Staff was very professional and helpful. They really took care of us. Shout out to the receptionist who called me at 3 50am to notify me that my taxi had arrived, otherwise i would've slept through and missed my taxi and also my flight 😅 Also we couldn't make it to breakfast on our last day so they prepared some snacks for us to take with us. Super kind and worth the price

It was a long walk to the river and getting out of the city with a car was difficult

The location was perfect, a short walk to the main attractions but far enough to provide relief from the major crowds. The hotel was clean throughout and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to sustain us for the day. The reception was pleasant and accommodating.

The tram was a bit noisy during the day starting around 5:30 a.m. best to opt for an interior room if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel is walking distance to all the tourist attractions, which was very convenient. The staff was fantastic, each one of them. Super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. You just have to request something once and it’s at your door within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Fitnessstudio im Gebäude, die Nutzung kostet aber pro Tag 10 Euro extra. Leider war die Ausstattung des Studios nicht besonders gut und generell empfanden wir den Aufwand für das Anmelden mit den schriftlichen Einwilligungen übertrieben. Fitness sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einfach kostenfrei sein, bitte einfach in den Zimmerpreis einkalkulieren.

Isolation quasi inexistante nous avions une chambre sur rue on entendait chaque voiture, cri ou passage de tram difficile d'avoir un sommeil réparateur.

La chambre familiale pour 4 personnes (2 adultes / 2 enfants) était incroyable ! Très grand lit kig size + 2 lits simples. La chambre était très grande, une très belle salle de bain avec baignoire + grand douche. Propreté impeccable. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La petite piscine est très agréable pour se rafraichir. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et juste à côté du tramway qui va à l'aéroport

La seule chose à redire : ne prenez pas une chambre côté rue si vous voulez dormir. Malheureusement nous avons très peu dormi car énormément de bruit dans la rue, c'est une rue très passante.

The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones I have experienced. Having the minibar free of charge was a bonus and never experienced before. Staff always happy to answer questions.

We had a wonderful stay at IQ Hotel Firenze, and the location was absolutely perfect. Being so close to the city centre made it an ideal base for exploring Florence and visiting the city’s iconic landmarks, while still being in a relatively quiet area. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel stood out. It genuinely felt like a five-star experience, with so many added benefits that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and having a jacuzzi in the bathroom was a fantastic touch. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities available, including the spa, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and the fantastic breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. A special thank you to the reception team for being so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and also to the breakfast staff for their warm service and attention each morning. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team, who kindly accommodated our request and made sure everything was taken care of. Despite the hotel being so central, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was. We experienced virtually no noise at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after exploring the city. Overall, IQ Hotel Firenze exceeded our expectations. The combination of the excellent location, beautiful facilities, cleanliness, attentive staff, peaceful atmosphere, and great value made our stay very memorable. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

This hotel is a five star for me and my family. They welcomed us with complimentary appetizers and drinks for my family of 4. The customer experience was magnificent, the amenities in the room such as beverages and snack were a plus for my family. The provided slippers and dental kits without asking. They refilled the refrigerator and fully stocked it which my kids really enjoyed. The room had coffee, tea and Biscotti’s. The breakfast had a beautiful spread of options to choose from. It was walking distance to all the major attractions. The front desk staff even helped me book train tickets from Florence to Rome. We had options to do laundry that was available 24 hours. I will stay here again if I come back to Florence. They made my stay so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable, great air conditioning throughout the extreme heat. Beds super comfy with high quality pillows and mattresses, generous towels and free chilled drinks in the minibar! The ice machine and chilled water dispenser were very welcome ! Bathroom very modern with luxurious shower. We had a great three days. The buffet breakfast and food when we dined in the evening was of a high standard and we were offered a complimentary drink and appetizers. It was difficult to decide whether to be out and about in Florence or return to the hotel for relaxing in the hotel, including the pool to relax in. . The location was perfect- a straight walk to the centre, near to San Marco square for transport but quiet. Highly recommend and would love to return- thank you

