The cocktail bar which didn’t open until 4pm was absolutely freezing! We tried it twice but extremely cold both times, even the staff agreed!

Location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Being contact 4 days after we checked out asking us to pay for an extra bed when we had booked two rooms for 5 people and only space for 4 of us to sleep.

After a terrible start to our trip, The Westin Kuala Lumpur completely turned things around. Travelling with a 1 and 2 year old, we arrived exhausted and stressed, but from the moment we checked in we were met with genuine warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Sukhvin and Hash, who made our stay truly memorable. Seeing them each day was such a delight. They always greeted us with a smile, took the time to chat with our family, and made us feel so welcome. It never felt like customer service it felt like genuine care. My family absolutely loved staying here, and by the end of our trip it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning to Kuala Lumpur and won’t hesitate to book The Westin again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

It was very clean and close to the shopping mall and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and very professional and polite.

I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the excessive noise from motorcycles and vehicles during the late-night hours. The noise between approximately 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM has been extremely disturbing and has significantly affected our sleep and overall comfort during our stay. This situation has caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. I kindly request that the hotel raise this matter with the relevant city authorities and local enforcement agencies so that appropriate measures can be taken to reduce this disturbance and improve the environment for hotel guests. The shower had a lot of mold so I had headache for the whole stay I even had to leave a day earlier! The breakfast is poor no creamy spinch mushroom sautee nutella blue cheese fine meat cuts etc all night noisy cars from the main street motorbikes waking up at 2am 3am or noisy doors closing you can see the hotel is old and hasnt been renovated or at least cleaned/properly mantained the whole stay was a headache boring pool kids channel never with signal you can imagine

Unfortunately, my stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. While the location is excellent and the staff were generally polite, the overall guest experience was negatively affected by several issues. The most significant problem was the excessive noise from traffic, motorcycles, and vehicle exhausts during late-night hours, which made it difficult to sleep and relax. The sound insulation of the room was not sufficient to block the noise coming from the busy streets around Bukit Bintang. In addition, the room did not provide the level of comfort and quiet environment expected from a five-star hotel. Rest and sleep quality are among the most important aspects of a hotel stay, and unfortunately this was a major disappointment. Considering the room rate and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much better experience. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves noise insulation and overall guest comfort. I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

Location is perfect, exactly in the center of the Golden Triangle... Malls, restaurants are all around. The room was spacious and has all the facilities that any traveler can require.

My only comment is about the limited variety/options in the breakfast buffet in the club lounge floor.

The location, the view from the hotel room as well as the spacious and clean room. The bell attendant are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The furnitures in the hotel and room are quite old. The mattress is too hard and the pillows are too soft and over-used.

We had a truly wonderful day celebrating my partner’s birthday. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful cake and a lovely towel art arrangement, which made the occasion even more special. Your thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much for making this celebration so special.

نوع الشطاف المستخدم في الحمام غير مناسب لايوجد مروحة أو شفاط ليجف الحمام الشاور ضيق جدا التكييف في قمة السوء... مثبت إلكترونيا على درجة حرارة معينة و للأسف ليست حقيقية و أستغرب هذه الطريقة من فندق بهذا السعر و من تلك الفئة الانترنت ضعيف و سيء العزل سيء جدا جدا من جميع النواحي بصراحة لا يستحق هذا السعر و خيب آمالي

Staycation weekend at the Westin because of its ideal location. Room due for an upgrade as furniture is dated. The Club lounge is huge with decent drinks and food. Service was good. Breakfast at the cafe was good with plenty of choices.

I enjoyed the soft and smooth bedsheet together with the scented oil provided to help you sleep better.

The lobby and the common areas, the corridor looks dated. The toilet in the room is also dated. Upon entry to the room, you can smell stale air. Certainly not value for money. It's no longer a 5 star hotel

Location: Perfectly located just across Pavillion Mall. Atmosphere: Very nice, good for family and for relaxing. Room: we stayed at 2 bedrooms suite. Very cosy for a family of 5. Spacious with all necesary facilities. Pool: well preserved. suitable for kids and adults. Have games area which kids love it. Very nice staff especially Mr Rahmad who manage the poil cafe and game area. Veru friendly and helpful. Food wise: We had breakfast spread at Westin Club. Lots of choices. Foods are delicous. Check In : 07th March Check Out : 09th March First Time Stay Location : The hotel is conveniently located at the very heart of Kuala Lumpur/Bukit Bintang area. I love the convenience it offered. It is located 3 mins walk from Bukit Bintang MRT / Monorail, 5 mins from the busking area, 7 mins from Jalan Alor and 30 secs step to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. There are plethora of eating scenes around the area from local, chinese, middle eastern and international establishment. All in all, it is located within the sweet spot of everything. Reception : The lobby is spotless and clean. I love the Raya decorations and the lighting. The check in was smooth and very quick. Within 5 mins, I got my 2 rooms and blessed with 2 hours early check in. We love how fast everyone is and ready to attend to every guests. They also spoke clearly and attentively to every guests. During my stay, I did went down for some Q&A sessions, promptly answered. Room : The rooms are located at the high levels. I love the view facing Pavilion (which my friend stayed) and my room facing TRX tower. The room is massive, clean and smells really good. Thank you for the welcome snack which I appreciate a lot. The AC works well and the minibar is cold. Generous water bottle provided inside the room. The bathroom is massive. The hot water runs well and the bathtub is a nice touch. All amenities are complete. Since it is located on a high floor, the noise level is reduced 99%. I literally cant hear anything below. Breakfast : The sahur option is plentiful. Salad, Pastry, Chinese, Local, Fruits, Juice and Snacks are open. I dont expect to be served with the same amount of food for breakfast but the served food are more than enough. The prawn is so delicious. The noodle selection is great. But the salad bar really is the winner for Sahur. We all love them so much. Facilities : The elevator works well. The pool is nice. It is also very accessible. It goes from knee level, stomach level to neck level gradually which is good for all ages. Love the pool and the vibe. There are some gazebos in the pool for relaxing. The after pool shower is another level. Deserve a 5 stars just for the shower. There are some leaves inside the pool though, maybe because there is a big tree next to it. Activities : The area is well known for shopping, so a detour to the complex is a must. But since it is conveniently located, we ended up taking the metro to KL Tower and the bazaar at Jalan TAR. Satisfaction : 99.99%. I love everything about the hotel. From the attentive front staff, to the room, pool, facilities and food. I will spread the good word to my friends and hope to stay again in the future.

A wonderful experience at the Splash pool thanks to Rahmad from the Westin Kuala Lumpur. His service was truly five-star — attentive, friendly, and always professional. Rahmad went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, from quick service to checking in to see if we needed anything. It’s staff like him who make a visit memorable. It is a plan to have a relaxing trip as I suffered from sports injury and is on wheelchair. Hence the plan is to spend time in the hotel without going anywhere else. Room is well organized with the help from the hotel staff (given an easy access room with tools easy and safe for OKU). Also spent an enjoyable afternoon (started with lunch) at Splash. Worth mentioned Rahmad, who had given us an amazing service throughout the 4 hours experience. Thank you. I will definitely come back again.
