Es un apartamento precioso muy bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario e impecable. Todo estaba muy limpio. Te sientes como en casa…. Tina, la anfitriona, fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atenta. Ha sido todo perfecto.

The apartment was very beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed . Also the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very close , 5 minutes walk, to the shopping center, bus station and also the office for winter activities.

This was a fantastic apartment. Honestly, maybe the best rental I have ever stayed in and I travel regularly. Everything and more than expected. The decor is absolute first class! Walking distance to the shops and town centre. Short trip to the train station and Santa's village is about 15/20mins away. Absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an apartment in Rovaniemi.

If it had to have 1 negative is that there were stairs to the apartment which carrying luggage can be a pain but honestly everything else was brilliant!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, the best host experience ever! It had everything you could possibly need, including a thermos, a coffee machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a humidifier. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a big TV for relaxing evenings. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the city center and the Arktikum. The host was incredibly kind, greeting us with chocolate and homemade jam. I can't recommend it enough – I'll be telling all my friends!

Tiina is the best host ever and the apartment is so cosy and well located. Comfy beds, really well stocked kitchen, cute balcony and the feel of the place is simply awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll definitely be back:-)

Loved everything.

The property had everything we needed, Tiina stocked the kitchen and bathroom with every necessity and more. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city centre and a supermarket.

There was nothing to not like.

The apartment is in a great location, it’s only 3 mins walk to the shopping centre and then the town so everything is close by. The apartment itself was great, it was spotlessly clean, well looked after and had everything we needed. It’s warm and cosy in very cold weather! The host Tiina was at the door waiting when we got out the taxi, she showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was and how it worked. We were greeted with chocolate and home made jam, which was lovely and really couldn’t fault Tiina or the apartment. She checked in on us daily and sent messages as to any northern light activity. Tiina was also happy to answer any questions about the area during our stay as well. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Rovaniemi, there is a lot of choice for apartments but so glad we chose this one.

Location of the Appt and facilities / amenities provided by the Owner were Excellent. All necessary info about the city was provided by the Owner who was very helpful and took care to meet all the requirements of Guests.

Staircase lights were not operating and needs to be looked into.

The host was wonderful and communicated everything to us very well. She left details about the area that werevery helpful. Perfect location. We could walk everywhere, including across the bridge to the trails. We walked to the river by the Artikum to look for Northerly lights. It was fantastic! Very clean apartment. Heated well and had luxury touches for a house rental.

It’s great to use the well stocked kitchen for cooking, bit in the winter there is no where to sit indoors. I would still stay here again because the apartment was so nice and a great value.

Everything was beyond perfect!

The location is very good, walking distance to the city center, you have a place to park your car. The apartment was very clean. I would like to thank Sami for his interest.

The flat is very comfy and clean, nice designed has everything you could need. Super central location - short walk (5 mins max) away from city centre, main shopping centres and Arktikum museum! Sami and Tiina were lovely hosts, super accommodating and kind. Very responsive! I loved my stay - lovely flat. It was a bit too cold to enjoy the balcony but would be perfect to be on the balcony in summer! Highly recommended!

The apartment is very, very cute, functional, and warm, providing all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, it's clean, and the host Tiina is very helpful with advice and information. Extremely close to the center of Rovaniemi, just a 5-minute walk. If you love the comfort of your own home and want to experience a Lapland vacation while still enjoying the city, I recommend this apartment. If you have a car, there is also a reserved parking space. I travel a lot, and rarely do you find well-maintained and convenient apartments like this one.
