Easy to get to the shopping mall. Easy to check in. Osman Gani is the best! His done a good job.

Long queues at the lift every time. One of the lifts is broken. This can be improved to minimise the long queues to go to the units.

Lift crowded

The location was excellent, and I could go to the mall and market easily. Even foodstalls very reachable . The view was too good from my room .my appartment was very comfortable and full of all appliances.

The living room was congested, and the tv was placed right next to the bed in the living room, where my kids were sleeping. It should be hanging on the wall for safety.

The AC blows in our face when we sleep, you should switch place the bed and sofa. The waiting time at the elevator was sometimes a bit much.

Great location, spacious clean comfortable rooms, great shower pressure. Infinity pool open now. Great city views, Petronas tower peekaboo from the skybridge - make sure go up check it out. Ok to use $50 USD for key deposit since going to airport straight from checkout

5 elevators for over 35 floors. Obviously will be a wait at peak times. Just plan ahead if you’re in a rush. Ppl exaggerate but didn’t have to wait longer than 5-10 min. Make sure you tap key card several times, sometimes it didn’t scan correctly and we rode up and down a few times

- becoz my rooms was at 41 floor, so the view was extremely WOW!!!!!!!! - It's super convenient to have a walk around Bukit Bintang area but not with a car! - the Restoran Jiang He nearby the residence were recommended for Non Muslims.

- Just can paid by cash for the accommodation.... - Need to wait for a long time for the lift. - Mayb too many people, coz the situation at the lobby and lift waiting area seems like not function.

The rooms. Wasn’t clean at all and didn’t feel nice quality at all. First room had bugs everywhere and the new room bugs came the second day…not very nice experience

Comfortable beds, convenient location.

Lots of cockroaches. We messaged the host to deep clean our room after the first night but the room was not cleaned at all. Switched us to a new room on the third night that was a lot cleaner.

We liked the view of Petrona towers, we loved the rooftop infinity pool with a spectacular view of the city, we loved that we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, we loved the host, Osman. Je was really nice and professional.

I wish we had toilet paper and a proper towel hanger.

Omar was super professional and helpful. All communication and info sharing where above expectation. First time in KL, and after this great experience, I will for sure come back. Same place, same residence, and hopefuly same staf.

Our experience was generally underwhelming from the start. Communication with the host was nonexistent until we arrived. The unit is inside a large, busy residential complex with a chaotic lobby and long elevator wait times. Host Omar was unfriendly and insisted on collecting cash payment in the crowded lobby, despite our security concerns. He didn’t have the correct change and promised it would be returned with the deposit— this was still not correctly calculated at checkout. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived and was left dirty, with hair on the floor and grime on surfaces. We had to clean it ourselves. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked, and the location was convenient. However, the water never got hot despite the host attempting to fix it. Overall, not recommended due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unresolved payment issues.

The view is great. The bed is comfortable.

The toilet tissue papers quality not good..no microwave and the drinking water just provide 2 instead of 4.

Location was very convenient. Unit was spacious for a couple. We also got housekeeping service.

A little out dated with parts of walls peeling and rusty. Water seeps out from shower and wet part of the bathroom. Elevators get very crowded especially in the evenings. Kitchen has minimal supplies.

Nice view, clean and spacious enough room, the rooftop pool is nice though a bit crowded at times, the gym and saun are basic but will do, great location near everything.

Staff are a bit rude and inconsiderate.

Everything about axon residence is amazing, staffs are very accommodating and it's a hot spot. Walking distance to many amenities.n reasonablely priced.

We spent 4 nights and had to change rooms three times. Got room we asked for after the third day.. many facilities were not working. Bad Aircon. Electrical socket damaged

The infinity pool attaches is amazing, there is also an attached gym and socialising spaces which are great. Very central location which is close to street food areas and nice restaurants.

I am pretty sure bed sheets were washed but inadequately. Numerous stains on sheets which was really off-putting. The apartment itself needs a bit of care- paint on walls where there has been some marks Not sound proof at all- can hear the KL traffic at all hours of the day despite being on the 23rd floor. Bedroom was small.

The property was clean and close to all the nice spots in Bukit Bintang. And the staff were friendly and very welcoming. I want to thank Omar for the nice welcome especially that i booked last minute when i was stranded. I am looking forward to coming back and staying at this property☺️

The elevators were brutal at times. I used the steps to get to the pool. Once I even went back to the bar because the elevator line was so long.

The location and the 37th floor swimming pool.

The bed was so hard, and the room wasn’t so clean, I’ve found hair on the bed and in the mirror. The wifi was so weak and one day there was no network . The room wasn’t cleaned up even though I’ve left a note to clean it up. The staff wasn’t useful and they barely respond on the messages, since they are not available all the time. The lobby was so crowded and sometimes you have to wait long for the elevator. They charge you 30 rg if you want to leave your luggage after 6:00pm You need to pay extra charges that are not mentioned when you book the property. You need to leave 200 rg as a deposit. I don’t recommend.

Everything was perfect. Omar the owner checked-in me very fast, room was clean with good furniture and astonishing city view.

there is no feedback from the owner, he totally ignores you and your problems. The pricing policy is very opaque, they charged me 60% more than the stated price on booking, the request to provide a receipt was stubbornly ignored, as was another request to help sort out the lack of hot water. It feels very much like a scam

Location is great but be aware it’ll take more time waiting for the taxi as it’s right next to the touristy shopping area and the traffic can be quite heavy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First two days there was internet in my room. They moved me to another one but a window in the bedroom didn’t fully close so it was noisy at night and the ac couldn’t keep up with the heat coming in from outside.

It's near the active please, it has cooker and washing machine in the room with amazing view It was cheaper compared to other hotels

The view! We were on floor 39 and just couldn't get enought admiring of this magnificent city panoram. And also this view You can enjoy in pool also.

It would be lovely if there was some rack or hook in the bathroom, we didn't have any place to hang our towels.

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE" I've ever had waiting for the LIFTS ! Especially when everyone is checking out ! Only 5 lifts servicing 500 units (1 is reserved for working personnel)

What a wonderful experience during my stay at Crystal Suites at Axon Residence. Great location. Easy and fast when check in and flexible on check out. The room is nice, clean, very comfortable with complete amenities and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kitchenware and cuttlery.  The apartemen facilities are also great with infinity pool, sky bridge, playground for children, etc. I will definitely recommend this apartement to my family or collegue when visiting Malaysia The host was very helpful and accomodative. Thank you very much for Mr Ekram dan Mr Omar

Great central location and beautiful skyline over KL.

Traffic is a nightmare around the area given the central location. Also booking is not made through this platform but through a private host. When we arrived the room (standard suite) we had supposedly booked and paid for was unavailable as we had not contacted and confirmed the reservation in a timely manner prior to arriving. We were then given an ultimatum: to stay in our current room (studio) or to cancel and find alternative accommodation.

OMAR is very good person :: Osman is also good ". " Room is nice Cheak in and Chech out process very easy.
