The feel of the hotel was great. The room was big and the air-conditioning in 35 degree heat was perfect. The staff I dealt with were wonderful and so helpful. Frederico got me a reservation at a resturant I hadn't been able to book before I left. Vincent, Alex and Luna could not have done more and were always happy to chat. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very comfy beds and pillows, nice soaps. Very clean. Friendly staff

They pitch themselves as luxury which I disagree with. They cut corners which made it feel less 4* and more 3* budget hotel. Examples include; no kettle in room, no phone (so annoying as we had to go to reception each time there was an issue and it took 5 mins to get there), no fridge etc. You could get free drinks (tea/coffee/water) from a shared space but it was far and difficult to get to (having to scan your card through heavy doors whilst then holding hot drink)and the taps for water/tea was so difficult to use. The hotel was large and felt impersonal and made me feel we had rented a nice room in a hostel. We also told them in advance it was our Babymoon, there was no acknowledgement on arrival, they could have tried to make it feel special but didn’t. Staff were friendly but it was often hard to know who was staff as they were dressed so casual and acted so casual. All of the above made me regret the hotel choice as I didn’t feel it was special or fitting with the Italian experience we dreamt of. I wish I paid a bit more for elsewhere and closer to the main attractions.

We had such a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and friendliness. The location was fantastic, just a 15-20 min walk from the city square, which made exploring so easy. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We’d happily come back and would definitely recommend this place!

Gostamos de tudo. Achamos o hotel bem localizado, dava para ir tranquilamente aos pontos turísticos de Florença e pegar com facilidade o transporte público, além disso achamos seguro e moderno. O quarto era amplo e os amenities eram cheirosos e bem úteis. O banheiro era realmente bom. O elevador facilitava a locomoção com as malas.

Faltou frigobar no quarto, ainda mais na época de verão.

Clean, large rooms great breakfast

The galley was unusual and the hot and cold tap difficult to understand. The location is away from the centre of Florence although there are good bus and tram options. The location is important as a full day in the city can be a strain.

This place has a great vibe. It’s so close to everything but also peaceful. I loved the quirkiness in the suite and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent value for money. I hope to be back one day

Uns hat an der Unterkunft die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und allgemein der Styl sehr gefallen. Es ist modern und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Fußläufig ist alles innerhalb 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bahnstation. Wir hatten Bedenken, dass es recht laut ist, da das Hotel an einer befahrenen Straße liegt. Aber davon haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Unser Zimmer lag aber auch zum Hinterhof raus.

Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, à une quinzaine de minutes de marche du centre historique. Les chambres sont modernes et suffisamment bien équipées.

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner car nous l'avons trouvé un peu trop cher.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und überall sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und geräumig, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung hatte Stil und man hatte das Gefühl, dass an alles gedacht wurde. Auch die Bar war schön und hatte eine gute Auswahl an Getränken, sodass man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen konnte. Besonders praktisch war für uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Dadurch waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und andere Orte schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Het verblijf in zijn geheel zie onderstaand: Mijn ervaring met dit Ruby hotel was fantastisch. Ik had het hotel geboekt op basis van de waardering, zonder verdere details te bekijken. Bij aankomst was mijn eerste reactie "oké", aangezien het hotel zich aan een druk plein met een prachtig monument bevindt. Toen ik binnenkwam en op zoek was naar de incheckbalie, bleek dit aan de bar te moeten gebeuren. De sfeer was uitstekend en ontspannen, met heerlijke muziek en een aanzienlijk aantal jongere gasten. Hoewel ik zelf niet oud ben, leek het hotel meer gericht op jongvolwassenen, al bleek dit bij een langer verblijf mee te vallen. De kamer die ik had was fantastisch: zeer modern, niet te groot, maar zo goed ingericht dat alles prachtig in elkaar paste. Er waren veel spiegels, een mooie doucheruimte en een modern toilet waaraan je snel went. De verlichting bestaat uit diverse inbouwspots die dimbaar zijn om de perfecte sfeer te creëren. Verder staan er een kledingkast, een kluisje, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash en lotion tot je beschikking, plus een heerlijk groot bed waarin ik nu nog graag wakker zou worden. Wat betreft de geluidsisolatie was het perfect: ondanks de muziek die vermoedelijk dag en nacht door het hotel te horen is, heb ik daar op mijn kamer totaal niets van meegekregen. Ook van het verkeer buiten en andere gasten hoorde je niets. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, waardoor je elke dag in een schone en opgeruimde ruimte terugkwam. Een leuk detail is de manier waarop het toiletpapier en de tissues gevouwen zijn; zo zie je in één oogopslag dat alles klaar is voor gebruik. Dit had ik nog niet eerder gezien in andere hotels. Bovendien vindt er nog een nacontrole plaats door een supervisor om er zeker van te zijn dat alles klopt. De bar heeft een huiselijke sfeer in retro/vintage stijl. Er zijn een soort kleine huiskamers gecreëerd waar je heerlijk kunt genieten van een drankje, een hapje en de muziek van Ruby Radio.

Schoon, modern en mooi hotel. Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De douche heeft een harde douchestraal! Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum.

Het onbijt is erg duur (€20 p.p.) en echt niet goed vergeleken met andere hotels. Het brood was oud en helemaal niet vers. Er waren alleen gekookte eieren. Ook was er geen bacon etc. Kortom: geen aanrader.

