Good location , eateries nearby and the breakfast area was spacious and breakfast food was good

The toliet in the rooms , there is this weird wall partition that you can actually open and so it is not sealed that means anyone in the bed area can hear the sounds coming from the toliet and it is not so pleasant, there should be a solid wall instead of a moving partition.

La camera era spaziosa e fornita di phone, kit per lavarsi i denti, sapone e shampoo, asciugacapelli e asciugamani, bottiglie di acqua in vetro. La piscina e la Palestrina erano accoglienti. La camera era abbastanza pulita, qualcosa da perfezionare nelle pulizie di fondo. La colazione era sufficiente: waffle, brioche e cibo più tradizionale. Il personale super gentile e accogliente. La sera firmate la cena musica dal vivo ad accompagnare il pasto. Forniscono anche un servizio spa e massaggi ma non siamo riusciti a provarlo, i prezzi simili a centri fuori dall hotel. La posizione è carina, di fronte un mini market per comprare stuzzichini e acqua… sempre davanti c’è un money changer molto comodo con cambio reale. Zona tranquilla ma lungo la via ci sono parecchi ristoranti, spa e bar insieme a negozi. Dalla spiaggia sono circa 20 minuti a piedi, tutti percorribili su marciapiedi.

La pulizia era buona, ma da perfezionare sulle pulizie di fondo. Qualche piccola macchia sulle lenzuola e qualche dimenticanza in bagno. Nel complesso posso dire che l’ambiente era abbastanza pulito

O que mais gostei foi da localização, que é bastante conveniente e próxima dos locais que pretendíamos visitar. O gel de banho é excelente, com uma fragrância muito agradável, e foi um pequeno detalhe de que gostei bastante. Também gostei do facto de a limpeza dos quartos ser feita diariamente, mantendo o espaço sempre organizado e limpo.

Acredito que, há alguns anos, este hotel tenha sido um dos mais bonitos de Seminyak. Infelizmente, hoje, nota-se claramente a falta de manutenção e renovação. A maioria das instalações e equipamentos está bastante desgastada: há ferrugem, cortinas manchadas, chão manchado, toalhas já muito cansadas, entre vários outros detalhes. A lista é extensa e, na minha opinião, o hotel necessita de uma manutenção geral urgente. O ponto mais grave, no entanto, foi a falta de água quente para o banho. Durante toda a nossa estadia, não tivemos água quente, o que considero completamente inaceitável para um hotel deste nível. Também não havia placas de “Do Not Disturb” nos quartos, algo simples, mas que faz diferença na experiência do hóspede. Com o passar dos dias, fui-me habituando ao ambiente, mas a primeira impressão foi bastante negativa e fiquei com a sensação de que teria sido melhor escolher outro hotel. Na minha opinião, a pontuação atual não corresponde à realidade do local. O hotel tem potencial e provavelmente já teve os seus melhores dias, mas precisa de uma renovação e manutenção significativas para voltar a estar ao nível que a sua reputação sugere.

Petit déjeuner bon mais très simple

I liked the staff service who were attentive and always tended to our every need with a smile on their face.

I think the bathroom facilities could be updated e.g. sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush properly due to a lack of water and the towels could be replaced with something of a more luxurious feel.

Not been able the buy beer from circle K and drink it by the pool before I went out for the night, beer was too pricey at the restaurant

The room has a very dim light.I didn't like the variety of the breakfast. As an arab I prefer to have different choices in the buffet, it mostly includes indonesian cuisine and it is not my preference. However their restaurant's other choices away from the breakfast are very good. 😊

Unfortunately my room did not have hot water, uncertain if it was my room specific but I didn’t have a hot shower the time I was there I did raise it will staff and they were very happy to assist! :)

The hotel offers a great quality/price ratio. Rooms are decently clean and nicely decorated. Staff is kind and helpful. Restaurants around are easily reachable.

The hotel is located on a main street with a lot of traffic. The facility is big and crowded, which could mean somehow noisy at times. The neighborhood was not in my vibes - very party and noise oriented.

There a lot of food to choose from and some are reasonably priced.

There are a lot of flies. I suggest hou install a electric fly zapper to get rid of them especially near the restos.

La localisation était bien

L’ensemble de l’hôtel le niveau qualité prix n’est pas en adéquation. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport a l’hôtel. Le lit inconfort, assez sale et usé ( chambre ou piscine. J’ai eu un meilleur logement pour le même prix ( je ne suis que resté une nuit tellement ça m’a dégoûté).

Na pohled moderní hezké vybavení

- v koupelně hodně vodního kamene - bazén a jeho okolí by potřebovalo lepší úklid - ručníky k bazénu se zapranymi skvrnami - snídaně nebyla dobrá - v pokoji je všechno slyšet, během našeho pobytu jsme měly velmi hlučné sousedy - všechno bylo velmi průměrné a cena oproti jiným navštíveným ubytováním nebyla lepší. Čekaly jsme od hotelu víc.

Leider sieht die Unterkunft auf den Bildern ganz anders aus: viel heruntergekommener, weniger modern und sauber. Zudem war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht toll. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, die die Tasse nur halb voll gefüllt hat. Es gab weder Zucker noch Süßstoff. Zudem war die Auswahl an Obst sehr gering. Ein leckeres Müsli war nicht möglich. Ich war enttäuscht was das Preis-Leistungsverhätnis angeht!

I had the most comfortable stay at Kamaniiya. As I stayed 10 days I requested a nice room with a view to the pool. They gave me room 333 which was fantastic. Big good bed, nice bathroom and view. The room boys have been fabulous. Specially SANDI ! The room was every day very nicely cleaned and fresh water bottles and coffee etc. was never forgotten. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, eggs and all you could eat. The cappuccino was also very good. And of course the restaurant staff was lovely, polite and professional. Overall the whole staff at the hotel was wonderful. The price I got was also superb, such a good value. I already recommended your hotel to all my frienfs here in Bali. We have often friiends visiting and now we can recommend a really good hotel. Terima kasih 🥰🙏
