Disgusting! I got bed bugs bites! The room is very old and dirty. That was the worst stay of my life, honestly.

スタッフの方が親切で、お湯の使用や部屋のクリーニングといった要望を速やかに聞いていただけました。また、部屋にはコンセントが多くあり便利でした。

湯沸かし器とクリーニングの意思表示のタグがあると良かったと思います。

The receptionist on the morning shift is very friendly and helpful.

A disappointing experience. The hotel appears not to have been properly maintained for a long time. The room felt dirty, worn out, and uncomfortable. To be fair to the cleaning staff, the problem was not poor housekeeping, but rather the condition of the furniture and fittings, which were old, heavily worn, and clearly past their useful life.

Premier abord, ne pas se fier aux photos! Chambres sales ( tâches sur les murs, poussières collantes sur les surfaces qu'on ne voit pas, évacuation de douche remplie de cheveux, prises dénudées, en dessous du lit se trouve un tas de poussières collée, les empruntes noires collantes de toute la Belgique se trouve sur la chaise de bureau, sur les portes, de la moisissure dans la douche qui se retire très facilement en grattant donc zéro effort niveau ménage) Je me permets ces remarques étant une ancienne femme de chambre! Je me suis retrouvée bloqué dans leur ascenseur qui ne tient qu'à un fil.. j'ai une sclérose, je choisis toujours un hôtel avec ascenseur. Lorsque je me suis fâchée contre eux en leur disant que maintenant j'allais me taper 20 marches ils m'ont reproché de ne pas avoir demandé une chambre au rdc... Le problème n'est pas mes difficultés à la marche mais aux escaliers. J'ai du moi même m'énerver et demander un geste de leur part, une compensation ou au moins une nuit remboursée Ils ont voulu m'offrir le petit déjeuner sachant que je venais littéralement de me plaindre de l'hygiène! Alors oui, je n'ai pas pu partir car je n'avais ni la force ni les moyens financiers de partir et je ne voulais pas décevoir ma fille que j'ai emmené pour un concert!! 136euros payé sur booking, 8euros de taxes chez eux... Je ne cherchais pas le luxe, mais je pense que l'hygiène est la base dans un hôtel peut importe le prix. On cherche pas du beau. On cherche un minimum de confort. Bref, j'ai décidé de finir ce foutu séjour car les draps sont lavé pas une entreprise j'étais plutôt rassurée jusqu'à ce que je retire les draps pour faciliter le passage de la femme de chambre, tâche de sang, surmatelas jaune-brun... Je suis tombée aussi sur des boites de morts aux rats à l'accueil

Es war sehr zentral und direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Einfach eine super Lage und auch die Einrichtung hat mir gut gefallen. Das Personal war auch sehr lieb und entgegenkommend. Für den Preis war es super.

Die Sauberkeit… Das Bett war zwar sauber, dennoch mangelte dies in der Dusche und an den Wänden. Auch ging über den Tag und in der Nacht manchmal ein Alarm bei den Nachbarn an. Das war schon sehr störend.

Relativ neu renoviertes, sauberes Zimmer inklusive Bad. Parkoption in der Tiefgarage (20€). Fußläufig sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück.

Posizione vicina sia al centro città che alla stazione centrale. La struttura aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole senza spendere troppo. Pulizia giornaliera della stanza.

Was problem with water. Receptionist came to room just after check in . Seemingly hot water had just been repaired, which ment brown water coming thru . This didn't fully clear. So no shower and used bottle water to brush teeth etc ! I only stayed one night but a problem if stayed longer!

Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden oder, wenn man in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes sein möchte. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung und Gepäck.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Drecksladen, vom Treppenhaus bis zu den Gästezimmern! So etwas haben wir nirgends gesehen. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit. Stehengeblieben in den 90erJahren des vergangenen Jahrtausends. Schlechte Qualität und Plastikverpackungen. Der Frühstücksraum ist schlecht beleuchtet, da viele Leuchtmittel nicht funktionieren. unhygienische Verhältnisse vor allem am Kaffeeautomaten. Außerdem werden Hunde hier geduldet.

La cosa positiva è che sei vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e al centro di Anversa

La pulizia, doccia con la fuga delle piastrelle con muffa, contorno letto di stoffa sporco. L'aria condizionata nella stanza non funzionava, per fortuna ci hanno cambiato stanza. La colazione, noi non l'avevamo forse per una svista, arrivati abbiamo chiesto se era possibile averla e il costo....beh, per 15€ a testa io ho subito rifiutato, davvero eccessivo!

Great place right round the corner from Antwerp Central Station. The staff is super friendly. Fine breakfast, good value for money.

È un hotel tre stelle vicinissimo a stazione e centro. Stanza pulita (con qualche particolare da sistemare ma comunque più che valida), colazione varia (senza essere stratosferica), personale super gentile e sorridente. Assolutamente consigliato per chi non vuole essere il solito italiano che pagando due euro peetende un servizio 5 stelle. Hotel consigliatissimo a chi cerca centralità e semplicità

Muchos mosquitos en el interior de la habitación y no tenían antimosquitos y tuvimos que ir matando con las zapas. Las cortinas no eran opacas y por al amanecer ya entraba luz. El baño estaba un poco descuidado, desgastado. Las paredes en general tenían la pintura levantada.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers (Schimmel im Badezimmer, Flecken am Leintuch und an den Wänden) war ungenügend; Air Condidtion und Waschbecken tropften und bildeten Wasserlacken; abgewohntes und nicht in Stand gehaltenes Hotel, keine 3 Sterne wert.

De locatie. Afstand tot station en centrum was goed. Ook moet ik zeggen dat de matrassen goed lagen.

Hygiene en ontbijt. Smerige vlekken op de vloer en muren. behoorlijk wat schimmel in de badkamer. Voor 15 euro een wel heel karig ontbijtje. Je kan beter om de hoek 's morgens een broodje met koffie en jus halen voor die prijs. Je moet niet zeuren als je een lage prijs voor zoiets betaald, maar 150 euro per nacht voor zo n afwerkkamer is echt teveel.

Il y a une machine pour faire du café ou du thé mais j’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et il y avait de l’eau à disposition. Et ici il n’y avait pas de verres

The location was convenient, and the bed and linen was fresh and clean.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making it extremely warm in the evening, and the walls had multiple stains on them.

Prima prijs ,kwaliteit verhouding. Beddengoed was zeker netjes ,geen vlekje gevonden. Airco was kapot gingen ze gelijk maken .. vriendelijke personeel en ook een prima ontbijtje.

Toiletten beneden kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken.

The location was perfect , in the centrum and the staff , 2 out of 3 of them were amazing , helped out when I had difficulties and were always there to give directions

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Antwerp, Belgium. I was travelling with my wife and son, and during our stay my sister was also looking for a place to stay. I recommended that she join us at the hotel, so there were four of us staying together. The staff were excellent, particularly Kinga at reception, who welcomed us when we arrived late at around 10:00 pm. He was very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service despite our late arrival. The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly and attentive, and the customer service throughout our stay was excellent. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and the helpful and welcoming staff made our experience even better.

There was not much that I disliked about my stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that there is always room for improvement in terms of the facilities and comfort. However, this did not have a significant impact on our stay, and the excellent staff and customer service more than made up for it.

The location is very good. In the center near to the shops and restaurants. The airconditioning was nice in the warm weather. The bed was very good. Big.

The room was quite small. Basic for the price. There was molt in the bathroom. The toilet too close to the shower. Very less room for your clothes and stuff.
