It was awesome

This was my second stay at the Bali Karma Resort and again I really loved the stay. The location is absolutely fantastic; in fact it is a 200m walk to the main street of Seminyak/Petitenget. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff are absolutely beautiful, and nothing was too much trouble, especially the security and gate staff - they are absolutely wonderful and so friendly. The rooms are really big and comfortable. The room has big beds, plus a lounge and a study area.

Bathrooms are practical but could be better with a bit of a reno or update. Beds are quite hard so we struggled a bit with comfort.

The hotel was located in a convenient location where most popular spots in Seminyak are nearby. Staff was very friendly, always willing to help. There is a security gate at the entrance of the hotel so it's very safe. There is a pool in the hotel.

Mooie ruime kamers met mooi zwembad. Roomservice, wasserette en zelfs Nederlandse tv zender. Lekker dicht bij het centrum, dus genoeg restaurantjes en winkeltjes op loop afstand. Personeel erg behulpzaam, kan er alles aan vragen. Door de bamboe laan logt het hotel toch heerlijk rustig van de straat.

Het jammere van het hotel (heel Indonesië) is dat het er ws 5 jr geleden prachtig uitzag en er nu gebreken komen die niet meer goed worden gerenoveerd zoals een lekkende wasbak kraan, douche loopt na paar minuten niet meer goed door. Elke nacht valt de stroom uit en dus ook de airco. Bed ligt niet echt comfortabel.

Tyvärr fortfarande byggnationer alldeles bakom poolområdet som bullrar igång kl 08:00 varje morgon med vissa pauser. Inget hotellet kan avhjälpa, men bra att veta om.

Little bit noice during daytime when construction at the neighbours.

Extremely friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping to security personel. Hotel is situated in an area with lots of choices in (very good) restaurants & bars; close to the beach, and still very quiet at night as it is located at the end of a bamboo lane, away from the busy trafic.

Sometimes, but rarely, the internet connection was not very stable.

Air Conditioning wasn't the greatest

Very well maintained rooms with lovely pool area. Hotel is quiet and tranquil considering its distance to the hustle and bustle. Rooms are the biggest Iv had and so much light with the windows wrapped around the property.

I couldn’t find a fault during my stay.

Excellent value for money and very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a good value spot in Seminyak then this place is great value and the staff are very friendly.

There were some cleanliness issues with the towels, I had to go to reception and change the towels I was provided as there had some horrible stains on them.

Nous avons passé 1 mois dans cet hôtel. Tout était super! L’hôtel et la chambre sont fidèles aux photos. Le personnel est adorable, super gentil, toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider si besoin. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours (ou sur demande), les draps sentent toujours très bon, le ménage est très bien fait à chaque fois. La piscine est grande et très agréable ! L’hôtel est très calme, loin des bruits de la circulation ou de la ville, nous avons vraiment apprécié ça. On est vraiment contents de notre séjour ! On recommande sans hésiter à 100%!! Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse pendant notre séjour! ☺️

Lovely clean hotel with a stunning pool. Staff are lovely especially the guys on security always make you feel welcomed.

Not a big deal just a little out the way of the busy area but grab is cheap and only takes 10 minutes.

Stayed here for a week alone and absolutely loved the resort. Considering it is right on Petitinget it is so quiet. The pool is absolutely beautiful and there are day beds around it so you can just chill and enjoy the view. The rooms are actually very big based on others that I have stayed in and have a lounge which is super convenient for just chilling in your room or there is a balcony in every room. The staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough to help you... overall for me, considering the price and location and comfort it is a clear 10 / 10. Rebooked for September again...

Fab location Seminyak with Livingstone bakery coffee shop at top of the lane. Big rooms, very safe, solid 3 star hotel. Staff brilliant, cannot fault. Pool big and lots of shade and lounges, very nice area and not overlooked by other properties.

The little touches and all ready the property feels like it needs a bit of maintenance. Shower heads need a descale, air conditioner need a clean and filter change AC works but not optimal.

Good value for money. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for us to spend four nights, and the staff are polite and friendly.

On our first night, the room’s air conditioner wasn’t working well, but the staff helped us move to another room. However, I think the air conditioning could still be improved especially the weather in Bali too hot.