Hier ist eine flüssigere und natürlichere Version für eine Hotelbewertung: Für die zentrale Lage ist der kleine Pool – gerade im Sommer – ein echtes Highlight und eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich nach einem Stadtbummel abzukühlen. Beim Frühstück habe ich mir leider am Nutellaspender mein T-Shirt verschmutzt. Das kann natürlich immer mal passieren, aber der Umgang damit war außergewöhnlich: Das Hotel hat das T-Shirt auf eigene Kosten reinigen lassen, und bereits am Nachmittag lag es frisch gewaschen wieder auf unserem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir in der ersten Nacht ein Problem mit dem Fenster, das sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Wir haben dies kurz an der Rezeption gemeldet, und als wir am Nachmittag zurückkamen, war der Mangel bereits behoben. Genau so stellt man sich hervorragenden Service vor: schnell, unkompliziert und äußerst kundenorientiert. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed in Florence for 12 days and this was an excellent location. A short walk into the city centre, with all of Florence’s beautiful museums, restaurants & attractions. Close to a metro stop which made travelling the city (and airport) so easy. What made the stay so much more pleasurable (as it was so hot in July) was coming back to a lovely hotel with fantastic services….the plunge pool was a God send after a hot day out sightseeing. Rooms were modern and impeccably maintained on a daily basis. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend

There was some kind of truck outside the hotel, connected with cables to their car park. It was incredibly noisy for one full day of our stay, finishing late at night and re starting at 7.30am right outside our window. I also think it would be useful to replace some of the tables in the pool area with sun beds. There was only 6 and they were in high demand!

We loved this hotel. We had a spacious room for our family of four Each kid has a twin bed set up for them. One main washroom but a separate shower and sink one too. Washing machine was there and easy to use. Was so nice having the pool area (although small, great for an afternoon to cool off). Our ac was acting up and the front desk person (wish I got his name) and another maintenance man (glasses and didn’t know English) - they came right away and fixed it and had to get some tools and ladder. They were so apologetic and vacuumed after they were in our room. Fixed the ac super fast and the maintenance guy was trying to crack jokes. People in the lobby were so kind and friendly. Overall amazing spot to stay and great location for first time to Florence.

My family gave me that look when our taxi driver pulled up. It’s almost like a hole in the wall…. Once we walked in though they smiled and said good pick! The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a flight schedule change and arrived so early and thankfully our rooms were ready and we were able to get in. It was so nice to be able to unpack and rinse off before heading out for the day! The rooms are small, but, it’s Florence in more of a centralized area so we were expecting that. Although small, very clean and had everything that you would need! Our stay included the breakfast… Although they had many options to pick from we only ate there one morning…. deciding instead to get fresh pastries, and coffee from local cafés. This hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to the Duomo and other sites. A great location. Florence is one of our favorite cities and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going and we would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at IQ Hotel Firenze two weeks ago, and I'd happily return. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. The double room was adequate for me as I wasn't always there. It was a long stay for me. Florence and the surrounding areas can be done in 3 days or less. One of the highlights was the plunge pool — a real lifesaver given the hot weather Florence is experiencing. Being able to cool off in the mid afternoon heat was refreshing. I also appreciated the practical touches that made daily life easier: access to an Anytime Fitness gym for just 10 euros a day allowed me to workout 4 times that week, and having a washer, dryer, and microwave on the premises was incredibly convenient for a longer stay. The hotel has what guests actually need. The quieter location was another big plus so no crowds at your doorstep. Altogether, the combination of warm, professional service and thoughtful amenities made our stay both relaxing and convenient. IQ Hotel Firenze struck a great balance between comfort and practicality, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Florence, especially in the warmer months. Staff was so helpful in giving me directions, lining up a day tour to the rest of Tuscany.

We had an amazing stay at your hotel! Stayed there June 10-16th. Aside from the great location , your front desk staff are AMAZING ! Delia Elisagrazia, Elisav & Fotios. They were so kind, friendly and professional. We had an early morning tour and they ensured we had ‘breakfast to go’ and again when we had a very early departure. Our luggage was damaged on arrival and once again they were very helpful in going the extra mile for us. My husband and I are very appreciative and wanted to ensure their employer knows how fortunate they are to have awesome front desk staff ! We will definitely recommend this hotel in Florence ! It was a terrific little hotel.

