On October 15th I awoke to feeling something on my leg. Found two small black insects in the bed down by my feet. Was able to kill one of them leaving a blood mark on the sheet. Immediately packed up my belongings and went to look for another hotel for the night. The site management is denying insect issues in the room even though pictures of 20+ bites on my legs. The way the hotel has handled this has me questioning my loyalty to Hilton.

J'ai retrouvé une cigarette dans la chambre. le lustre cuisine plein de poussière, le précédent client avait fait une trace dessus, j'ai fait la même chose, mais la femme de chambre ne lève pas la tête. Le ménage de notre chambre n'a pas été fait tous les 2 jours comme il se doit. Chaque client dépose ses ordures et son linge de toilette sale devant les portes. Donc, les couloirs sont envahis tous les jours, ça fait très négligé. Quand au petit déjeuner, je le trouve sans plus

Too many that don't contol their children. Hotel sometimes needs to step in when parents don't manage their children and it disrupts other guests.

Dave &busters and the shopping areas were all in walking distance. The hospitality was great Forrest at the from desk was amazing ang very helpful. Sylvia of the breakfast staff was amazing and kept everything hot and ready for everyone. Amazing job

Property location is prime, close to shopping & restaurants, no safe in the room, AC filter I had to clean, however, the worse thing I had to find out afterwards was that all rooms would accommodate pets no exceptions, I love animals, however, we have a baby with allergies so we asked for a no pet room, was told there is such thing!

was really excited to stay here, but it didn’t go well at all. We asked for rooms next to each other and didn’t get them. Our family was split up on different floors. We tried to get help but nobody really cared or tried to fix it. So we ended up leaving. Now it’s been weeks and we still haven’t gotten a refund. Hilton and the other site we booked on just keep blaming each other. It’s super frustrating and not fair. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s a beautiful property, the rooms are well-appointed…but they don’t have enough parking. I literally parked right in front of the hotel.
