Great location, great view, and overall good apartment. I stayed there for a few weeks while looking for a permanent accommodation, and having a washing machine was crucial. The apartment also has all amenities to cook.

There is no desk, so one has to eat on the kitchen countertop. I also had to use my laptop there. (There is a big tea table, not suitable for working.) There are two single beds instead of a big one, and they easily slide apart. The only way to keep them together is to rearrange the furniture, which is annoying. Light comes in from the curtains at night during spring and summer.

The apartment was very clean and modern with great views of Tampere. Exactly as advertised.

The primary’s issue I had was that the location in Booking’s map wasn’t exactly correct so it took a while to figure out that I had to move around to find it. The team provided a maps screenshot showing the exact location, but it was blurry and not exactly clear. Another issue I had was that while the owners sent me an enormous amount of automated text with terms, regulations, and instructions, when I asked for some clarifications regarding cleanup rules on check-out, they did not reply until a day after I left.

Location, views, lifts, quiet. I loved it.

Curtains are too thin, so let too much light in during thie summer nights. Getting to sleep was difficult, but I usually have blackout curtains.
