The apartment was well furnished, decorated and thoughtful for families with young children. The kids really enjoyed the toys and the slide, with the playground and swimming pool a short walk away and within visual and vocal distance. Really an excellent location and thoughtful apartment. No towels are provided (by policy according to home owner) but we requested for them anyway since providing towels and soap is a mandatory hospitality requirement. Home owner provided the towels as requested, rolled neatly on each bed when we checked in. Other amenities like shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste was also provided without being requested, which is very positive.

Would have been a perfect score except for the mattresses. Every adult in our group woke up with body aches after sleeping on them for the night. Pillows were also not great, though each person gets 2 which is a saving grace. If adults in their 30s are getting aches, we can't imagine how older occupants will feel waking up.

The furniture and the child-friendly setup was good. The slide and toys were a lovely touch, and the kids really enjoyed having these available. It is clear that the apartment has been designed with families and children in mind, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay that I feel are worth highlighting. The toilet in the master bedroom had a very strong sewage smell, which was extremely unpleasant. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and did not use it for the entire stay, so we had to share the other bathroom. More importantly, the smell was so strong that it literally made me feel sick. I would strongly recommend having this issue checked and fixed, as this is something that should not be happening in the apartment. The apartment was also not particularly clean. The kids’ swimming pool was full of leaves throughout our stay, so we were unable to use it. Only on our last morning, after asking the cleaner, were the leaves removed, allowing the kids to finally enjoy the pool. There was also no proper cutlery, plates, or glasses provided in the apartment, only plastic items intended for children. We had a bottle of wine that we wanted to enjoy with our friends, who were staying in the same building on the top floor, so we had to use the wine glasses from their apartment. Their apartment was really nice and clean, which made the difference in the condition and amenities of ours even more noticeable. That said, these issues did not significantly affect our overall stay as we spent most of our time outside at Legoland and were only there for a short stay. However, I do think the sewage issue in particular should be addressed, as the smell was genuinely quite bad. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the apartment for future guests.

Clean, spacious, very cozy

The location was 7 mins drive from Legoland and 10 mins from Eko Galleria area which has an abundance of restaurants to choose from.. very convenient and accessible. The house was very nicely decorated, comfortable and amenities are provided. We had a very comfortable stay during our Legoland visit in Johor. Would consider rebooking another unit with the owner to experience other themes.

Very nicely decorated, everywhere is a spot for nice pictures. Children will enjoy playing in the unit. A baby cot is provided for our 3 month-old which is a bonus. Parking is free of charge for 2 cars. Well equipped. Super close to Legoland. Staff is very responsive, reply within minutes!

Facilities are not quite as described. And owner asked for 10 star review for things we requested (but these things should be there according to description). Examples: I received message saying towels and toothbrush were not provided (even though written in the description), when I asked about it, staff said they could provide for free but in return we had to write a 10star review. Towels were not the cleanest, i saw some blood stain on one of the towels. There was no private pool in the unit (again, description was misleading and wrong), I clarified with the staff, they said it was a done by booking.com not them, there was no private pool. Checkout was 11am, my baby cried just when we wanted to leave at 10:45am and needed feeding, I texted staff to say “we might need a bit more time but will definitely leave before 11:30” they then replied to say they normally charge RM120 per hour but can allow me to stay for free if I give them 10star review. We left at 11:10am right after feeding. It made me feel pressured to rate them 10stars because they have provided me with towels and toothbrush and allowed me to stay that extra 10min for free. To clarify, in the description it says towels provided and “private pool is the standout feature of this apartment”, obviously misleading information

The host was attentive, and the property is conveniently located near Iskandar Education City and a couple of shopping malls. The property provides a water station and has vending machines offering coffee, snacks, and instant noodles.

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le fait que l’appartement ne dispose d’aucun voilage. Comme il donne directement sur la piscine de la résidence, tout le monde pouvait nous voir dans le salon ainsi que dans la chambre, ce qui ne laissait aucune intimité. C’est vraiment dommage, car il ne manque que ce petit détail pour que l’appartement soit parfait.

4 toilets for 10 pax, wats not to like!? Clean apartment, easy to access with clear instructions provided for check-in & out, security guards were also more cooperative compared to One Medini condo next door where we previously stayed.

Minus 2 points for a clogged shower that caused ponding and 1 more point for the apartment having a slight misky smell, which went away after a quick ventilation.

The apartment was beautiful and kept clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment had a hot and cold water dispenser. We were provided with toothbrush and towels as we had forgotten to bring. Lovely host who was very helpful.

I dont have any issue with the unit. Im so happy and my family also happy for the 1 night stay.last minute booking for my family.I booked for The Mid Century unit. The unit quite large and comfortable for large family members(we came for 8pax). Just quiet not happy with the washing machine. The washing machine got water leaking from the bottom. not sure it was from the hoose connection for drain pump or what. we need to clean the water leaks and drain the water manually. i really hope the host realized this issue. i dont have any complaint for other things since everything was so perfect for us.

