The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained

The private pool was a nice touch and staff were exceptional.

The pool wasn't very clean and the Aircon unit leaker / lacked cold air power

Un énorme coup de cœur pour la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Tout le monde est adorable, souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner était également un vrai bonheur, délicieux et très varié. 😍 L’hôtel est magnifique, tout était propre, soigné. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque moment et nous en gardons de merveilleux souvenirs.

Grote ruimte, heerlijke woonkamer. Lekker bubbelbad. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. We hadden een kamer helemaal aan het eind van het park, personeel haalt je zonder moeite op met golfkar.

Zwembad was erg koud, omdat er geen zonlicht kwam, dus eigenlijk geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijt buffet vonden we zelf matig, niet erg veel keuze uit ‘normaal’ ontbijt. Veel was warm, zoals pasta nasi. Geen kwark of iets in die richting.

Hosts were amazing, I felt very welcome.

Excellent staff and service. Absolute value for money. We stayed in the private pool villas, it was perfectly well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with good variety. Great location as well, with easy access to most things.

Awesome space to relax in with multiple areas to enjoy and if you needed you could enjoy the hotel facilities to mix things up a bit.

Property is a short walk from the busy street life areas and need a vehicle to get to the beach bars if that’s what your after.

Location was great for what my partner and I wanted to do in Seminyak. Staff are so lovely and always greeted you with a warm smile. The villa itself is gorgeous and very spacious.

Villas feel a bit close to one another and not much nature other than a couple of potted plants outside near pool.

The stuff are so friendly with my child. When I asked for a gate to close off the pool they immediately got one for child safety I recommend

Beautiful villa with all the frills so you wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. Delicious food, special in-house experiences, friendliest staff, in-room massage, swim-up pool bar, and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kayu Raja. The location was one of our favourite things about the property, with so many shops, restaurants, cafés and food options within easy walking distance, while still being close to everything we wanted to see and do in Seminyak. We loved having our own private pool and the privacy and convenience it gave us throughout our stay. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the villa itself gave us plenty of room to relax. We also really enjoyed the room service during our stay. Although our accommodation included complimentary breakfast and we didn't end up using it, we ordered room service instead and were really impressed with the food — it was convenient and genuinely very good. Most importantly, the staff were incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We genuinely felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

There wasn't anything we particularly disliked about the property, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are just a few things that may be helpful for future guests to know. The private pool in our villa didn't get a huge amount of sunlight, although this may depend on the villa/room, as we were staying in an even-numbered room. We also noticed that the rooms aren't completely soundproof. We couldn't hear conversations from neighbouring rooms, but sounds such as footsteps, stomping or things being bumped against the walls could sometimes be heard. The doorbells from other villas could also be heard quite clearly from our room and could occasionally be mistaken for our own. The lounge room and bedroom are also on different levels, so you need to walk up stairs to get to the bedroom. This wasn't an issue for us, but we thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, these were minor things and didn't take away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Very private and the people are so lovely and very welcoming. The restaurant offers a variety of food, fruits, etc. All of a high standard and quality.

La villa est immense et magnifique ! Nous avons réservé une Villa une chambre et avons eu une deux chambres (une chambre condamnée) mais les espaces de vies sont beaucoup plus spacieux ! Tout est parfait, la chambre est vraiment très grande et climatisée, la salle de bain est très belle. La piscine privée est immense 10*5m, semie couverte donc avec de l'ombre ! Le personnel est tellement gentil 😊 tous adorables. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement.

Great value for money and the staff are so awesome. This is our second stay in this hotel, and would stay again as love the location, the rooftop pool and its good for the price.

Could do with some visual maintenance in places (as many places in Bali could).

The villa is beautiful. Loved the room and the pool. Close to shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Delayed at reception. We arrived at the villa after a 19 hour flight and was not attended to when we got to the villa. We were fetched by the villa driver so they knew of our arrival time. We waited a while before getting our room keys and checked it. At check out the receptionist treated us badly. We were asked not to leave until the room was checked. There are more appropriate ways of doing that not treating your guests as criminals. We did advise her that we took a bottle of water from the room and we paid for it. Not good reception service. Disappointed.

This property deserves a 10/10, both for its beauty and attention to detail, but above all for the wonderful staff who take care of the guests. Everyone was incredibly kind and always willing to help. We had a very early flight in the morning, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay while in Bali, the food and staff are fantastic. Our room was like a private villa including our own personal pool.

On a busy street but inside the hotel you don’t hear anything

Bed was ROCKED hard and nothing made a difference, aircon broken , limited variety at breakfast as lots of stuff empty when choosing Do not disturb sign on door as I was sleeping and housekeeping called and woke me up .

The noise, everything was too open so could hear other guests conversations and them using pools, banging doors

Amazing location to all restaurants, activities and beach. It gives you the privacy of Villa lifestyle with the amenities of a hotel, with breakfast included, rooftop pool bar and other entertainment supplied by the Villa. The staff were absolutely top tier, with friendly greetings every morning, they go out of their way to remember your names, room numbers and happy to share the local knowledge.

We had a great 10 day honeymoon, we tried a lot of different food places in the area. But our best meals were from room service when we decided to have a couple of quiet nights in. The only thing that was a 9/10 was the even number rooms don’t get much sun in the private pool area. But what can you honestly do about that. Next time we will ask for an odd number room. The place is amazing.