Achei um hotel com excelente custo benefício. Quarto com ótimo tamanho. Voltaria!

One chair on balcony for 2 people? The free galley kitchen on certain floors of hotel ! The taps are awkward to use . One tap that does fizzy,, hot and cold water. Would prefer kettle in room

I really liked the hotel and its amenities, the room was very nice and spacious for 1 person, and the beds were very comfortable. Super clean and well placed for public transport and for walking to the tourist parts of Florence.

It was a bit of a lengthy trip to get to the room, it would have been nice to have a direct lift to it, and some of the hotel seemed to be under construction, but otherwise all was well. It would have been nice if the restaurant offered a full service for lunch/dinner.

The duplex room was great. The fact that there were guitares available was a huge plus for our daughter.

Parkmöglichkeiten (Parkhaus 15€ pro Tag) zwar sehr in der Nähe, jedoch kein eigenes Parking im Hotel.

El pk cuesta 15 euros y está a 5/10 min andando. El desayuno está bien pero un poco justo.

Clean, well-kept and consistent in their “vibe.” Lobby is comfortable and inviting.

First, location is not good. Too far from everything, including restaurants. After a day of museums and site-seeing, the long walk back to the hotel feels even longer. Second, no luggage storage. This is ridiculous for a hotel of this size. I emailed ahead and asked about holding luggage there until check in and they said maybe. Maybe? Not helpful. Third, breakfast is WAY overpriced for what it is. Not a bad breakfast, but not a good one.

Struttura molto bella e curata, con camere spaziose, pulite e dallo stile minimal. Una nota di merito va sicuramente allo staff, molto gentile e disponibile: avevo dimenticato una giacca nell’armadio e me l’hanno gentilmente spedita. Un servizio davvero apprezzato!

Essendo una struttura molto grande, per raggiungere la camera si cammina un po’. Migliorerei leggermente la colazione, rendendola più varia, e aggiungerei un frigobar in camera. Unica nota, quasi tutti i ragazzi parlano principalmente inglese. Può essere un po’ difficile contattare l’hotel telefonicamente. Nel complesso, comunque, un soggiorno molto piacevole.

We loved the overall refreshing atmosphere of the hotel and the modern design of the bedroom! There is also a fantastic breakfast buffet and a very nice staff.

酒店位置离各个景点步行都可到达，即便是38度的高温也不会太有负担，楼下有kfc 对面有咖啡店，酒店的早餐自助很丰富，而且味道比较清淡清爽，种类丰富！房间的安全性很好，上电梯进走廊都刷卡，公共区冷热水茶包咖啡都有，还有自助售货机，日常保障很方便了。房间空间很大，你放十个箱子都行了！前台服务特别好，免费寄存行李，帮忙叫出租都很方便。自己带的转换插头是三孔的用不了，酒店用的是两孔的，前台借了一个给我，不要太好了！在这里根本看不出意大利的抠搜

Le design est mobilier de la chambre ainsi que la partie entrée, réception et lounge. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Le petit local avec le thé et le café était chouette et la gentillesse de réceptionniste.

Pas de gestion de laundry au niveau de mes attentes. Et la mention parking dans Booking et un peu limite ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at Ruby Bea in Florence! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish and has such a lovely atmosphere.

The location was also great for exploring Florence, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. What we loved most was the relaxed, young and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again without a second thought. Highly recommended! 10/10 ❤️🇮🇹

Le bruit des machines à laver qui tournent en permanence et qui s’entend dans notre chambre. Hôtel qui n’est pas dans l’hyper-centre (prendre bus C1).

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Air conditioning was good. Free drinking water was fantastic! The bar downstairs has a fantastic vibe and the drinks were delicious! Food was pretty good. We didn't have breakfast any of the mornings but the selection looked delicious! The tram brought us straight from the door of the hotel to the train station. It also seems to go straight to the airport.

If you are coming to Florence during the heatwave, be aware that getting to any of the tourist sites means a tram for a couple stops and then a 10-15 walk. Not a negative on the hotel, but just something to be aware of during this heat that there are still walks involved, even when you take the tram.

Δυστυχώς είναι τεράστιο μειονέκτημα που δεν παρέχεται μίνι μπαρ στα υπνοδωμάτια, ειδικά τώρα στους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Επίσης δεν διαθέτει επικοινωνία με την υποδοχή του ξενοδοχείου μέσω τηλεφώνου καθώς επίσης δεν παρέχεται room service.

Stylový hotel s moderní vizí. Dobrý design, kvalitní materiály, tiché pokoje a kvalitní klimatizace. Velmi milý personál s dibrou angličtinou. Ok aMožnost dřívějšího check-inu.

Avizovaná možnost teplých nápojů (jedině místo v celém velkém hotelu) nefungovala, tekla jen tepla, nikoliv horka voda. Jedna židle na dvoulůžkový pokoj.

Hotel moderno con situación extraordinaria ( el tranvía desde el aeropuerto te deja a 200m) y lo bastante separado del núcleo central para que no te molesten tus semejantes turistas; asimilado el bar con la recepción , abierto 24/7. Almohadas por encima de la media, decoración chic.

Es desayuno es frío sin cocina, y excesivo de precio; tampoco entendí la disponibilidad del amplificador en la habitación, por muy rockero que sea el hotel.

Endroit très cosy, avec déjeuner très intéressant, vraiment un bel endroit avec un personnel très gentil.