I was really disappointed with the air condition in the master bedroom which was not properly maintained.. air condition was not function.. had to sleep in the living room

The location is perfect, really close to Legoland. Other facilities is also nearby such as mall & hospital in case of an emergency.

Love the condo. The condo was beautiful, big and clean. Nice decoration. It provided toys (lego) & bunny for kids to play with (hopefully it cleaned regularly). View from our condo also nice. There was 2 floors, 1 room at lower floor, 3 rooms at upper floor. Big master bedroom with bath tub. Nice beds. There was water dispenser and towel provided. Able to watch Netflix. No deposit required during my stay. Host was super responsive. Got Pool & Sauna. Luckily no one there during our stay, we utilized entire pool & sauna hehe. Small gym also there. Pool open at 7 am to 9 am if not mistaken.

What could improve - since paid for 12 pax, should be added more cuttlery, mugs, plate and provide kitchen towel/tissues. There was water dispenser & towel provided, during my coversation with host, stated not provided. So hassle, we brought everything. Asking about pool operating hours also not accurate. Toilet door at the kitchen unable to lock, please fix it. During our stay, GH parking almost full, however outside building got plenty. Parking inside actually far away to lobby lift. Not easy to find because no signage to the lift. Lift for acces card only 1 and another 1 was for guard gate entry access. I had requested for 2 cards since we came with 3 cars, but not provided. Access card only can use for swimming level/common area, lobby and condo level. Beyond that unable to go. So difficult for us 12 pax going up and down, plus only 2 lifts at a time. The mailbox no. for the Condo keys was just confusing, numbering was complicated, not easy to find it. Maybe, host should provide guided picture to shortern the time finding the maibox. There was staff (janitor) working at the pool in the morning, cleaning stuff from pool and putting chlorine while we are swimming??! Looked like no privacy and weird, because usually pool will be closed for cleaning process! This made it suspicious. Location, no store at the ground floor, you should drive or order food delivery.

The host was very helpful, and the house was beautiful and clean. The facilities were excellent, and the price was worth it.

The distance from Legoland. Basically, it's only 5 mins drive. The place also very comfortable and suitable for family with small kids. They have prepared some playing area for kids as well.

The water pressure need to be checked. It causing leaking in the faucet in master bedroom toilet. Making our clothes wet.

What I really liked about the homestay was the furniture placed all around the home—it made the space feel comfortable and welcoming.

What I didn’t like was that the house was not very clean, and the bathroom had a bad smell due to the drain. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned.

We had a great stay at Medini Signature by Cactus Homestay. It was the perfect transit spot before our trip to Batam. The location is excellent—just 5 minutes to Puteri Harbour. Clean, cozy, and very comfortable.

Nice place. Facility is complete. Beds are al comfy. Children loved it, so many toys to play with.

We got a message from owner that we need to bring own towels. So went and bought from the stores before checking in because we didnt bring towels from home. But when we checked in, there were towels given. We spent money buying towels that we dont necessarily need. Property owner should change the welcome message if you do provide such amenities.

Everything was excellent. Clean. Great decor. Cosy feeling but plenty of space..Plenty of extra toilet rolls, plastic bags etc.. plenty of towels.. showers had good water pressure..

Mattresses could have been a bit softer. Aircond in room with bunk beds wasn’t efficiently cool enough (you should get that checked!) Also could have done with extra hangers for drying and washing.

Love the bunk bed and play area (though toys are a bit dusty and some are already spoiled). Hosts are responsive to our questions.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything works well. Check in procedure was easy and straight forward. The unit woould be suiraable for family with kids as the theme is cute. Stayed one night only, so did not get to use the facilities like swimming pool. Security guards were helpful. The location is quiet and needs to drive about 8-10mins for food.

We love the theme. The ambiance is cosy, checking in and out process is really smooth. My kids and both our parents loved it! Plenty of parking spaces, the security guard is helpful. The room set up suit our needs. Would love to come back, try out different theme the next time we're in JB.

Our little one loved the toys, indoor slide, and all the thoughtful touches that kept her entertained throughout the stay. It’s rare to find a place that’s both aesthetically pleasing and practical for families with young kids. This one nailed it! Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to return.

One small suggestion would be to consider adding a lock or child safety feature to the window in the kids’ room. It would also be helpful to include clear instructions on what to do or who to contact in case of an emergency for example, if a child accidentally gets locked in a room. Relying solely on the in-app chat might not be ideal in urgent situations. Including information about spare keys or an emergency unlock option in the house manual would offer added peace of mind for parents.

Host is very responsive. Very close to Legoland and Sunway big box for some quick groceries shopping (few minutes driving). Peaceful area, not crowded so we enjoyed getting around the area. Kids love the place as it has a lot of toys to play with. Beds are comfy too. A lot of grab food options available so we just ordered and had our dinner delivered to the house. Guards are very helpful with direction and parking. Requested for baby bath tub but the owner didn't have it. It's fine but having it would be a bonus for a family with small infant.

Only one lift worked on Saturday so had to wait to go up.