Everything. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent location walking distance to lovely restaurants and stunning pool area. Staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond. Have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and am never disappointed keep coming back.

All the working stuff were absolutely so kind. Cleaning team, reception, security. Thanks to all. They make you feel you are special. Hotel has an amazing entrance walkway that I am sure you all will fall in love with. There is enough space for your lagguages and clothes. There is a safe box too. Room was very spacious and there were even umbrella placed. Internet was quite fast and stable. There is a dedicated working space and little refrigerator. Amazing location. Very reasonable price & quality balance. There is a special spa & massage service too. You can rent motorbike from the hotel. They also offer transfer service. There is a dedicated motorbike parking spaces in front each room. Rooms are noise proof. If you ask for something they do it immediately. Very high customer satisfaction we have witnessed. Bed was comfy enough. There is a bidet at the toilet. Tea, coffee, water etc. and enough toiletries, shampoo, soap, towels are provided.

This is a nightmare for smokers. It doesn't stay at the booking windows that this is a non smoker's hotel. If you are a smoker do not book this place. Absolutely there is no mosquito shield at any windows and doors. It is so hard to understand why it is like that as there are million types of bugs and flies out there. There is no protection against it. No place to hang your wet towels / washed clothes. On our room bathroom sink was far from the tab so each time we wash our hands it was water allover. AC was definately the worst thing at the room. It is not possible to adjust it. You can only on and off. Needs to be changed ASAP. Hotel food was under the expectations. I wish they would also place a shoehorn and hotel slippers too. But it ain't big deal.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were lovely as usual and we didn't realise it was a non-smoking property but it was actually really nice to be by the pool and not have it smell like cigarette.

The footpath to get to the hotel is really really long so we never just went for a walk but instead took a grab everywhere. The breakfast is super limited so I wouldn't bother adding it as we got sick of it very fast.

This place has lots of potential. The staff were amazing , the facilities were spacious and a very nice layout. The only thing thisnplace needs is some tender loving care. A remodel will make this place top notch. The staff and the pool was the best part of this stay.

I had a group of 10, I am a travel agent and my job was to make sure they were comfortable. Two of my guest had to change rooms. The air conditioner kept going out in one room and the mattress was like concrete in the other room. The room with the hard mattress also had bad plumbing with the shower drain constantly backing up. Im my personal room, the bathroom had a constant odor and they just left a can of spray to mask the odor. The odor seemed like it was bad plumbing or something. This issue is totally an ownership issue and had nothing to do with the staff. The staff were 1000% attentive and did all they could. The last issue, I rented the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor only to get there and there were no elevators. This should be mentioned in the description in bold for sure. One last thing, you can tell the place has just been painted over , there are obvious cracks and revealed areas all over. Patch work with hidden issues. I would love to see this place after the owner invest in it.

I was able to spend a very quiet time. There is also a space to expand the suitcase. Since there is a desk, you can also use a laptop.

It's dark with little lighting. The pool was not perfectly clean, so I didn't feel like swimming. The laundry service is the worst. The staff disguises the weight. I measured exactly 1 kilogram myself in advance and gave it to the staff. When I went to get it, I was told it was 2 kilos. I protested, but it didn't work. I used a scale on the spot to show that it was 1 kilo, but they were not convinced. I was told that it had been heavy because it was wet with sweat. There can't be a kilogram of sweat. Moreover, I measure it before handing it over. They showed me a picture of 2 kilos, but only a picture of the scale, not what was on it. In that case, it doesn't have to be my clothes, and it doesn't matter if it's a 2-kilogram block of iron on it. It's 30000Rp/1kg, so it's a lot of money, but the problem is the sadness of being depreted rather than a money problem. If you use the laundry service, we recommend that you first check the weight in front of the staff.

The location, proximity to the good beaches of Legian, and Seminyak, the staff attitude, the pool facilities, food taste, everything was phenomenal considering the price.

The staff as well as room, pool and location. I loved the proximity it was to everything. I stayed in room B202, especially how spacious the room and bathroom was. The hot water and pressure was on point! Also the fact the room balcony has a powerpoint there. A/c worked well too

We had an amazing stay , the staff were excellent and extremely accommodating, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay will defo be back again ☺️