It was a bit tight in the room, but still comfortable enough for a family of four.

The moment we arrived the hotel, we were welcomed by a porter who carried our luggage into the hotel. It was very hot beginning of July, but the air conditioning at the hotel was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the treats left in the fridge each day were a lovely touch.

From beginning to end my expectations were exceeded by the professional and courteous staff at the iQ Hotel Firenze. The location was perfect and allowed for easy walkable access to the main tourist attractions, shopping, and public transportation hubs to get around to other parts of Italy. A short 15 to 20 mins from airport also made this location appealing. The seamless check in and checkout process was great and the wonderful team of professionals from bell hop, to front desk staff, house keeping, and on site restaurant added to the overall quality and satisfaction my daughter and I experienced. Every expectation was met and exceeded and a special thanks to the management staff who are customer centered and focused on delivering a quality experience for their guests. Hands down this is a great place to stay if traveling to Florence. Thanks team iQ Hotel for making our trip a memorable one.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was excellent and welcoming (Daniele in the bar really made our experience special) and the deal here simply cannot be beat. The rooms are clean, quiet, air conditioned and well maintained and the staff is happy to help with anything you need. Plus, the hotel restaurant was one of our favorites of the whole trip. Also, the rooftop pool is incredible and was almost always empty during our stay. We certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

The workers were absolutely wonderful and so helpful for literally any of your needs! Nicely air conditioned (this was a bit fear of mine) it was comfortable and very clean! In walking distance (under 30 min) to mostly everything!

Hotel w samym centrum Florencji, bardzo blisko katedry, świetnie urządzony, bardzo dobre śniadania i profesjonalna obsługa.

Nie zaniżyłem oceny, bo nie chcę nikomu robić krzywdy ale nie ukrywam, że byłem wkurzony, a moje wkurzenie zredukowała do zera Pani na recepcji, która bardzo profesjonalnie podeszła do moich uwag. Mieliśmy chyba najgorszy możliwy pokój pod względem hałasu (nr 110), sam pokój ok, ale na 1 piętrze przy ulicy na której do 23 jeździły tramwaje, później krzyczeli ludzie na ulicy, od 4 zaczęły jeździć ponownie tramwaje, a o 6:30 przyjechała jakaś olbrzymia ciężarówka z pompą i ponownie straszny hałas. Do tego migało całą noc czerwono-zielone światełko od czujki dymu - Pani na recepcji powiedziała, że inni klienci się też na to skarżą i mogłem przyjść po jakąś osłonkę. Reasumując: jeszcze raz wybrałbym ten hotel, ale z zastrzeżeniem, że pokój nie od ulicy i z zasłoniętym światełkiem:)

Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und jedes unserer Anliegen wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit einer guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet und im Bad standen zahlreiche Wasch- und Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung. Auch über unseren Willkommensaperitiv haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ins Zentrum kommt man gut zu Fuß. Bahnhof und Flughafen sind von einer nahehelegenen Haltestelle mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

New facilities and larger rooms with more storage than most. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and soft pillows. A plus to previous hotels that we stayed in while visiting Italy. The restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced with nice city views. The breakfast was also good with a variety of food selections.

The only thing that was of some concern was the location. I am from the states so I am not familiar with the Naples area but this appears to be located in an old warehouse district not far from the water port and the area is being rehabilitated. This is a new hotel with some rooms just recently being completed (May, 2026). I felt safe in the area but there are no shops. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service throughout the day to the downtown shopping areas.

IQ Hotel Firenze checked all the boxes for our needs. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and clean. The location was perfect and easy to reach the historic sites. Breakfast buffet left nothing out, you could not leave hungry! The pool was perfect for an afternoon refresh and quite tranquil. The front desk was incredibly helpful with booking multiple rooms for my family and the value far exceeded the cost. I intend to stay at other IQ locations on my future visits to Italy.

This is one of the best city hotels we have stayed in. The price is admittedly a bit high, but prices in Florence are generally quite expensive, so the hotel does not really stand out in that regard. Everything is exceptionally clean, the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious and generous. They also have a garage, which is a great advantage if you are arriving by car. Our stay here was very comfortable, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Florence.
